We have used a few times, each time using an Angie's List deal. They are quick to reach out to schedule and flexible in finding dates and times that work for us. The people they send to clean are very nice and professional. They are FAST and they do very very good work. My only complaint is that there have been a few times that they did not arrive on time and I had to call and track them down. Not every time but enough that I had to mention. I continue to use them because the quality of their work I feel is better than other companies I have tried.

This is the third (maybe fourth) time I've used Brazilian Cleaning Solutions. They have been wonderful to me. My house is always clean and sparkling when they leave. I had family over 2 days after they provided the service and they all commented on how clean my house was! I would recommend them and will definitely be using them again.

The cleaners showed up early and ready to go. They even beat us to our own home. The were very efficient and focused throughout the cleaning, with a person for the kitchens, another on vacuuming, another on the bathrooms, and another person covering other cleaning tasks. They were very efficient and had the whole house sparkling in just over an hour. We were super impressed, and can't wait to hire them again.

I purchased this deep house cleaning as an Angie's List deal. They replied immediately to my purchase and we had a date scheduled for less than a week later. They followed up with a call the day before to confirm and set the exact time. The scheduling process couldn't have been easier. The cleaners arrived at the agreed upon time and began right away after a quick walk through of the house. Four cleaners came and spent 2 hours cleaning everything from ceiling fans to the inside of the oven. It's clear that they had a lot of experience doing this, because they got so much done in two hours. They dusted, swept, and scrubbed everything; made the beds; and cleaned the windows and mirrors. They also cleaned the inside of the fridge and oven, which was no small task. The did an exceptionally good job on our three bathrooms. As other reviewers have noted, there was a small language barrier as English was not their first language. At least one member of the crew spoke pretty good English, and communication was not really a problem. They were exceptionally nice people to work with. They even made my preschool daughter feel included by giving her a high-five when she pretended to help them clean something. I'm very pleased with the service I received and would recommend them to others.

It went well. They were able to come out during my requested service window on short notice. They weren't great at giving me confirmation that they would be there and I was calling them up until the day of service to get that confirmation. However, they were there and performed the service. Overall, it was really good. There were a few places that were missed: dust bunnies or cobwebs in some corners. Overall, I was satisfied. I wish they had someone with the crew that could communicate in English. We were able to improvise with smartphones and translation tools.

I called and spoke with Pablo. He was able to get me scheduled the very next morning. I did make it a point to explain to Pablo what areas id like focused on, after reading reviews that the cleaning crew didn't speak fluent English. He was able to let the crew know what my expectations were prior to them coming to the house. The next morning, I received a text message that the crew was 30 minutes away, and they promptly arrived within the window of the time. I showed one of the gentleman around the house, again pointed out which areas warranted a little extra TLC, and areas to be careful of (i.e., my shower door is a little wonky). Overall, I was extremely satisfied with their work. After their job was complete, I continued to find things throughout the house that I couldn't believe they paid attention to. A few things that stopped me from giving a A rating.... -despite their overall attention to detail, there were a few questionable things I found ( i.e. A pot left on the stovetop that they ended up stuffing in the stove) - a few members of the crew were walking around the house completely barefoot, which, isn't a huge deal I suppose, but I think clean socks may be more appropriate - the area that I stressed needed the most TLC was my master bath, and while it was cleaned, I think they could have spent more time there. Granted, I only scheduled the crew for 4 hours, and now I realize that they mostly likely needed 6 (as this was my first time getting a deep cleaning in this house), however, it may be helpful in the future to start with the spaces that are stressed by the homeowner, to ensure that if time runs short, at least those areas have been properly cleaned. Overall, I'm happy with the service. Everyone was very friendly and they really did bust their butts in a short amount of time. Next time I just know to ask them to start with the problem areas first.

All went GREAT. They did an awesome job. Very pleased with work. Workers did not speak English, BUT understood exactly what needed to be done and they did exactly that. From the top of the frig to the stove to the microwave to the steps to the dusting. I cannot say enough. They did an Excellant job. YES I would use again.... I would recommend.

It went great! I had read that scheduling in advance might be a problem. Wasn't. I schedule two weeks in advance. I read they might not be punctual. They arrived right on time (8:00 AM) with four people for a four hour cleaning. They were here for almost five manhours. They were thorough, diligent and left us very happy! They even vacuumed our two dog's beds and under couch/love seat and chair cushions. Didn't expect that. Main thing, my wife was quite happy!

They are family business, and do a great job, cleaning and sweeping under furniture, dusting all door frames, wall hangings, and nic nacks. They only speak Brazilian, but I found an app (free version) called speak and translate and we use it and can communicate fine. They are in and out quickly and everything is clean and sparkling. I even referred them to my son, and he has used others cleaners for years, but after using Brazilian Cleaning switched. They will do whatever you ask, just use the app and all is good!

This company did a great job. Special was for 6 hours of housecleaning and 4 cleaners showed up for a total of 1.5 hours. House was spic and span when they left. Will definitely use them again. The only hiccup was getting the service scheduled. I had to give three potential service dates and it took several days to hear back from them that I was scheduled. All others areas exceeded my expectations.

The cleaners showed up at the expected time. They didn't speak much English (Brazillian) but we had no problems there. The clean quality was "adequate" but far from exceptional. Both Responsiveness and Professionalism would have been A's except for the end of the following tale which dropped them to an absolute fail. Before the cleaning, we had a stainless steel refrigerator without any significant scratches. After the cleaning, we had scratches on one panel of the front of the fridge that appear consistent with someone taking one or two wipes with something that left several scratches with each pass. The Brazilian Cleaning Service says that there is no way that they caused the scratches as they don't us anything that could have possible created them. We stand on the fact that the scratches did not exist before the cleaning... Communication after the incident was disappointing. I reported the issue to the cleaners. They responded that it couldn't have been them. I countered that we believed that they were responsible and I asked if they would please ask the person who had done the work about the problem (I believe I was speaking with a supervisor)... and they stopped responding. I made a second attempt to contact them as they did not respond at all. This was very disappointing. I can understand mistakes. I can understand supporting your staff. I do not understand or accept terminating polite communication.

4 workers arrived on time and as scheduled. They each had their jobs to do and went right to work. They were thorough and professional. Although some of the workers were not native English speaking, the language barrier was not a problem. They did a very fine job and we would not hesitate to use them again.

If you are reading this and you are waiting until your house is uncluttered before you get cleaning help, wait no more! This Brazilian cleaning service dealt with the clutter and did deep cleaning that I have not been able to do in a long time. One of the two bathrooms they cleaned has not looked that good since everything in it was new. The people were prompt, courteous, professional and thorough. I would give this service an A+.

This was a big deal purchase and I did not think they did as good. It was an empty house and there were things that could have been cleaned better.

four people came, two men and two women and they were very happy and willing but the language barrier made it awkward. They were glad to work but the deal was meant to be for six hours and they were barely there for two. There were some spots that were not clean.

Well except they left hardwood flooe streaky. They also didn't clean fridge. Otherwise things went well I just hate the language barrier feel they need to learn our languge so communication could have been better.

The owner emailed me twice to be sure we had the correct time and day which I appreciated! The crew of four arrived 1/2 hour early. I took them through our house and told them what I wanted done. They immediately got to work and did everything I asked. They worked extremely hard and quick and were done in two hours. The house is spotless! The company is easy to schedule with and the crew works diligently to complete the cleaning. It was a pleasure to have my house cleaned by them and I will definitely have them back in the future. I have hired several house cleaning companies from Angie's list, but this is definitely the best of them all!!!!

Thorough, kitchen was sparkling, cleaned oven, missed a few spots but overall very good. Loved the little touches in folding towels in bathrooms!

When they came, there were three of them and none of them spoke English. So, I couldn't communicate with them unless they called someone else on the phone. They were supposed to take everything out of the garage and help me organize it. Well, because I couldn't speak to them it didn't organized. It got taken out and put back in. They cleaned the floor which was fine.
