Description of Work: Lyndon came out to fix a leak in my roof. He assessed the problem, came up with a solution, and now my roof leak is gone. He was very professional and explained things to me so that I understood them. I appreciated that. I would definitely call him again.

I am sorry to hear this customer gave a C rating on price. This was an Angies list big deal which cost only 99.00 for us to come out and do a roof tune up , which includes caulking exposed nail head, caulk and seal chimneys and all roof penetrations. We also evaluate the condition of the roof over all. Our regular price for this is 250.00. So this customer got a great deal and saved some money. Description of Work: They fixed a lead in the roof where the addition meets the house. They patched the leak and applied a flashing so the water didn't sit there any longer which would prevent any further leaks. It went great, havent had any problems since. Would definitely use again.

Description of Work: We contact Ascent Roofing to estimate repairs caused by Champion's defective installation of our porch cover. Ascent had previously done work for us, so we chose them to make the repairs. Champion's insurance company was paying for the repairs, and LeRoy of Ascent was very patient, cooperative and helpful during the insurance company's assessment of damages and scheduling of repairs. Although it took four months for everything to get in place with the insurance company, Ascent quickly got the repairs scheduled, and worked diligently to get the job done. We also had them replace the roof on our 2-car detached garage at the same time as the house roof repairs were done. Both projects were done at the end of two days.

Description of Work: This company reconstructed the roofing over our sunroom as it was improperly installed (by a previous owner) and was leaking. Everything about this company is superb, from their communication to promptness of a quote to the execution of the service. Even one of the owners stopped by the day of service to make sure everything was completed properly. I would definitely use this company in the future.
