Pretty well. I would says he only downside is that I specifically asked that everyday empty drawer be cleaned thoroughly but this message was not passed on to the crew. The great part was I asked them to return and they did right away and did a great job.

Brazilian Cleaning Solutions teams are just amazing. Our house had been neglected for months after I had surgery and in just one day they had my house just sparkling clean! Now they come in once a week and our home looks better with every visit. The teams are so organized and efficient and thorough. On top of all of that they are so friendly and trustworthy. They are all truly really nice people which is also so important when you have people working in your home. I feel so lucky. I could not possibly be happier with this choice! You will not be disappointed if you hire them!

. 4 individuals worked in concert very well. They went right to work. Were polite, efficient, and thorough. I had someone to help me (translator, able-bodied since I am handicapped) it addition to the four people that were in my house. My helper spoke Spanish and that was a big help. I don't think things would have gone as smoothly had I not had her assistance. All that being said, the cleaning job was very good, and they were out of the house within two hours.,

We had some issues initially since they were too late to make it on the appointed day. They did however reschedule and my husband was very pleased with their professionalism. We have a big house, and they came as a 3-person crew. This helped tremendously, since they could delegate and each person knew how to do their job. I bought their housecleaning through the big deal on Angies list. I shall definitely use them again, they are excellent for the price.

I was impressed with their no nonsense approach to getting things done... went right to work and seemed occupied whenever I was venturing through.... now, I will say, that not having anyone do a thorogh cleaning in years, I did do a cursory cleanup so that the service could do the nitty gritty cleaning. My kids and I had the clutter gone... clothes were picked up and beds made. Additionally, dishes were already in the dishwasher and kitchen counters and table clean, but not that clean you get when someone else (besides your children) cleans for you. They took caution when cleaning the floors as to be exiting the house as they were finishing up in the foyer... great planning and execution on their part. I felt like my house was clean.... happy to show it off to family that weekend and only wish it could stay that way for longer than it did. Guess, I need to have them back.... and I will.

The service was good. They were very nice. They did a satisfactory job and I was happy their service overall.

Four people came and cleaned 3 and a half baths, bedrooms, etc. They were done quickly and did an excellent job. I will have them back again.

This was a gift for our daughter in Circleville, Ohio. When we contracted with them we verified that Circleville was included. It said Pickaway County on the advertisement. They said YES. No Problem. We scheduled it and on the DAY of the cleaning, they called to say, "We cannot do Circleville, it is too far awa for us." I reminded them that we confirmed it as OK when we booked it, The still said NO. I asked them to check with the owner, They did and said they could do it dor an additional $75. I said that was too much. They asked, "What would you be willing to pay?" At this point, we knew our daughter would be crushed to not have them come, so I said $40. They agreed. They shawed up on time, 4 people for 1 1/2 hours. They did a GREAT job. They were effecient, and did all that was asked of them. There WAS a language barrier since only one of them spoke even a little English. We would use them again because they WERE good. But the advertisement clearly said Pickaway County and I told them we should NOT have had to pay $40 extra and that they should change their ad.

The provider called ahead and let me know they were running late due to a prior job taking longer than expected. But once they were there they were very thorough, they spent what I thought was extra time at my location making sure everything was clean. I am getting ready to sell the house and it was pretty much a mess and I needed a pre-cleaning after moving out. I am very happy with their service and scheduled them to return this week to do a final cleaning.

If your cleaning service is anything like your drivers I wouldn't use your service. Today, 4-9-14, on Cleveland ave north by 270 west a male driver from your company proceeded to come all the way from the left, center lane over to the right and to the enterance ramp to 270west cutting me off both times. I'm sure he knew he was getting on the freeway, but like a lot of people, they have to get ahead of everybody else who also wants to get on the freeway. I almost hit him as he was cutting me off, with no turn signal either. So would I use your services, not if they are like that.

Brazilian Cleaners arrived at the appointed time, then asked if I had any specific instructions. I told them I wanted the baseboards wiped down and showed them some ledges that were hard to reach that I also wanted cleaned. The four person crew went right to work. They even wiped down all small appliances that were out lamps, pictures and frames in addition to all the normal cleaning. They vacuumed polished everything including the furniture. They even cleaned a stainless steel tea pot that was left on the stove. I wish I could afford to have them at least once a month if not more. I would recommend them to anyone that asks.

My only issue was that they tried to cancel my appointment/cleaning session less than 12 hours before they were scheduled to be at my house. I explained that waiting until the following week was NOT an option, as I was hosting a party the next evening. They relented and fit it into their schedule, but I didn't think it was very professional to try to cancel that close to my appointment time.

They did a really nice job cleaning my house. I was pleasantly surprised on some of the things they did. They were right on time and went right to work. I would recommend them to anyone who was looking for a good cleaning service.

I am extremely happy with the work Brazillian Cleading Solutions performed for me. They went above and beyond by 1) coming to clean just a few days after I called them due to unexpected company. 2) they made beds, 3) they cleaned the inside of the stove and microwave and 4) moved the dog crates around so the could clean underneath. I was so pleased that I have hired them to clean my house monthly.

Contacted th eprovider immediatly after purchasing deal. no response, tried again the next day and sent several emails and calls...and to date I still have not heard back from them.

Than late with no call. I was not very happy with the overall service provided.

A team of 4 cleaner arrived and spent close to 2 hours working. They cleaned the whole house (except for a couple areas I told them not to). They really scrubbed floors and bathrooms and made things look great. In the kitchen including microwave, top of fridge, inside the oven...didn't miss a thing! Bathrooms looked great when they were done too. I'll be glad to use them in the future!

It was super clean top to bottom. They even cleaned my oven and hand wiped my floor.

Absolutely fabulous. I am extremely picky and this company surpassed by expectations by leaps and bounds. They cleaned better than I do, which is saying something. 4 days later I am still noticing things that were cleaned that never get done and I was not expecting them to get to. I have bought cleaning by the hour before and the cleaners barely did the kitchen and bath and left early - so I hesitate to purchase that way. Not so here - the entire crew worked hard every minute they were here and even stayed over the time to finish up. Super friendly and an added bonus, they made a couple of origami style towels, like you get at a fancy hotel, which my kids loved. I will definitely be using them again.

My daughter had trouble scheduling the appointment and we ended up getting a refund for the service. The gentleman that answered the phone was not very nice.

Were very prompt in returning my call and getting an appointment set up. They were on time to clean and were done almost exactly when they said they were going to be. Overall they did a great job and would definitely use them again.

They were marvelous. They were polite, helpful and exceeded my expectations. I didn't even discover until the next day that they cleaned my oven - a HUGE surprise. They broke a small blind, and they came back and replaced & installed a new one the very next day. We were very pleased.
