Great. they do a better job than our old service, at a better cost. We now use them every 2 weeks.

It took awhile to get it scheduled but when it happened it did go well. The cleaning was done in a professional manner. The were organized and efficient. I find it a little difficult when new cleaning people come for the first time. Neither of you is familiar with the other and it takes a few times to work out the kinks. I am having them back again because I do think they do a nice job and are quick about it. Would recommend at this time.

My mom has been in and out of elder care for 6 months and out of her house this entire time. She was due to arrive back home in 6 days and we needed to get the house cleaned and cleaned well - FAST. The house was a mess. I called Brazilian Cleaning Solutions and set up a time for an estimate. They arrived on time and had an English speaking representative present for the quote and cleaning. All and all, I was not happy about the price as it was higher then their competition. However, they were the most flexible so I paid the additional cost. They did a great job cleaning the house. They arrived on time and did exactly what was agreed upon. They waited around and fixed anything I felt was missed (which wasn't much) afterwards. I would recommend their services and may use them in the future for more regular cleanings.

I was very satisfied. There were some scheduling errors at first, but we were able to choose a satisfactory date for the both of us. When they came, they made a plan on what they were going to do and went to work knocking it out. I liked the workers who came out, and the gentleman who was in charge of cleaning the master bath was personable, and closed the door to cover the smell of bleach at my request.

They were supposed to come out between 2-3pm. I called ahead of time because I hadn’t received a call that they were on their way yet. They said they didn’t have me on the schedule when they should have. I feel like they are very unorganized. I’ve decided to have the coupon refunded.

Actual cleaning was sufficient. They did blinds and cleaned smudged off stair treads, which I thought was above and beyond expectations. Language barrier was tough - the cleaners who arrived did not speak any English - my Spanglish had to suffice.

I purchased this through one of Angie's Deals. We are getting ready to sell our house and have had some remodeling done so I wanted the house to have a deep cleaning. The "deal" was 8 hours of deep cleaning. They brought at least 6 people to the house and cleaned for over 2 hours (thus I received more than the 8 man hours). After a bit of confusion on the arrival time, they worked very hard and cleaned the house so it sparkled. They took items off of shelves, cleaned the items and the shelves. They cleaned the top of items including the ceiling fans. They cleaned the microwave and oven. I am very happy with their work.

This company was awesome and they did a great job.

They do an excellent job. We trust them. They arrive on time. They get in and get out. It's well worth the money spent. Two people usually come to clean. They do everything they say and more.

I called them to book the appointment and told my tenant when they would be coming. They called me back and they informed me it expired. They told me I would need to purchase a new deal and have the expired one refunded from Angie’s List. They sent out 3 or 4 people who worked for an hour and thirty minutes. I felt they were disrespectful and did not do a good job with the cleaning. Having one person clean for six hours is a lot different than multiple people for 1.5 hours. I did not get what was advertised.

I bought the Big Deal... and even though it had expired May 20, 2014, they still honored the deal June 11, 2014. About 2-3 minutes before 8:00am, four people were at my front door with their own equipment and supplies. They checked with me as to what was needed and after that, went straight to work. Each person worked in a different area, however, this didn't stop them from assisting the other crewman in finishing up their area. I was so proud of my home after they were done. They did a GREAT job. In addition to the big deal description, they cleaned baseboards, wiped down cabinets & kitchen pantry door, cleaned patio door glass and inside of window. I was so thrilled with the results. They were wonderful! I would recommend them to anyone. I will have them back again, soon!

They were on time and gave us a competitive quote on cleaning our house. If we decide to use a cleaning service they will be first in line for the job.

I think they did a pretty good job. They missed a few things, but I suppose that's predictable. I think they are quite competent. I would have them back.

Eight people showed up with their own equipment and supplies and cleaned absolutely everything. The house has not looked better.

Bought a big deal, loved them so much we hired them to come monthly. My house was so clean even my husband noticed! His exact words were "our sink is that color?" Best cleaners I've ever had. Not very punctual but always do a great job.

They did such a nice job I went on my computer and learned how to say "beautiful" in Portugese (it's "belo" if you're wondering). In addition to regular cleaning, they cleaned baseboards, inside windows, cobwebs, wiped down cabinets, washed down some of the walls, etc., etc. I keep finding more and more things that were cleaned as I walk around the house. Outstanding work! I would absolutely recommend them.

It was a cold day and I was an hour late. I agree I was at fault, but I was scolded for keeping their workers outside in the cold weather. They called to reschedule, but I did not feel comfortable with them in my house since they were already mad at me. I didn't even ask for my money back , just didn't want to deal with them.

I was very pleased with the work they did in my home! They even gave some special touches that were a nice surprise. I would feel very confident in hiring them in the future.

Terrible. I purchased this service in order to prep our home to be photographed & listed with our real estate agent. The company was scheduled to arrive at 10 am, they called later the same day to change to 3 pm. They did not arrive until 4:30 and did not finish before our realtor & photographer arrived at 6:30. I felt they did a 'cursory' clean and in some cases my home was not as clean as when they arrived. The mirrors & glass doors were fairly clean upon arrival, after where smudgy & needed to be cleaned again. The shower could not be called clean in any measurable sense. The house was vacuumed & reasonably dusted. They also did not put anything back where they found it...soap dispensers, knickknacks, small items etc. Also none of the cleaners spoke english so they could not provide any information to me nor take any direction on cleaning.

This company was fantastic!!! Everything is so clean. I could tell from the start that they would do a good job as they were so thorough with everything! My first experience with another company had not gone well and I was kind of nervous, but Brazilian cleaning company fully met all of my expectations. I have already booked another appointment for them to return.

After the initial delay in cleaning, three additional associates appeared to help. This made a total of six people cleaning a relatively small house (1400sf). I noticed that there was some confusion on who was supposed to do what job. Personally I though it was overkill. Although I was satisfied with the overall performance, I was disappointed in one area of the master bedroom that looked like it was not vacuumed as well as a couple of corners that were missed in dusting. However I would have no issue in using them in the future.

They called me and rescheduled the day they were supposed to come clean my house. I made another appointment for later in the week. They were late to show up. But I will say, when they arrived they got down to business and did a good job cleaning my house. They were detail oriented, especially in the kitchen. The one thing that was a little frustrating was they did not speak English, but it didn't affect the job they did! I would definitely use them again.

Bought the service. Contacted them several times via email through Angie's list and at the date of appointment they failed to show up.

Very efficient and helpful. I am using the service again.
