Someone from the company called me to schedule within 2 days. They ended up coming out 4 days after I purchased the deal, which was amazing. The crew was less than 10 minutes late, which isn't too bad in my book. Three workers cleaned my entire house in 2 hours. It is spotless and shiny, the cleanest it's ever been. I'm so happy I bought the deal, this was a great help and definitely worth the money! I will use them again, without a doubt!

they did a poor job cleaning. left behind q-tips and trash that should have been cleaned and disposed of. hardwood floors had footprints , and cabinets were not wiped down well in kitchen as I had asked. they upsold me for more time before they even knew how long they would need to be there to clean.

I purchased through Angies List the $149 Whole House Cleaning. I communicated through Angies List email to schedule a day and time for the service and they responded quickly. A team of 4 arrived right on time (7:30am) and went right to work. All were hard workers and the house looks great.

It was awesome! They were detailed, thorough and easy to work with. They were great.

The cleaning started off bad at 8:18a they had not arrived or called. I spoke wh a rep and he informed they were 15min away. I called back at 8:48a still no arrival and my call went to voice mail. I called again at 9:05a and still went to vociemail. I received a call at 9:07a that there was a scheduling mix up and that I would be the next stop. I informed that this is a problem b/c now they would have to work around my carpet cleaning scheduled at 10a. I received another call at 9:08a wondering if I needed the carpets vacuumed b/c of the cleaning. Not sure why they asked, but I informed yes. The 4 person crew arrived at 10:13a and only 1 gentleman spoke english and his english was very minimal. They began cleaning right away. The kitchen stove was very messey and the young lady cleaning the Kitchen and Laundry did an excellent job. She really took her time. I guess too much time b/c towards the end the remaining crew members joined her in the kitchen to clean. They did miss one shelf on the refrigerator door. They cleaned the top floor well. They removed the cobs webs and washed hallway walls. They slacked on the lower level. The bathroom appeared to have a quick clean and they barely knocked down the webs. They never vacuumed the lower level b/c my carpet guys were already working. They began to wrap up as it approached the 2hr mark. They finished the job about 12:15p. I wish they would have had the timing concept down like this for their arrival. Overall, they provided a nice surface clean that would allow me to further clean. I would not recommend for deep cleaning as the offer states. I think they do well for maybe a routine cleaning job. Overall the house looks and smells better then it did prior to their cleaning.

I was difficult to get ahold of, but once I was able to get my schedule under control, it was easy to schedule for this. The floors were done perfectly, and the house looked nice.

It was pretty good. They did what they were supposed to. They had to reschedule because they said that they had staffing issues and then, they came late on the day they did schedule for.

The cleaners were a little late in arriving but once there they immediately went to work and attacked the bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, living areas. Everything was thoroughly cleaned or dusted. Linens were changed on beds, oven was cleaned, floors were vacuumed or mopped. The workers had only very basic English skills but knew what they were to do and did a nice job. We will use this company again.

My house needed a deep clean, especially because my parents were visiting for the first time. The team did a phenomenal job. My house never looked better. I would hire them again.

The three workers worked hard for 3 1/2 hours and did a complete cleaning job. Totally complete. The house was shining. I will invite them back repeatedly.

they arrived on time! there were four people, each with their own job to do. One dusted, another vacummed, another cleaned the bathrooms and the other washed the floors. The job was finished in a little over and hour. They were very professional and curtious. There was a bit of a communication issue since none of them spoke English but we were able to figure things out and I was able to learn a few Spanish words:)

We have used Brazilian Cleaning Solutions for house cleaning for over a year. Their crew keeps changing quite a bit. I like certain things done a certain way and I feel like I'm spending too much time showing them how I want to have things done. Most of the crew don't speak any English.Usually four people show up. If I can get the message through to them and once they have it down, they do a good job.i They are very flexible and are willing to work with you and I like that. I think the price is very reasonable. Some do a very good job and some do ok. Overall would recommend them.

They did a fantastic job. They did a great job cleaning the kitchen and 3 bathrooms. They cleaned my blinds and everything. It was unbelievable. However, it took a month to get them to come out.

My house was very clean at the end of the service. They did run about a 1/2 late, but I was ok on the time. The staff spoke only Spanish and I speak only English, but we were able to communicate quite well. The cleaners were very nice and personable. I wold certainly hire the company again.

First, they scheduled me many weeks out, due to the Big Deal. Then the appointed day came--but they didn't. They do not answer their phone (I tried multiple times), but finally called me back to say they had made a scheduling error and had not assigned a team to my job. We rescheduled for a few days later. They were an hour late, and did not call me to let me know--I had to call them. The cleaning itself went fine. The person who did the kitchen floor in particular did a very good job. But at dinner that night, I went to turn on the hanging light over the table only to find that the bulb was broken. They had broken it, cleaned up the broken glass, and left a ragged, dangerous partial bulb in the socket for me to deal with--and never even told me about it. Because of their lack of willingness to pick up the phone, honor their appointments, or bring problems to my attention, I cannot recommend them.

Did a great job and we will definitely use the again.

They did an excellent job. Spotlessly cleaned our entire house. We were very impressed with the outcome of this service. We will definitely be using them again and recommend them to anybody looking for their house to be cleaned.

We hired this company twice. The first time there were 4 people working busily for 1 hour, and they did a pretty good job, taking overall cleanliness of the house up several notches. We had a number of difficulties arranging the time, but in the end they were here when we wanted them to be, and we were happy with the value. The second time there was no scheduling difficulty, & 3 people arrived on time. They started about 5 min late, the person in charge was on the phone for the first 5 minutes, & they ended in staggered fashion with one worker loading the supplies over several trips during the last 15 minutes. While it may seem petty, if you count all the minutes they were not working, we got about 3 hrs worth of cleaning instead of the 4 hrs we paid for. The overall cleanliness of the house was improved, but significantly lacking. We felt like we needed to clean behind the cleaners. Would I use them again? No. I would prefer consistent quality, even if it means paying a bit more. If your place is a disaster zone and you want to take it from 10% to 70% clean, this would be excellent value and a reasonable choice. If you want that last 30% of cleanliness I would either do it yourself or hire someone else.

I was very pleased but they showed up an hour late.

They did a great job. They even got light fixtures, ceiling fans and window sills! I asked them to do my tile floors with bleach and warm water and they were fine with that. My only complaint is that I haven't found a company yet that really gets my kitchen floor clean! I come home & wipe the kitchen floor with a paper towel and it comes up black. I would hire them again and just ask for more attention for the kitchen floor.

There was a bit of confusion in the scheduling process. Probably due to a bit of a language barrier. We felt a little bit of a rush to get us on their schedule. That seems to happen with the Angies list deals.

They were a bit late but I think that there was some miscommunication. The team of 4 got to work quickly and had all their own supplies and equipment. I had a small list of special things I wanted done or just make sure they would include and everything was done and even above my expectations. They even swept off my front porch. I will surely be requesting them to come back!

The team was very prepared, arriving with cleaning supplies and equipment. Each person seemed to have their usual routine of what areas they cleaned and yet they seemed to be doing a continuous check of each others work. The house looked and smelled clean when they were done. I hope to use their services again when we move out of our current residence. They spoke little English and I wished that I had paid better attention to High School Spanish but that was a very long time ago.
