Arrived on time and completed entire job in 5 1/2 hours. Could not tell they had ever been there except for the new shingles on the roof. Used a magnet to pick up any nails that dropped.

The service was great. We had worked with this company before, and Lyndon fixed our roof leak. He's smart and informative and efficient. We asked for him again, and he came out and looked at our roof and vents, and he could have done a sales job on us, but instead, he was straightforward and honest: he told us that we didn't need a new roof for the time being. But, when the time does come for us to get a new roof, I know that we'll be calling Ascent and asking for Lyndon again.

Showed up on time and applied new adhesive to all loose shingles. I was prepping the house for sale. The roof passed inspection after the repair so I was pleased.

Well and he came back another time and re-treated the roof at no additional cost. Very good quality and customer service.

He was great. The guy that came out was very nice. He was professional and got the job done. I was happy with the outcome.

Tech inspected the roof and advised me that he found no problem and that he caulked a few nails that might be leaking. He stated that no other repairs were needed. A few days later after a heavy rain, I noticed a puddle on the garage floor coming from the area of the original leak. I contacted Ascent and they said they could send out the Tech the following day. Tech never showed, and no one from Ascent called. I contacted another company the next day and they came out and inspected the roof, found the problem and repairs are being made. I do not recommend Ascent. Their failure to show for a scheduled appointment and failure to contact me at all was not professional.

Brent Cornwell and his team did a wonderful job replacing my roof. They were punctual and professional. The final cost was slightly under the original estimate for extremely high quality work. I particularly appreciated the extra time they spent searching my yard for any dropped nails or materials so my dogs didn't accidently step on something.

Fabulously! Brent and his team are professional, punctual, thorough, and fair. I was impressed from day 1 with Ascent Roofing Solutions. From the in-home presentation to the quote and, once we selected them, from the on-the-job communication to the final walk-through... everything was "above and beyond." Brent takes great pride in his work, his team, his company, and our community. My husband and I felt we were cared for like family ... and our home was treated as their own. Ours was a tough job. Not only is our roof unconventional (portions that are steep, several dormers, flat rubber section), but we were also making a dramatic material shift (from wood shingles to 3D asphalt). My husband I extensively researched every material (literally - wood, slate, metal, shingles), quoted over 15 companies, and hummed and hawed for months. Throughout the process, Brent and his team were responsive and thoughtful. After material selection and quality of shingle, we awarded the work to the company who we trusted the most... and Ascent won that in spades. If we move and ever need another roof, we'll absolutely go with Brent and his team again. Full confidence in them.

He was on time made the inspection quickly and was very thorough. He gave us a good, honest evaluation of the roof condition and what we would be looking at in the future as far as repair or replacement. He did not try to sell us a new roof.

Quote was extremely high, despite Angie's List credit. Found someone to do it for half the price. Could have saved the money I spent on the Angie's List inspection & repair credit.

The service went fine. They did a good job. I didn't pay anything more.

Lyndon is a good man and does good work. I am pleased with the repair work that he did and happy with the new ventilation he installed. We will see how the leak fixes go once we have our next rainfall. The only negative comment (and it is minor) is that there was some cleanup that I had to do in my backyard and also on the lower garage roof that should have been done before Lyndon left the job site.

We are so grateful that Ascent cared enough to stay involved until the issue was resolved. We were thoroughly disappointed by the other responsible company for the leak issues we had. Ascent was professional in handling the situation. We appreciate all of Ascent's hard work and time spent to manage us and our issues to keep moving forward with another project once they found what was causing the water leak. The owner was truly concerned and wanted to resolve the issue no matter what it took. Ascent definitely values their customers and wants to maintain good relationships through their dedication to customer satisfaction. We really appreciate the ongoing communication they have with us through any process. They always respond in a timely manner and are quick to send someone out to speak with us and look at the physical issue at hand. Ascent is a superior company which strives for excellence in all categories.

Ascent roofing quickly diagnosed the problem and did a great job fixing. I feel like they went the extra mile (spent extra time to properly reinforce our roof) to make sure we don't have leaking problems again. Very nice to work with.

They were very friendly. I called and they responded quickly. They let me know that they were completely booked until July 11th but were able to set up an appointment for that date. They were very professional, I liked the way they responded and were honest. I couldn't wait because of the situation I had. I found someone else who could do the work before the 11th so I called to let them know I would need to cancel my appointment and they really appreciated that. They let me know if I needed anything in the future to let them know and they would be happy to help me and I really appreciated that response.

Very well. The installer was very courteous and knowledgeable. He did the install quickly and cleaned up after himself. He also so had a very nice whistled song while on the roof. The installer also noted the health of the roof and vents.

Very professional and explained exactly what needed to be repaired. Completed repairs in a timely manner. Took pictures both before and after the work had been completed to show me all the work that had been performed.

They did a pretty good job. The only complaint I had is the coupon said they will take would take $100 out from the repair and we had one of the repairs but they never showed up but coupon wise they did all their stuff pretty good. They didn't come and fix anything else. They were not pretty good actually. The guy who came in to do repairs came in very late and I was at work at the time so when I talked to him on the phone he said that they would call back right away the next day or something like but they never gave me a call after that either.
