They showed up over an hour late but then when right to work. I'm not sure how "deep clean" the cleaning was (it said refrigerators would be cleaned and mine were not.), but they did do a really good job and I am not easy to please. I actually looked for things that might have been missed and nothing jumped out at me other than the refrigerator. Other than being late, they did a very good job and I would hire them again.

Brazillian Cleaning Services did a very good job cleaning my house. A couple of hours after purchasing the deep cleaning special from Angie's list the cleaning service contacted me. We soon made arrangements for them to come do the service and they were here within a week. They gave me an hour window and came within that window. They were a team of 5 people and cleaned the house from top to bottom (including the finished part of my basement) in about 1.5hrs. The deep cleaning was supposed to include cleaning the stove and oven (which look great), the ceiling fans (which look pretty good) and the baseboards among other things. The only problem I've seen after the fact is the baseboards in my bathroom, but aside from that I keep finding new things they did that make me smile including vacuuming my sofas. There have been other reviews that complain about the persons not understanding English, but the head person on the team spoke English fine. I would recommend them to anyone and will likely retain them to clean my house regularly.

We had some scheduling issues. I had scheduled well in advance for a specific date/time based on out of town guests arriving. They had some internal issues that pushed our Thursday morning cleaning to Friday afternoon with little notice which caused me to have to rearrange an event. it was extremely frustrating. Once they arrived they did a good job but it did not leave me with a good impression.

Came on time, worked well as a team and left the house spotless in a few hours. I would definitely hire again. Didn't speak English though, so any communication had to be on the phone with their supervisor.

Four workers arrived and each person did a specific job. Some dusted while the other person ran the vacuum. One person worked on the kitchen while another in the other rooms. They did a good job and I have used them three times.

We paid a fee for a one time only housecleaning, but they did such a nice job, that we decided to have them come on a regular 2 week basis. The price is good too!

Crew of 4 showed up and went right to work. As others have mentioned, there is a language barrier but we were able to communicate enough to get everything done. They were all very polite and professional. The house was very clean after (they even got a shower floor clean that looked beyond hope!). I definitely recommend and would use again.

This company was great! Very efficient and friendly service. They did a fantastic job cleaning each room and had me check each floor upon completion to ensure I was pleased with the service. The only downside was they didn't confirm a service window until the day before, and provided an hour slot for when to expect the cleaners to arrive. Otherwise, a wonderful experience.

After a month and a half they finally sent me a check for the damages to my garage door sensor.

They were right on time and got right to work. My house started smelling fresh and clean as soon as they walked in. They actually took the time to move items in order to vacuum! They were very thorough and did a great job. I also thought the price was fair for a deep-cleaning, but they said they would charge the same for a regular cleaning, so I might find that a little overpriced in comparison to others. I would definitely use them again for the quality.

I was very impressed with the services provided by Brazilian Cleaning Solutions. They were prompt, attentive, thorough and efficient. The employees did everything I asked and then some. One small issue, I wasn't entirely sure we communicated clearly because of the language difference. Even so, I was pleased with their work and would recommend Brazilian's services to my friends and family.

I called this company directly since I needed help on short notice. They fit me in that same day; gave me the Angie's list price and sent a team of 4 people to do a move out clean. They were professional, polite and done in 2 hours. My bathrooms have never been this clean, not even when I moved in. Thank you so very much!

I scheduled my appointment a couple of weeks out after purchasing the deal. I had requested a specific date and time. The team arrived on-time as scheduled. The crew consisted of 6 people and they began working almost the second they walked through the front door. The crew, although not English speaking except for one person, was very friendly. They were finished in about two hours. There was one issue with the two bathrooms not being cleaned to my liking, however, after I contacted the company via email through Angies List they responded with a phone call almost right away. They did send another crew back out a few days later to re-do the two bathrooms. The second crew did a great job and I was very pleased. I appreciate the responsiveness that this company provided. Overall, they did a great job and were very thorough in their work. I will be using them again in the future.

Provider accommodated my schedule. They had originally tried to schedule outside the dates I provided but ended up sending a crew closer to when I requested when I told them I would have to get a refund. This was a birthday gift I purchased for myself so I wouldn't have to spend my whole vacation cleaning my house. This may have been a mistake as they sent what appeared to be a mother and her 2 teenaged sons. None of who seemed to understand me. I asked them to not clean the bedroom that my roommate was in (door was closed) and they opened the door anyway and barged in on him. They did clean the floors and dust which was the worst cleaning issue as I work 2 jobs and am never home to deep clean. The biggest issue I have is that they did not provide all the services that were supposed to come in the package. They did not clean the oven and the refrigerator. They did not wipe down the base decks in the house. I have photos of all these issues. They also accidentally unhooked my Direct TV which caused me a big headache when I tried to watch TV and wasn't sure what the issue was. Overall, while I really appreciate ANYONE cleaning my home, I do expect to get the services I paid for and this just did not happen. I will not be using this service provider again.

they did extra work and finished the cleaning even though it was more than was called for

Communication was a bit slow at first. I wasn't sure if they were coming on the day that I requested until I asked again. This was the first time I had ever had a house cleaning and when I spoke with the company, the lady was very nice and answered all of my questions. I felt better after talking to her. The house looked great after they cleaned and I could have never imagined the bathroom sparkle like that! The only problem is that my refrigerator was not cleaned at all and I had to do that myself after I moved into the house. I think it was just overlooked, but still that should have been a priority especially when it is in the deal.

I was furious that I asked them to clean a house that had absolutely nothing in it and they couldn't even wipe a counter off!!! Not one appliance had been touched or anything else for that matter. I complained to the owner and she went round and round with me. After a week of this she finally refunded my money but I had to move into a house that had not been cleaned!! Thank goodness the previous owners had left it in really good condition for me. I would NEVER use this company again!!!!!!!

They're thorough and quick. They can be flexible in scheduling.

They were FANTASTIC! Four people cleaned for 1.5 hours, for a total of 6 hours. They swarmed like bees and cleaned everything in the house. Nothing was left untouched. It was amazing.

First problem : the language barrier. Most of the time no one in the 4-6 person crew speaks English. It is very difficult to try to explain, week after week what needs to be done and how. Most often the crews are different from week to week. Some are experienced and do a between job than others but it is impossible to explain what each specific thing that need to be done every week to cleaners who don't understand you. Second problem: Inconsistency. With the crews changing every time they came to clean, there were always problems that arose because no one had been here before and knew how you wanted things done or even what to clean. I thought I had made it clear to the owner from the beginning --6 months ago-- that at least one person had to be the same each week so the process could be explained to the others who were new to my house. Even though I asked this EVERY week, it did NOT happen. Every week things were left undone. Bedrooms not cleaned, bathrooms omitted, dusting rarely finished, furniture and rugs not returned to their original places. I would spend 1/2 hour after they left putting my house back in order. The rugs were left rolled up, blinds left pulled up and all askew, all lights left burning....Every week it was something new because each crew left something different undone. Third problem: No supervisor. No one on the crew was responsible to see that the job was done well or even finished. No one was in charge. I repeatedly told them to ask if they had questions--about anything! No one ever asked. When I made a request like . please dust the tops of the dressers, that was not done. I would have expected that dusting was part of house cleaning. One day I had left the doors to the upstairs bedrooms closed (no one is up there regularly, as the kids are away to college). Well, because the doors were closed they did not clean any bedrooms or bathroom but SAID nothing, nor did they ask! Fourth problem: Damage to my house. On their last visit, yet another crew came. One previous person was among the crew but spoke no English. From what I could tell, no dialogue about what my expectations were occurred. The woman cleaning the kitchen did a fair job. Burners were left with burned food on them and the stove was put back together incorrectly. When I turned the gas stove on, the gas exploded with a fireball. She had forced the wrong burner onto the site. But the worse part was the damage to the new kitchen floor. I had had a new kitchen floor installed not a month before. Solid maple wood. Whomever cleaned the floor used something other than water and ruined the finish. You can clearly see swirl marks from a sponge or cloth and the finish is gone from the hard wood floor!! This person clearly was not experienced or a capable worker. I am distraught and angry with myself for trying to work with these cleaning people. Time after time I asked for at least 1 English speaking person, but that did not happen, so this is the result. In addition, they are under a time constraint. They come in en masse and bang around denting and bruising furniture, baseboards with their vacuums and pails. I have more dents, nicks and scratches from them than my children caused in all the years I raised them with the same furniture. The crew is too large to do a good job and their system is a little backwards. When vacuuming is the first thing that's done, I have to question the cleaning job overall. I have called them repeatedly to come fix the damaged floor. They tell me they are bonded but they have yet to produce a claim form or insurance documents. It is almost 3 months and still no resolution. The keep saying they will bring their floor man out but it never happens. I am going to be forced to go to small claims court soon if they do not take responsibility and call me back.
