Benchmark Roofing

Description of Work: The young lady took my info and said someone would call me back within 24 hours. It is now 3 days later - no call back. 2/5/12 After hearing about the above, the owner of Benchmark himself called me to make it right. The tech who received the info may have written my number down wrong. The owner asked if I would give them another chance and I agreed to it. Within 45 minutes someone was at my door to investigate my problem and give me a thorough estimate. He was professional and complete. We are having a couple of others look into our problem so we have not made a decision yet but they are now first in the "rankings" for our business.

Description of Work: I tried twice to reach this company. Once through a telephone call and another through their Website contact form. Though the polite voice on the other end of the phone said I'd receive a call "in 24 hours," they didn't bother to call me back. I explained in both contacts that I needed some gutter work done.

Description of Work: They did roofing services.

Description of Work: I called to have my roof inspected, and repaired if needed, after a device to control rainwater installed by another company, fell off the second story roof of my home. When I called I was told of their minimum $250 charge, but then told that they would try to work something out so that I would be charged for only a trip charge. Within a couple of hours one of the company owners was at my home, inspected my roof, made a couple of minor repairs, that I wasn't even aware existed, and charged me nothing. What a great company!!! I will certainly call them again.

Description of Work: Had Chris from Benchmark out to perform an estimate. He was prompt, then later explained in detail the roofing options. He was professional and knowledgeable. Went with another contractor who was a little more prompt with comparisons and work examples. Good company though.

Description of Work: Had a 4-season room added and the roof was leaking. They came out and fixed the shingles so they drained properly.

Description of Work: Matt Maynard came and walked all over my roof after another company told me I needed a new roof. He patched a leak until they could come out and put on a new roof. They put on a new roof, and did everything I expected them to do. They cleaned up after themselves and followed what they had laid out in the estimate. I'm very pleased with this company.

Description of Work: Small job: roof on a two car garage. Benchmark was great. Came out to do estimate same day as call. Estimate was one quarter (!!) of two other estimates. Came to do job on day that was convenient for us. Came on time. Were very efficient. Cleaned up perfectly. Estimate was the final price except for some underlay that they found needed replacing, but we had anticipated that that might be the case.

Description of Work: WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE AND QUALITY OF PRODUCT ON OUR NEW GUTTERS. THEY RESPONDED QUICKLY AND COMPLETED THE WORK ON TIME.
