They were on time, very nice, very professional. The house was very clean when they were finished.

They did clean the whole house, and did a pretty good job, but I wouldn't call it a "deep" clean. The first thing they ask was if I wanted them to clean out the fridge and the oven. I said yes, since that was supposed to be part of the package. They didn't get in all the corners and nooks like I was expecting. In the end, the house was clean, but not sparkling. They were easy to get in touch with. They showed up on time and the crew was professional. I'm glad I had it done, but I wouldn't hire them on a continual basis.

I had to reschedule the appointment first since I was told the cleaners will be late by an hour. When they came next time, they're late again. There were 4 people showed up for cleaning but they were not told that I purchased deep cleaning the house not the regular. I tried to explain but they had difficulty understanding / speaking English. One of the cleaners (who can speak little in English) asked me to put all the items back in the bathroom since it was taking more time for them to complete. As per the advertisement, they were running this special with the max. of 3500 Sq. ft but my house was only 2900 sq. ft. Also, I requested them not to clean one of the bed rooms and the oven. Whatever they did, the work was good (quality) but I didn't have a good experience. I don't know if this is a communication issue with the person coordinated with them but I went with the special advertised in Angie's list.

It was a wonderful experience. Very detailed cleaners - they got everything I would have cleaned myself, and then some. And I'm picky! They sent four people so they were only at my house (2300 SQ ft) 1 1/2 hours. Highly recommend.

The crew was exceptional! They were extremely thorough & cleaned areas that I wasn't expecting (under the couch, behind leather chair, baseboards). I would highly recommend this company!

They contacted me via Angie's list on a Monday and said they would be there the Friday afternoon. They said they would provide the exact time later in the week. I took Friday afternoon off of work so I could be there to let them in. I emailed them Friday morning as I had still not heard what time they would be there in the afternoon. I received no response all day and they never showed up.

they were late however they were friendly. I cut the rooms that I wanted cleaned in half because they had another job to do after mine. will hire again however I will make sure that it is 1st apt of the day.

Overall it was good...better than last service crew. On time, professional and get to their job without delay once they are on site. Each crew member has specific functions. They missed a few things again that I had to have them go over. I had provided a list of things that they needed to be sure to take care of when making the appointment. It seems those things may not have been communicated to them, but going through the house, they corrected them. I will use them again. But it is wise to walk through your house to make sure it is done to your satisfaction. I would recommend to Pablo that he send out the same crews to the house if they have cleaned it before. They would know what is expected and the overall performance and ratings would rise significantly.

Very well. All four members of the crew were very nice and friendly The leader was the only one fluent in English but communication was not a problem. Missed a few spots with dusting but with all the items we have out it is not surprising. Some furniture was not returned to the exact position but I will use them again and have recommended them to my neighbor.

I have used them twice now and they have done a great job above and beyond what I expected. They do not speak English which can difficult but certainly not a problem. I would highly recommend them matter of fact I have hired them to come on a regular basis.

I would use them again on a case by case basis. I thought there were things where they cleaned and dusted around but they didn't really move so much. When you looked at it, it looked very good. Then, I figured out there was dust. There were things that when you live in the house, you'd realize that even the ones on the outside wouldn't know. They don't speak English. They understand a few words. I don't feel like I could make suggestions to them easily so I stayed out of their way and let them do what they had to do.

The team of 5 came promptly at 8:00 am and left at about 10:10 am. One young man knows enough English to serve as interpreter. He confirmed with me what I wanted them to do and then they went straight to work. One woman finished washing my pots and pans (thank you!) and then cleaned every hard surface in my kitchen: the sink, counter top, out side of the cabinets, the stove, microwave and refrigerator (inside and out). Another woman cleaned the inside surface of every window and then damp-dusted all my wood furniture, including straight-back chairs. Some of my chairs have cained (sp?) seats and she indicated that she weaves caining as a second job. One man carried a powerful vacuum with a long wand on his back. He used that for ceiling corners, floor boards and upholstered furniture. The young man and his father tackled the bathroom and the father went on to vacuum all the floors, took out the trash and worked on cleaning bedrooms while the son finished the bathroom and mopped the floor. As they were leaving, the front door was open and the young man with the back-pack vacuum noticed there was dirt in the doorway, so he plugged his pack back in and sucked it right up. Now THAT is attention to detail! My house was filthy and now it's clean. I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and 2015 was a very difficult year for me. I finally gave up and let it just be dirty until I had enough money to hire someone to deep clean it. I sure am glad Angie's List customer service suggested Brazillian Cleaning Solutions. I made sure to learn how to say Thank You in Portuguese: OBLIGATO !!

It worked out fine. They didn't charge more.

The provider cleaned windows with a solution filled bucket. They didnt have glass cleaner. This same bucket cleaned my furniture. They didn't have furniture polish. This solution cleaned my very expensive leather furniture. I stopped them from cleaning my leather, it cleaned the vents on my fireplace top vents only, missed bottom vents. Blinds were broken, no big deal because they are cheap due to the fact we have young kids. They didn' have to vacuum because we are in the process of getting new carpet and the carpet company vacuums as they finish a room. They didnt have to change linens at my request. Overall they were disappointing. The ad says they will stay as long as the job takes, but they were gone in a little over 2 hours. The oven was cleaned but I had to provide the oven cleaner and sponges, not sure what solution they were using originally. My master bathroom has 3 mirrors, they cleaned all 3, but they still had finger prints and splashes on them. They didn't mop the bathroom floors. I know because the carpet fibers were still all over it. The window seals looked good, but the corners that everyone hates were still dirty. The master bathroom sinks were still dirty. They used rags and paper towels to clean everything except when I gave them the scrubbing sponges. They used my paper towels. A better job might have been done if they were equipped with the right tools for the right job. I never saw a broom. I swept the kitchen floor. They mopped the kitchen floor with my wood cleaner and a squeegee and.....a rag. That was actually genius, the squeegee part. I had 4 people show up, 2women, 2 men. They barely spoke English if at all. They took out the trash and mine and put it in my trash can outside. My painters took the trash with them and disposed of it. The ad said the deep cleaning consisted of Interior cleaning of the oven and refrigerator. The fridge was never opened. My house was cleaned and it looked better than when they started, but since we have granite and marble counter tops, I have to re-clean them to make sure whatever they used will not damage them. I have to re-clean most windows if not all, and sinks. This service was not worth the $149.00 I paid. With all the good reviews, I have to ask, we're the owners paying attention to what they were using to clean with??? When the lady mopped the floor, one of the guys walked across the wet floor and was standing half of half off my new carpet. My carpet is less than a day old and wet shoes were on it. In all fairness, my house was a wreck and they had to work around a lot of things. As I said, I'm in the process of getting new carpet, and having my house painted. Everything was displaced, but still if you can get to it, I shouldn't have to redo it. The carpet layers and painters weren't present when the cleaners showed up.

Awesome! Very courteous, punctual and professional crew who did an excellent job - we are thoroughly impressed; we will definitely call them for our future house-cleaning needs and we will refer them to our friends and colleagues as well.

I have used this provider multiple times and am very happy with their thoroughness. They do a really good job of cleaning and I have a fairly large house with wooden floors. It is a bit of pain to schedule with them (back and forth a couple times) but I still go back to them as you can't beat their price. I definitely recommend their services.

An entire crew showed up, scrubbed everything, and got the house looking fantastic.

The crew was very professional. Missed a few spots, but I'm a perfectionist. There was a language barrier but we made it work. Determining the time the crew would be there on the scheduled date took some work but an overall good experience.

It was okay. Pablo's crew came back to re-clean as they missed some things during the previous deep clean. This time it was not a deep clean but a general cleaning. They missed the ceiling fans again.. We needed to point out areas of the hardwood flooring they missed. But I will use them again. They are professional, punctual and correct areas that need to be gone over again or missed with no complaint. I hope the next time I can give them one of the glowing reviews I read that got me to use them in the first place. I'd recommend them over others I have tried

They were on time. Did a thorough job everything was very clean. They did a the whole house INCLUDING APPLIANCES. Price was very reasonable.

They were pretty descent. They were good. They clean well but the problem is because a lot of their staff doesn't speak English.
