It went badly. They broke the screen door and the cleaning was poor at best.

Very well, they even turn on the water in the basement to get water since the hot water tank was stolen. The surface kitchen counter looks new.

Place looked great would use again.

Would not use again. Could not understand English and made it clear each time, I pointed out what needed to be done. THE SERVICE WAS NOT WORTH THE MONEY PAID.

We got off to a bad start due to a scheduling problem and miscommunication. However, a quick resolution was offered and I am very happy with the quality of work that was provided.

Great. The house was very clean.

They showed up 2 hours late. They did a great job on the house cleaning itself, but they ran a chair into a wall and chipped paint off of the chair and left a mark on the wall. They also did not clean the refrigerator, which was part of our deal.

It was more like a routine maid service after they had been cleaning at your home for months. The staff was friendly, but hardly spoke English, and it was far from a deep cleaning. I am a single Dad, and I clean my home on my own far better than this service did. I would not hire them again for cleaning.

They were punctual, thorough and good.

I paid $149 for a complete household cleaning. They came 6/22..Five people showed up. The house was compliantly empty of furniture; only kitchen appliances were there. . I asked them to wipe out the kitchen cabinets and they did not. They vacuumed the carpet. They wiped at the outside of the kitchen cabinets. They cleaned the outside of the refrigerator. They spent time in the bathrooms cleaning. They wiped at some blinds and they broke a bedroom blind. They were to clean window sills and they did not nor did they clean the windows. They were gone in two (2) hours. .

First and foremost, the company provides great and courteous communications via Angie's List. Yeah!!!!! The crew was a little late for the scheduled visit. I had a family member here to let them into my home (I live 45 minutes outside of southern Columbus, OH area.), so I was a little annoyed and worried that I would be a no show. However, as good as their word, the crew of 4 arrived at approximately 1:45 p.m. (scheduled for 10:00 - 10:30 a.m.). According to my brother (who is extremely picky) said the crew buzzed through the house cleaning, dusting, scrubbing, vacuuming, and sparkling everything. They brought their own supplies and equipment! My home not only looks clean, but smells, and 'feels' clean! I would/will hire this company again! I am very, very grateful. They buzz in.... buzz through... and buzz out.... and magically your home is 'livable' again! The price was extremely reasonable too, especially considering they were in and out, leaving my home magically beautiful!

They arrived nearly two hours late after I had called them twice. Then they did a very basic cleaning job and did not even touch our refrigerator. I was very disappointed with their service.

They left windows open and unlocked, leaving the property unsecured. I had to drive an hour to take care of this. Some kitchen shelving was not wiped clean, grease left on front of some cabinets, Some window sills and baseboards were also left untouched. The wood floors were not totally cleaned. I have texted and left multiple voice messages 3 days in a row requesting someone to come out and complete the cleaning job. The only response I have received was a text message saying they were sorry they left the windows opened.

The crew of 4 people dusted, scrubbed and polished everything beautifully! I would advise talking with the office about any specific details on cleaning, as the crew speaks Portuguese and while they do speak some English (they are learning) it can be tricky to communicated with them. I highly recommend their services!

The crew arrived right on time and got to work. In no time, the house was clean. They were friendly and professional. It was a little difficult communicating since they didn't speak English, but we managed.

They did a great job, noticed later a couple places where they didn't close the door to vaccum behind but thats minor. They did arrive 2 hours later than scheduled service & did not call.. I actually called to make sure they were still coming. They had 4 people cleaning 1300 sq ft house & were done in about 2 hours.

I had an event coming up on the holiday weekend and desperately needed help, so I purchased the $149 offer for a deep cleaning. Brazilian Cleaning was prompt about getting in touch with me, and was able to accommodate my schedule requests, even on short notice. I didn't receive a call with an estimated ETA, so about 10:30 on the scheduled day, I called and was told the cleaners would arrive between 1 and 1:30 p.m. A group of 4 cleaners arrived at 1:30 p.m. The one individual who spoke some (very little) English asked what my priorities were, and they got to work right away. I went to the garage to work and get out of their way. They were in and out in 2 hours and did a fantastic job. Everything sparkled! Because of the language issues, if you have a lot of specific, detailed instructions, you might not want to use them. But they did a great job on what I needed, in very little time, and were very pleasant to work with.

Cleaners showed up for the quote, as this was a bank owned property and I knew it would need more then a normal cleaning. The younger man of the two that showed up spoke perfect English while the older one did not. I was told they had a chemical that would clean the walls back to the original white color no problem. This part of the process went fine. The day of cleaning they showed up at 9:30 after telling me they would be there between 8 and 8:30. when they got there 3 people showed up none of them could speak English so communicating with them was not an easy task! I asked the person who seemed in charge when they thought they would be completed he told me 1-2. I showed up around 1:30 to see how it was going I quickly noticed they were not using chemicals to wipe the walls down and asked what was going on they said it was clean. I then went to a local store and picked up a bottle of generic house hold cleaner "with bleach". I sprayed the wall and all the yellow nasty stuff on the walls came right off, infact you could see how white the walls were by the chemicals just running down the walls and cleaning them without even having to scrub them. I gave the man the bottle and ask him to call me when the walls were truly cleaned. They called 90 mins latter. I went back to the property to check the work, amazingly enough 90% of the nasty grunge was off the walls now. sadly they did not clean some of the walls and this was easy to tell when I was able to clean animal poop off of some of the walls. The person in charge refused to clean anymore and then got on his phone with his son and handed it to me. without the son ever showing up to the property other than to give me a quote and translate for his father he told me his dad had cleaned and that they were finished and fulfilled their part of cleaning. I simply informed the son he told me they had chemicals and that the walls would look brand new and once I reminded him of this he stopped talking. I would not recommend them to anyone who needs a tough cleaning! If you just need a everyday carpet cleaning, dusting, and windows wiped down im sure they would do a decent job. I on the other hand will not trust them to clean anything again.

On 5/13/15 we established the date to complete the deep cleaning service with Brazilian Cleaning Solution as 7/9/15 via the message center and Brazilian Cleaning Solution sent a confirmation. I sent a follow up message through the message center on 7/3/15 to confirm the date, but did not receive a response. My wife called the morning of 7/9/15 to get an idea of what time they would be to our house that day, as she had an event at the house that evening. The representative from Brazilian told my wife that they messed up and that we weren't even on the schedule for that day. After my wife explained the situation with her event, they said they'd try to get someone out by 4 or 5 pm. A crew ended up showing up at our house at 3 pm. They proceeded to clean the house, but I certainly wouldn't consider what they did a "deep" cleaning. There were some tasks completed like cleaing the stove out and dusting blinds that migt be considered "deep" cleaning, but other things such as return vents left covered in dust, cleaning solution left on the toilet, dust left on baseboards and master bathroom shower tile that didn't appear to have been cleaned at all that didn't reflect a "deep" cleaning had been completed in our house at all. A dissapointing experience overall.

I contacted the vendor on June 11th to find out their availability before I purchased the Angie's Big Deal of 6 hours of cleaning for $99. They said that they did have it available and that I didn't need to purchase through Angie's that I could just go directly through them. I was a little skeptical but I said ok. After confirming the date and time, I received a text 2 hours later asking if they could come the next day to clean; I had scheduled July 3rd. Then I received another text on July 1st asking if they could come on the 2nd. I informed them again that no I had scheduled the 3rd for a reason but that if they needed to change my time to just let me know. I didn't hear anything back from them. I woke my entire family up at 7:00 AM to ensure that they would all be out of the way of the ladies by 8AM. By 8:30am no one had arrived nor contacted me. I figured maybe drive time had taken a little longer. At 9:30am I text them that I had expected them at 8am and to not bother coming at that point. At 9:45 I received a message back that they had messed up their schedule and did I want them to still come out. Unfortunately at that point they continued sending messages asking if I wanted to reschedule for another day or later in the day. I had other things to get done and had scheduled the 3rd for a reason. Very disappointed in how this transpired. Nice enough on the phone but a total let down overall.

Recently had a lot of renovation work on the property done, and quite frankly we were tired of working in the house. We asked Brazilian Cleaning Solutions to come clean up the house after all the work was done, and they did a great job. The house looks great and not a detail missed.

They did a fairly good job, its just that no one on crew spoke english

Excellent team of 5 cleaned my house - extremely thorough job. I was very impressed and plan to use them again.
