This service was satisfying. I don’t think they went above and beyond. They missed a few spots like corners of windows and tops of fan. I guess the level of attention wasn’t there.

I don't know how they clean, but it was impossible to schedule a date and time. It seems that they like to schedule for the following day by contacting you the prior evening or the morning of. This is impossible for most working people, so I am not sure how they get their business. I gave up and found another provider.

They did not response to numerous contacts by text, e-mail and phone calls. They said they were having an internal problems and couldn't schedule me but I finally reached them. Right now I just want my money back because they are unresponsive and I couldn't schedule the time I needed them.

We have new carpet and hardwood floor in entire house, so that it coved with a lot of dust. They left without a single dust!! Good job and thank you!

The crew arrived on time, a 5 member crew. I was able to communicate the basics of what we expected done and they set straight away to work. They knocked out the whole job in about 1.5 hours. Some highlights were the range, sink, and appliances in the kitchen - they hit them all hard and they are shining now. They also hit the bathrooms, dusted, vacuumed, and more. I am very happy with this service and we will likely use Brazilian again.

They confirmed appt. day before, arrived on time and cleaned with effecently and effectively. Very detailed and hardworking. House is clean and ready to go. Will use them again!

The crew does a great job cleaning my house. The only item preventing me from giving an "A" is issues with communication. If I could better communicate with at least one member of the crew they would get an "AAAA" all the way!

Amazing job! Just as perfect as our previous vendor in California. I've decided to use them on a bi-weekly basis and already referred to my friend. She was as impressed as I am. Thanks Pablo and team for becoming a part of our family!

Couldn't have gone better. They were prompt, cheerful, concentrated on the job, and got it done quickly and amazingly well. I only wish they could speak English, for communication was difficult, but this is definite a service well worth an A.

bought big deal for deep cleaning. We had been gone for extended period and needed deep cleaning. Scheduling of service was kind of a pain. Scheduled it 10 days out and then was told day before they could not do it as crew's van broke down. Was told he would call me next day with a time to clean it 4/15. Never got a call so had to call him. He said he'd call back in 15 minutes and again no call so 3 hours later I called him. No answer; he later texted me.. finally settled on time. They arrived on time with 4 cleaners. They were here 2 hours. Did a nice job.

Setting up the appointment was somewhat painful (multiple cancelations on their part, trading text messages and phone calls), but the cleaning was exceptional. They brought four people and worked for three hours straight. Blinds were cleaned, insider the over was scoured, the couch cushions were all removed and vacuumed ... the list goes on!

The representation that Angie's List made--deep house cleaning for property <3500sf irrespective of how much time job took--was different than what provider said, which was they would send 4 people for 2 hours for that price. I described the job to the provider, who said they could do the work I wanted (2100 sf house) in that amount of time. After 1 hour, 45 minutes, provider called and said they were only partially done, and demanded additional $250 to finish the work. I refused. Provider left after 2 hours; some areas that needed cleaning were never started; other areas where they had worked were poorly cleaned. We had to hire another company to do the work.

I scheduled the cleaning service two weeks ahead of time for the morning of April 11, 2016. Waited all morning without contact. I called at 10:00 AM and left a message on voicemail asking for an indication as to when they would come. Waited the rest of the day with no contact and no response. At exactly 5:10 PM I received a call from the company and was given the lame excuse that there was a computer "glitch" that dropped us off the schedule for the day Please give me a break. This company obviously didn't want the business. This person then wanted to reschedule; however, I declined as we needed the work done on April 11th. That is why I scheduled the work several weeks in advance. This company is obviously unprofessional and I would not use them or recommend them to anyone. Further, this was the second cleaning company recommended by Angie's List that "stiffed" us. Consequently, we're very disappointed and would hope that in the future, Angie's List will screen providers more rigorously before referring them to members. (These deals shouldn't be offered for providers who don't want to perform the work for the stated price.) I therefore respectfully request that I get a refund for the order I placed. P.S.: On a positive note, we did use a plumber you recommended with positive results. (Eco-Plumbers) Thanks for your attention to this issue. Ennioi F. Izzo

good overall. I contacted them about my toaster no longer working and I asked if they had dropped it., I had used it the day before the service and when I went to use it again it was unplugged. I went to use it and it didn't work. They gave me a phone number to send a picture of my toaster to with no response.

Brazilian Cleaning Solutions did a good job considering it was NOT a planned visit. I was replacing a cancellation so I wasn't quite ready. Four people came to clean, doing a good job of dusting, cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen ( I did't recognize my own stove) and vacuming. I believe they could have done better if I had picked up a bit.

The provider never showed up.

The team showed up early and I wasn't home, but it worked out. None of the team spoke English so we communicated by a handheld translator. The members worked hard and accomplished quite a bit. Kitchen was spotless. The only rooms that could have used a bit more cleaning were the bathrooms. The toothbrush holder was not cleaned and the baseboards were dirty. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Brazilian Cleaning Service did a great job of contacting me and scheduling an appointment after I purchased my service. They were about 45 minutes late getting to my house, but once they arrived they brought in their cleaning materials and equipment and got right to work. They even stayed for a longer amount of time than I had purchased, and did an excellent job of cleaning my kitchens, bathrooms, base trim, vacuuming, and dusting. I would recommend them, and will definitely use them again.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. We were looking for someone to come into our vacant condo to get it ready to rent. We had already had the carpets cleaned and walls painted. The refrigerator had even been cleaned out already so they didn't need to even touch it. In scrolling through the the explicit things that they listed that would be cleaned I thought I had found what I was looking for... clearly too good to be true. I was particularly interested in the cleaning of the cabinets in the bathrooms and kitchen, mopping the floors in the bathrooms and kitchen, and cleaning of the showers and sinks in the bathrooms. As I mentioned before, the condo was vacant so there was nothing on the counters or in the cabinets that they would need to move (though the deal said that they would), and there wasn't even any furniture to navigate or clean or beds to make because it had already been moved out. Also - this deal was for a property up to 3,500 square feet and our condo is at least 1,000 square feet smaller than that. What a let down. I had let the cleaning company in (note that they were a half hour late and I had to leave work to let them in) and they said that they would take care of everything and lock up on their way out. BIG MISTAKE. *Just to clarify - they didn't damage anything that I have found thus far* I stopped by the condo quickly after work to check that the door was locked and close the place back up but didn't review their work. A few weeks later we were in the condo with potential tenants and I started to look around. I noticed first that the cabinets didn't look clean (they are white so it is pretty obvious if they haven't been scrubbed). So I grabbed a Lysol wipe to see if I was correct. Strike one ... really? Didn't even wipe down the cabinets as per the advertisement?! Next I went to check the bathrooms. The floors hadn't been scrubbed, the cabinets also hadn't been wiped down and get this - they didn't even touch the shower - literally still soap scum on the doors. And the ad specifically called out cleaning showers including the door tracks (which btw definitely hadn't been touched). So I called the company on Monday whey they were open again and asked for them to come back out. This time I was going to stay at the condo with them on my day off to ensure that the work got done. I was told that they would arrive at 7:30am on February 29 and they never showed up. I sat in my empty condo on my day off for a half hour waiting and nothing. So I called - left a voicemail that I was waiting and still nothing. So I reached out to Angie's list about it and they said they could not provide a refund for the service and that I would need to work with the company. So I sent a message to the cleaning company over Angie's List asking them to come back out again and it was as if I had never called to have the come back out the first time. They asked me what needed done (which I had already told them when I scheduled them to come back out on 2/29) and their response was that I could pay an additional $79 and that they would send 4 people out for an hour. 2 HUGE things wrong with that statement - First - I had already paid them $150 plus tip for a service that was not rendered, and Second - it clearly says in that service that there is no time constraint and that they would stay til the job is done. I responded saying that I am confused and do not understand why I need to pay them more money to come back out and finish a job that I had already paid for. No response ... so I reached back out 2 days later again asking for clarification ... no response ... so I reached out one last time on March 10 asking if they were just done communicating with me and guess what ... still no response. I am thoroughly disappointed with this company. There were other companies that I spoke to that were ready to come in and do a great job, but unfortunately I trusted that since I had found this company on Angie's list, they must be trustworthy and good at their job. Don't be fooled people. This company is not worth your time or your money. Now I have to go to the condo and scrub out all of the cabinets and floors and shower before out tenant moves in and I am 7 months pregnant ... which is the whole reason we hired a company anyway.

Cannot recommend this company any more highly! They came in and immediately got to work in our kitchen (stove, counters, floors) and the cleaning went all the way through our bathrooms (3) bedrooms (3) and all living areas. They are one of the most efficient work crews I have ever seen! Very friendly, would definitely hire them again. They even got a stain our of our basement toilet that had been there for years. Thank you to this crew! Be sure you tell them what you want cleaned, or they may be ahead of you cleaning an area you didn't want cleaned, haha.

We had had some issues with setting up the time and time changing and them not showing up on time. So that was obviously difficult but once they got there, they did an amazing job in terms of the actual work. It was very difficult. I almost wanted to cancel but they worked so well in terms of what they do. I would consider again just because the work was good but the scheduling was an issue. They were just very good in cleaning and in the efficiency. I was able to talk to them and we kept rescheduling. It was just they actually show up, that was the issue.
