They were very good with communication and scheduling. Showed up early and worked really fast. Did a thorough job, and we would use them again for a regular service. Not the deepest deepest clean we've ever had but the value for the price paid was very good.

Communiocated with me to confirm appt and were on time, curteous and professional. Asked if I were happy with result or if I wanted something more. Very Efficient.

They were thorough, took charge, and did a good job.

This company does a good job cleaning. I do feel like you have to monitor them though or some items will go unnoticed. I paid extra at the time of service for the inside of the window seals to be cleaned, and one was missed. I also noticed after they left that the ceiling fan in the master bedroom was not dusted and the return vents in the ceiling were not vacuumed, which they normally do. I have used them once before and I had to make sure certain things were done. Also, it is not explained that they are not truly there for 6 hours unless you ask. I am okay with more workers and less time in my home... so I think it's a good strategy. The only difficult part is that no one spoke very good English, so it was difficult to communicate at times. There staff was very friendly, professional and polite.

They had 4 people here for 1.5 hours per our agreement of 6 hours for 99 dollars. The team did an excellent job. My floors have never been this clean. I had thought that my dining room table needed refinishing but they polished it back to a gleam. Will have them back next month. Great job!

They were supposed to wipe out my kitchen and bathroom cabinets and basic clean of the rest of the house. They did a nice job on what they did clean, but missed the two upstairs bathroom cabinets completely. The drawers are obviously dirty still, with dust and hair and ten years of prior resident. I'm super disappointed in how they handled it...I called back shortly after they left to let them know that they missed two bathroom cabinets and the lady told me that they probably just didn't know they were there...12 drawers and two under sink cabinets? She said she would have them come back the following day, because it would just take them a second. They NEVER came back, or called! They had their money via prior purchase on Angie's list so obviously didn't need to comply. 300 dollars is a lot for me, I have four small children and truly needed this help, BOO for Brazilian cleaning solutions.

They seemed to do a good job although the two men with the vacs seemed to stand around and talk a bit while the 2 women followed up with mopping the floors. The second visit the wood floors were mopped going against the grain of the wood leaving streaks across the floor. The cleaning staff only spoke spanish.

The apartment was very dirty and they brought back to new.

Just bought an older house and the crew came in and gave it a good scrubbing. They even cleaned things I did not expect them to like the refrigerator which was an added bonus. Very friendly and quick and great price. Will use again for sure!!

They were very responsive to my scheduled needs and the cleaning was performed when scheduled. I would definitely use their services again.

Coordinating the schedule of this cleaning was the most difficult part. They did accommodate for a quick turn around, but then getting the team out was difficult. Once they arrived, they were fast, polite, and very thorough.

4 individuals showed up to clean my 2 bedroom apartment. They were able to clean each room thoroughly in about an hour. They were incredible!!!

4 cleaners were prompt and ready to go. They cleaned for about 2 hours. I wasn't sure how much they understood what I asked them to clean, but I didn't set-them up for success because the rental property wasn't empty, --it was full of dirty furniture. ...but I was looking for more dilligent clean in the corners, walls and baseboards. There were cobwebs aplenty left or missed. I learned a lesson that it was a waste of money to clean before the tenants left.

Cleaned for 4-5 hours with a crew of 4 people. Showed up right on time at 8AM and asked what I wanted cleaned and got right to it. English was a little rough to use, but we got what we needed communicated. Cleaned all bathrooms, tubs, shower, sink, oven, fridge, floors, walls, etc. Would definitely use again.

the crew showed up like 4 hours late with no info or call. the woman that did the kitchen did a great job, but the rest of the house was only OK. the interior of the oven was not cleaned even tho the big deal specified it would be. after the crew was here for a few hours they were packing up to leave, but they had not wiped door frames, or baseboards, or light switches etc. i asked them to clean the baseboards and they were not happy they had to stay extra, the manager called and said they could wipe down the bedroom ones but the wainscotting would be an extyra charge even though the big deal said the crew would take as long as it needed to finish the job. the crew did dust all my surfaces and vaccum and mop - as i said the kitchen was fantastic, the bathrooms only ok. it was over all a clean house, but i would not call it adeep clean. for the price im ok with the services provided, but i woul dask the provider to update their descriptio nto services they are planning to perform .

We had a little trouble with scheduling but once that was resolved, they showed up at exactly the new time they gave me. There was a team of four people and they cleaned the entire house in about 2.5 hours. They were very thorough, cleaning all shelving, blinds, celing fans, etc. They cleaned things I had not even thought about. My house has never been so clean! Very impressed with the work and all the extra special touches they put on.

Crew 1 arrived. Only one individual spoke partial english. The immediately got to work and I left them unsupervised in my upstairs. They started in our cluttered rooms. We had moved all baskets of clean clothes to the bed so they could focus on the foundation and explained to not worry about the baskets of clothes/bed. After a few hours I explained I needed to pick my daughter up from school but my husband was home if they needed anything. I returned 40 minutes later to find around 8 bags of trash lying in my garage. (Our trashcan had items we had placed on top of it so they just placed it the garage). My eye was caught by an item in a clear bag that was not trash. I started to go through each of the bags and was immediately angry beyond belief. They were simply throwing our items away. DVD movies in case and still stacked together, Medications (over the counter and prescribed), a glass, my deceased father in laws' World War II sailor hat, dirty clothes, all receipts on my husbands dresser, a brand new in box and best buy bag headset, a new pair of tighs still in plastic wrapping. The list goes on. I called the co-owner (the son) I had made arrangements with and demanded he get to my house immediately. I explained what was going on. He tried to reach his father as he was unavailable at an appt. His father was not available but he told me he would be there in an hour. He said it was up to me whether to have the workers (6 or 7 at this point) stay or go. They were "done" and I dismissed them as I was incredibly angry at this point. The co-owner arrived. I showed him the bags of our family's items. He took pictures and apologized stating he was embarrassed. He did not charge us and offered to clean again at no charge. He did follow up 10 days later offering again if we wanted cleaning again. The true cleaning of our home (vacuum, bathrooms etc) did not look bad. My dissatisfaction was in the lack of integrity of the workers and rather than ask a question they threw our personal items away -one of which was an heirloom. I took months to write this as I continued to be torn on the responsiveness and sincerity of the owner - but the total unacceptable actions of his employees.

I was dissappointed in the cleaning job performed. The property was empty at the time of service which should of made the whole home cleaning job easy. However, the floor in the pantry was never swept, the closet system in the master suite wasn't cleaned, and the window sills weren't clean. I had to go back through and clean all the things that were missed. Would not hire again.

Wow these folks work hard! They did an excellent job. I had no idea my stainless sinks and appliances could shine like that. The team moved all lighter items like chairs, benches, etc., and cleaned under and behind. They even did some blind louvers. I like the idea of a team because they are in and out quicker than a single house cleaner. Very nice people. I will use their services again. Highly recommend!

I really like this company. The team is very friendly. I have actually scheduled them to do a regular cleaning for me, which they have started. I like their work and the special touches they do--like setting up my daughter's bed in a cute way, the roses made out of the toilet paper, etc. These make me smile. The only thing that is a little difficult is sometimes you get a team where no one speaks English, which can be a bit tricky.

Provider on time. Providers on site were pleasant but there was a significant language barrier. Crew of 4 immediately said they were only to stay for 2 hours. Seemed in a rush to get job done even though agreement above says 'will take as much time as required". Language barrier seemed to prohibit communication regarding homeowners allergies and service agreement. Cleaning was more of a 'wipe down' ... seems little to no cleaning products were used, floor not mopped, counters not clean and bathroom sinks still have soap scum. Oven and microwave only things that seem to be done properly. Most of fridge done, top completely dusty and left crumbs in one shelf. Again, language barrier .. homeowner had specifically asked them NOT to do the fridge and to focus on the bathrooms. House is not clean, just wiped down with homeowners own paper towels (which provider asked for along with trash bags). Feels somewhat dirtier now than when they came in because of wiping everything with providers rags and homeowners paper towels. Left homeowners shoes and carpet outside. Used homeowners vacuum and did not clean it out, kept using it even though full of dust. Carpets not vacuumed appropriately. Homeowner disappointed in the experience. Will not use again.

They did a fantastic job. Some areas of the house were really quite messy and neglected and they look amazing now. I'd been renovating two of the rooms upstairs and told them they didn't need to do anything with them. Not only did they tidy up one of the rooms (which was nice), they actually fixed an air conditioning vent in it that had previously been all bent out of shape.

They were great. They accommodated my rescheduling a couple times with no issues and they did a great job cleaning my new home. It made me feel more relaxed in my new home. Thanks!
