This was a horrible inconvenience and disappointment. When you hire a service and set a time and date you expect them to follow through with the commitment. Not only did they show up at the wrong time, they failed to show up at two subsequent rescheduled times and there was no form of communication. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I received an auto email the day I bought the deal asking for a phone number and address to schedule an appointment. I responded the next day with all the dates I would be available. I called them Friday and was unable to speak with anyone in person. Saturday I received a message stating we're closed and they will get back with me. It is now into Monday evening and still have not heard from them.

Cleaned all bathrooms all floors windows and kitchen.

They did a good job of cleaning the house.

I was very excited to have the service done. And especially happy that the day they were to come was a dry day. They arrived early at 8:00 am. They had not called the might before or that morning to confirm and give me a time. I always appreciate that particularly now since now a lot of communicating is done via email. four people showed up equipped with all ty pes of cleaning supplies which looked great. But then as I started to explain to them a little about the items in my garage and a general plan for sorting and returning them, I found out that not one of the 4 spoke English. And they already were looking at me kind of blankly. I was actually shocked! Called the manager and they said he could talk them through it. I said I think not. I don't want this service as it is being provided. So I talked to the manager and told him I wanted a refund. He agreed. I don't think a situation like this should ever happen. And I was disappointed in Angies List for listing them and do want a refund, please.

They gave me a window of arrival of 2:30-3pm. They showed up on time at 3pm. The staff was very professional and did an excellent job. They were very friendly and were quiet. They didn't speak much English, but that did not effect the service. I was able to take them to areas that I did not want clean and showed them specific areas that needed attention and thry understood. They were very thorough and paid great attention to detail. It was a little shaky scheduling the service, but well worth the wait. I would recommend this company and I actually plan to use them consistently either monthly or bi-monthly based on their work.

They are very thorough and did a great job. It took them about an hour to go through the house top to bottom. I couldn't have made the house look this good if I had taken all weekend working on it. I have scheduled them to come back every other week.

They did a wonderful job! They were very professional and did much more than I expected. I had to reschedule several times due to remodeling and they were always very willing to accommodate me. I will definitely use them in the future.

The company did an excellent job. They showed up on time and came with a big cleaning crew. They paid attention to detail and were very friendly. I hope to use them again.

The only difficulty we had was in the scheduling and when we finally did have a set date on Thursday the 16th at 3 pm, they did not make it. I had to call them at 4 p.m. to find out why they had not arrived (they should have been calling me to tell me they had been detained longer than expected on prior job). But re-scheduled it 7:30 a.m. Friday the 17th and they arrived at 7:50 a.m. They were only suppose to spend 1-1/2 hours (which equaled 6 hours for the $99), but they actually finished and left at 10:10 a.m., so were here over 2 hrs. and as I said above they actually cleaned MORE than I had requested cleaning which is why I gave them an OVERALL 'A'.

I have not used a house clearner in several years. it was very nice to have the whole house cleaned. They did a great job. Four people spent about 2 hours cleaning entire house. They could not speak English but would call their Manager if we needed to communicate and that worked out fine.

They did an excellent job. I can't believe how much they did in the time they were here. Very professional and pleasant. We definitely recommend and will be using them again in the future!!

Once I purchased this deal from Angie's List, I received a call the same day to schedule the service. The 2 gentlemen (Jefferson & Pablo?) showed up on time and got right to work. They took everything out of my garage and proceeded to clean the floors, vacuumed all the spider webs off the walls, cleaned the windows and put everything back in an organized manner. It took them about 2.5 hours to complete the job and I am very impressed with how clean and organized my garage appears!

It turned out fine. We used them one time. They were fast, thorough and pleasant workers. They were courteous. I had no dislikes.

The service itself went very well. They came and they were very efficient and they did a fabulous job. They sprinkled some sort of solution on the carpet to make it smell good but they left the solution in big lumps under my furniture. They broke a trash can that was hinge lid. Everything they do is over text message, with no email or calls. They responded and said they would make it right. They contacted me 2 weeks later to fix with the cleaning and the hinged trash can. Then it was a week later that they texted me with a date and time. There was difficulty in scheduling and retribution. They never came back to clean or fix the trash can.

It was awesome!!!! They were so wonderful. I couldn't believe how well they cleaned and in what a short time. It wasn't just the cleaning but the little details. The things they thought of. They were remarkable. Will definitely use them again.

It was an excellent clean/detail job! They cleaned the inside of the oven, the wooden blinds, as well as all of the other surfaces in our home! They were prompt , detail oriented, and very professional. They sent a text message the day before (even though it was a Sunday) to confirm the appointment. I thought that was clever! As my husband has done all of the remodeling of our home, he is very particular about how it is cleaned. He said he would hire them again !

I was promised the same team for all cleaning and that didn't happen. They did not speak English so I had to call after each cleaning to advise of special instructions. I was given a list of services to be provided but they always missed things. Each time they came they spent less time. They were always rushing and never did the thorough cleaning they promised.

Great overall experience. Very polite and professional.

I haven't had them do the work yet; I have a 3,400 square foot home that I plan on having them clean. We have kept in contact via phone.

This was an Angie's List "Big Deal" $129 for 9 hours of cleaning. I've never had a housecleaner before and just thought I'd try it out. There were pros and cons. They did a nice job once they arrived, however, they were running late from another job. Everyone was very friendly. It was five people, so I should've gotten 1.8 hours of service, but they were only here for about 1.25 hours. My house was pretty clean to begin with, so I didn't see a huge difference overall, but they did do a nice job with mopping, cleaning all the blinds and cleaning the master shower. I would give them another go just to give them another chance to arrive on time and stay the length of time paid for.
