Description of Work: They contacted me immediately to schedule the service and explained that the response to their special offer on Angies List had been overwhelming and they would not be able to get out to do the work for about a month. That was ok with me, we schedlued it, they showed up on that day and did the work. When they came to do the work they said they had inspected my roof and found a few issues that should be addressed. They left me a business card and said they would be back in touch to prepare a bid for the issues they saw. I've never heard from them again.

Description of Work: Cleaned and reattached gutters! Great work. They recommended some additional work but didn't leave any estimates.

Description of Work: Firm cleaned my gutters per the $79 prepaid Angies List deal. They have been functioning well since then as far as I can tell. |Since my gutters had covers on them, he offered an estimate of $150 to remove them to clean and then put them back on. I chose to just have them remove for an additional $75 charge since they obviously weren't working. |He said he would give me a recommendation for better gutter covers, but I haven't received that.

Description of Work: Time between initial order via Angie's list and contact from the vendor was too long. May 22nd spoke to vendor (very pleasant on the phone), but service couldn't be scheduled until June 17th...almost a month later! Service has not yet been completed, but I certainly hope their service on-site will be better than their response time from initial contact.

Description of Work: They cleaned out all of the gutters on our house. It was quick and professional and he even told us about one gutter that wasn't pitched correctly which was causing it to have standing water. We are going to use the same company to fix it.

Description of Work: A young man from ASCENT ROOFING SOLUTIONS showed up to inspect my windows and gutters. He sealed all my windows and repaired an area of my gutter that was out of alignment. He told me his assessment of my windows. He was professional, neat, and kind. He did a great job.
