The hardest part of the transaction was getting in touch and getting it scheduled. It was frustrating trying to get a hold of them and they only seemed to be able to schedule 1 day in advance. Once it was scheduled they showed up about an hour late and I felt like they were then rushing some to get done as it was late in the day, to be fair they may have been doing it to help me since they were late. That being said, all things considered I feel they did a good job on the cleaning. They hit it with 5 people and did the entire house in about 2 hours. A few small things were missed that I didn't notice until later, however, since this was my first time using a cleaning service for my house, I feel they did a good job and they gave me the chance to call things out at the end so I feel like if I missed noticing it too I cant hold them responsible. I would consider using them again if I needed a cleaning service.

It didn't go. I sent three different emails trying to confirm a date and time and even took the time to call to confirm the date and time and they never got back to me. they sent two emails stating that they would try

First time they missed because the "secretary did not record the new date" per someone in the office. Rescheduled for a future date. They called the day before to verify they were coming the next day at 3 PM. They did not come and no one called to explain that they were not coming. I called the office. I have never been able to reach anyone in the office although they say they are there from 8 to 5. I leave a message and they never call back

This company needs to be better accountable if they want to stay in business. They have been a no show for the last 2 scheduled appointments. They are not answering their calls, so no accountability. Last week when they were a no show, they reassured me someone would be here today, but again without any notification, they did not show up. I have been trying to reach them by phone and text messages and they are not responding. They need to send people that want to do a good job and understand English. I do not think they are motivated or committed.

Purchased a big deal for cleaning. After six days I have only received an email requesting phone numbers so that they could set up a time to come out. I gave them both mine and my wife's cell numbers and a request to get the house cleaned before Thanksgiving. I realized when I put in the suggested dates of service I may have waited too long and was prepared for them to tell me this. I was not prepared to hear absolutely nothing. If this is the way they conduct their business I will avoid them in the future

The initial contact and date/time were very professional, however, the cleaning crew showed up way early, almost 90 minutes early and the supervisor/owner, failed to tell me they did not speak English. This communication issue became a source of contention and while I spoke with the supervisor on the phone, it was difficult to get the specific things I really wanted done. I liked what they did, but the communication proved to leave a bad taste in my mouth.

We purchased a big deal. They vacuumed, detail clean the kitchen and bathrooms, picked up a lot of junk laying around, they were in an out in one hour = 4 people. They showed up when they said they would, and did not stay and linger. They do not chat, they are there to work and they do a good job. I would love to see them improve their English skills. They are probably too busy working! But with all the gadgets we have nowadays, that's probably not a very good excuse. Good luck to them.

I expected more for the money. I was disappointed that out of 4 only 1 could speak English. He was the youngest one in the group. The other problem was the initial contact. It took forever to get someone to return my call and time was running out. Fortunately it worked out as planned. The cleaning was ok but not exceptional as stated in the ad. The floor in front of the fireplace was dirty, never touched. The master shower floor appeared dirty and not cleaned. The ceiling fans were cleaned, but now they are off balance and make a noise. We will have to pay to get someone to balance them again. The positive comment is that the Condo smelled really good when we walked in the door.

Granted the house looked better than it did before being serviced; but it's a far stretch from what we would describe as a "deep clean". After a thorough inspection after service, we still found dust on our blinds and ceiling fans; water rings on some of our counter tops, and many other small things that disappointed us. They sent four people (two men and two ladies) and completed service in about 2 hours and 20 minutes. While they were all polite, the biggest challenge was that no one spoke any English; so it was impossible to communicate with them. I would have expected at least one person to be able to have a conversation with me about service expectations. If so, I could have clearly set our expectations of what a "deep clean" was and how we would like to have things done. It's a shame for them though because we are looking for someone to do regular service on our house; but there was never any follow-up from the office or any sort of quality check-in to see if we were satisfied with our experience.

They were running a little late for the scheduled time, but i received texts on their eta. The crew of 4 showed up and immediately went to work - 2 went upstairs, 1 worked in the kitchen and the other cleaned the rest of the 1st floor. We stayed in the den to be out of their way and in case they had any questions. We were able to watch them clean the living room - they even vacuumed the sofa pillows and under the sofas. Within 2 hours, they were done. In and out in a flash and my house was clean! We were very pleased with how well they cleaned, how everything was shining and how clean my house smelled! I've already scheduled another cleaning for after the holidays!

Very easy to work with, scheduled exactly when I wanted. Called to confirm arrival time day before. Arrived as promised. Four folks worked constantly for almost 3 hours & did a very good job. Certainly met my expectations

Arrived on time. Four people knocked on the door. Two left their shoes outside my front door. Went to work immediately, no talking, no introductions. I was quite taken aback by that. The only question I was asked was for paper towels. There was a significant language barrier that made any type of communication extremely difficult. There was no way for me to communicate with them. Only one person spoke less than minimal English, enough to ask for paper towels. I approached the woman and she said No speak English. The Kitchen and Bathroom cleaning items listed in the description were completed for the most part. Excellent job on the interior of our stove, as well as our tub/shower area. I don't think I've ever had those areas as clean as they did. I was very pleased with that part. With the bathroom area, the items that were not complete included the cleaning of the lighting fixture, and the top of the cabinet and the items on top of the cabinet. With the kitchen area, the main item not completed (that was part of what caught my eye for this service), was the interior of my refrigerator. The general cleaning items listed in the description were completed for the most part. However, not all wall decorations, picture frames,and light switches were cleaned. The general cleaning items description also stated that doors would be cleaned, none of my doors were cleaned. Some pictures or wall decorations were dusted thoroughly, others were dusted partially, some were missed completely. Per their wording, "Deep cleaning services include: cleaning the blinds, base boards, window sills, ceiling fans, and other high dusting." Both of our ceiling fans were cleaned. Some window sills were cleaned and so were the tracks in those windows, others were not touched at all. The baseboards were not touched throughout the house and the cleaning of the blinds (the one thing I was looking toward the most), was not done at all. This part was extremely disappointing because the package indicated Deep cleaning. In good faith, I assumed that what I had paid for is what was to have been done. As such, I provided a $40.00 tip and they left. I now feel that I should not have been so trusting. I should have reviewed everything before they left, but was not given the opportunity to do so. Had I attempted to do this, there would have been no way to communicate anything due to the extreme language barrier. This was the first purchase I have ever made via Angie's List, and the first time I have ever had someone I don't know clean my home. I thought I had read enough of the reviews prior to making my selection of this purchase. I wish I had read further, because language barrier and the non-completion of listed items in the package description seem to be consistent among multiple reviews.

This is the second time I've used Brazilian Cleaning Solutions and I've been very happy both times. This time I noticed that there were some areas in the bathrooms that I would have like cleaned better...like around the faucets. I had to go back in and do some touch ups. Also, there are some scratches on my oven that I don't remember being there before they came. I can't say it was them, but it seems like it may have been. Still, I would totally use them again. Very pleased overall.

They were professional, courteous, punctual, and did an outstanding job of cleaning our home! The owner is wonderful to work with! We plan to use them on a regular basis for biweekly cleaning.

We have a toddler and a dog and so this wasn't the easiest cleaning. They did a very thorough job, including a special detail inside the fridge.

Not a bad job, they did not clean out the refrigerator which was supposed to be included in the price, the master bath toilet had not been cleaned around the bottom. Items were not put back in the same place they were before they came.

Brazilian cleaners did an outstanding job all over our house and even included cleaning our kitchen appliances like our oven and stove top. We have a very difficult to clean stove top with heavy wrought iron pieces and it is used a lot so the build up was difficult. It is as clean as if it was new again. Everything they cleaned was done beautifully and we have scheduled them to come on a regular basis from now on to keep our home in tip top shape.

Very pleased with the service. Arrived on time and thoroughly cleaned all portions of the house. Bit of a language barrier but easy to work with.

They did a very good job! I have signed up for every two weeks for their regular cleanings. Very nice family. They don't speak English at all, so I used my cell phone to type in English and have it translated to Portuguese for what I wanted to convey. They are very thorough and efficient! I have recommended them to more friends, as I heard about them from my good friend, and then found the deep cleaning deal on A.L.

The provider was very responsive to my request for service, contacting me to schedule the time and also to check if any last minute earlier openings they had would work for me. They came to clean the house exactly when they said they would, punctual to the date and time agreed upon. They did a very thorough job cleaning, and listened to my instructions to the letter. I would absolutely hire them again without any qualms or hesitation.

They are good, but they just do not keep their appointments. They do not show up when they said they were going to and one time it was a Friday afternoon. What happened was earlier in the week, they called me to confirm and they had changed the time from 11 to 12 showing up to 3 to 5 showing up. Then, they did not show up at all. I waited until 5:15 or 5:30 something like that. I called the guy and he did not even answer. I texted them and told them that they did not even call to let me know that they were not coming. I got an e-mail back saying that they had bad storms so they were not able to come. I bought that, but why did they not pick up the phone and give me a call. I told them that that was their second chance they have had. They blew it up full-time and told them I was not going to use them. On Monday, he sent me a text asking if they can come in that day. They did show up and they did a great job. The problem was just getting them there.

The team showed up on time and did a great job cleaning a college apartment for our son prior to his moving in. I appreciate their willingness to come to campus and the fact they did an outstanding job!
