Description of Work: The guy showed up clean the gutters and told me they would need to charge more to remove the gutter guards (this is in the small print and not a problem to pay). He also informed me they would be unable to clean the gutters because he felt the shingle overhang was too great and that they would need charge extra to cut off the end of the shingles from my roof. I've had the gutters cleaned the last 4 years by as many different companies and have never had anyone suggest this nonsense. He did not offer to do the work at that point but rather to get back to me with an estimate. Frankly I don't trust them at this point and am requesting a refund. I don't like climbing ladders but I've since done so and cleaned the gutters myself.

I am sorry you are not happy. Your excessive shingles need cut back for several reasons. They can cause water to wick back behind your gutters and rott out your fascia. Also it will cause rain water to over flow or splash over the sides. It will also take us longer to Properly clean the gutters. We run an honest and upfront business and our main focus is customer service.Leroy did the right thing and he was trying to help you for problems and issues down the road. Description of Work: LeRoy was very nice and informed me that I had gutter guards already and to remove those and clean out the gutters would cost over $300 ..I told him that I wasn't prepared to spend that money and would like a refund, which he was gracious to accept. If I need gutter work done in the future I would definitely call LeRoy at Ascent Roofing .

Not only were they pros but personable. If I saw anything that I thought wasn't right- they fixed it. Jose and his crew were AWESOME! Clean-up? Didn't have to pick up a thing. Description of Work: I bought the $99 special - gutter cleaning. But I have gutter guards, and I'm not sure the company even did anything. The only reason I knew they had been there is because one of the guards was overhanging a bit when I got home. We had to reschedule several times because of the weather. Which is fine, but the day he finally came, the company didn't let me know until that morning when I was at work, so I had to go home at lunch to unlock the back privacy fence. Also, I had asked about the cost to also reattach one of my drain spouts that had come unattached while they were there, and they never got back to me about that. Also, I don't remember what date they came.

Description of Work: Contractor arrive on time. Went up into attic for inspection. Noted the insulation currently in attic and explain the amount of insulation still needed for the attic per code. He said he would e-mail me with the cost of adding insulation that was needed. He mention that I should close off my gable vents since roof vents were install across the entire roof when I had a new roof put on a few years ago. He mention this would provide better air movement and would keep the attic temps. more consistent with the outside temperature. I was pleased with the explanation and would use them again.

Description of Work: Technician inspected attic area - took 5-6 minutes. Said looked good except insulation was minimun. Said he would e-mail me a proposal on alternatives. id not receive an e-mail after one week so called them. Person on phone was resistant but she said she would contact technician. Later in the day I received the following : "Hi Mr. Tudas Sorry i didnt get back with you sooner. i dont know how i missed your paper work when i was sending the rest of my emails. The cost to bring your insulation up to get you best energy savings will be 2,726.54. again i apologize. " Mike Rine 7405040201 Ascent Roofing Solutions Certainly the above is not a professional proposal. How much insulation? R value? Type of insulation? Estimated energy savings per year in $? Warranty/Quarantee? other recommendations? alternatives? list of satisfied customers? I will contact other companies
