AUTUMNWOOD HOMES INC

My first contact with Autumnwood homes was back in November 2015. I found a home on truilia that I liked and wanted more information on. I clicked the ?one click button for information? and moved on. Shortly after I received an email from a guy at Autumnwood homes that gave me information to their website, and made the home available for me to see at my leisure. We viewed the home before it was completed building, and held back on moving further just because of the holidays. When we decided to start looking again, we went back to the home several times, each time taking a member of our family to view. We decided we wanted to move further and replied to the original email, I got in November, it was a Saturday. I couldn?t wait to hear back from them so I called the number that was provided on the email first thing Monday morning. I spoke to Mark, who was the same one to contact me by email, and asked me to email him the name of who was applying, he asked who would live in the home, and he explained the process to me. I sent him the email, and an hour later he replied with links for each person to the application. He thoroughly explained the application fee of $45, which is understandable and totally acceptable, not to mention an industry standard (I have seen landlords want $50+). The time line he gave me for the application was accurate. I had all applications submitted by Tuesday, and by Friday we spoke regarding the down payment amount and what he was waiting on (we were waiting on a referral to call him back, which is out of their control). By the following Monday we had our answer. We have since been in contact and working together to make this house our home. Anytime I reach out with a question (which sometimes it is quick, and sometimes it?s not) they always make time to speak with me. If I send an email, they always email me right back! I have not had any issues with them and I look forward to continuous business with Autumnwood homes.
