Roof looks great! Did a great job cleaning up the yard of nails and shingles and repairing leak damage to interior of house. Never felt they tried to rush the job and took time to make sure they answered all of our questions. Responded quickly to any questions we had. Overall very pleased with work and highly recommend them!

They did what they said they would and did so with high quality work. The one thing I liked in particular was the fact that they kept me informed during the entire process. They were also done very quickly.

Following hail damage Ascent roofing responded within a day to my request for an estimate. At that time we were able to identify a date convenient for me for the tear off of the old roof and installation of the new roof. Prior to the installation members of Ascent management visited and inspected the roofing material that had been delivered for quantity and quality. Due to inclement weather the project was postponed but Ascent was able to reschedule within two days of the original date. On the date of installation a crew of approximately 6 persons began work at about 8 AM. They were very respectful of my property and "cleaned up" as they progressed. The tear off of the old roof and the installation of the new (approximately 31 squares on a two story house) was accomplished by 4:30 PM of the same day ...to include removal of all discarded material. During this period Ascent management made several site visits to evaluate the rate of progress as well to deal with any issues...of which there were none from the home owners perspective. A magnet was used to sweep for nails not only of my driveway and parking area, but the adjoining lawn and gardens as well. Several days after the completion of the rood installation, Ascent management returned to my home and "walked the roof" looking to identify issues and/or problems...once again of which there none from my perspective. Additionally, a new "leaf guard" system was installed on my gutters. This work (including re-pitching of several lengths of gutter) was accomplished after the roof installation and was completed in a single day. Several days following the gutter work, I had new vinyl soffits installed around the entire house. As with the "gutter" crew, this crew arrived on time, respected my property, did an excellent installation in a single day and cleaned up the premises upon completion. I was very pleased with all aspects of the project and will likely use Ascents service in the future for some planned modifications.

It was a good experience. They did a good job and cleaned up everything after they were done. They picked up all the nails and debree. They did not cause any unnecessary damage either. They are nice people. Overall, it was just an excellent job.

Brent Cornwell from Ascent Roofing knocked on my front door and asked if he could examine my roof due to the extensive hail damage in my neighborhood. I looked at my roof prior to Brent and couldn't see any damage from the ground. Well, this was a godsend. My 1994 home had sustained considerable roof and gutter damage and upon my closer inspection, paint was chipped off as well. Brent took digital photos and showed them to me. He suggested that I contact my agent and, in turn, an adjuster called me a few days later. I put Brent in touch with the adjuster and we all met at my home. Both Brent and the State Farm adjuster climbed on top of the roof and inspected it closely. They agreed on damages and all I had to do was wait for the check. Brent scheduled the roof tearoff, replacement, and painting soon thereafter. The job started on July 22, 2011 and was finished the next day. The work crew started early until the day was done. It was the hottest week of the summer! The Ascent crew cleaned up the falling debris and once the job was complete, they went over the entire property for nails, other metal, and old roof pieces. I am completely satisfied with the whole process starting with the knock at my door. I have recommended Ascent Roofing Solutions to 3 of my friends and coworkers and they are equally as satisfied and pleased.

Saw missing shingles on my roof. Had one company stop by and give me an estimate, but wanted to see what others also had to offer Found Ascent Roofing and another Roofing company's ad in one of the local coupon books Called both. The second company did not get back to me for almost two weeks. However, Brent Cornwell came out the next day and looked at roof. He said I had storm damage (which the first company also said) and I should call my insurance company. He said he would meet the insurance adjuster to give details and answer any questions, which is what he did. Brent was extremely personable, a willing to answer all my questions. Also I found their pricing to be very affordable. I was also interested in getting a quote for gutter guards and he gave me what I thought to be a fair price. In the meantime, prior to the insurance adjuster coming out the third roofing company (well known) called and apologized for not getting back to me sooner. The sales rep did not even get on my roof, but quoted me a price. When I asked him for gutter guard price, he tried to sell me all new gutters and the gutter guards. The price he gave me for the gutter guard installation alone was twice that of the quote I received from Ascent Roofing. Brent had my roof installed the following week after the adjuster and he met. It took his crew only 1 day to do the roof installation. The clean up after the installation was outstanding -- no evidence they had been here. They also installed the gutter guards the next day and it only took them a couple of hours. In the weeks that followed I saw a couple of raised shingles (which had not sealed properly) and a little tar (about the size of a golfball on the side of my stucco.. I told Brent about it and he had his crew immediately come out and they got the tar off and removed the 2-3 raised shingles and replaced them. The roof is highly to my satisfaction.. Because of Brent's customer service focus, I referred him to a good friend of mine and he also signed a contract with Ascent to install his roof. It is now installed for him. Brent Gave me a check for $150 as a referral fee. The customer service experience and quality of work was excellent and I would definitely recommend Ascent to friends and family.

You could not ask for a better job. They were extremely professional. They were really top notch.

The initial evaluation was performed in Sept. Our insurance company held up the papework extensively. Jason and Brent were instrumental in making sure that we did not get "lost in the system". Due to the insurance delay, we had to wait for winter weather to pass before we could have the roof replaced. Jason and Brent were in contact with us throughout the winter to let us know that they had not forgotten about us - Jason even plowed my drive once! The work was completed in one day and I had ample contact with Brent prior to the replacement so I was informed. Brent performed the walk-through the next day and answered my questions. He was not pleased with the state of our back gutter. In being removed, it took a beating. He had the gutter replaced the next day...at no charge to us.

It was fantastic. Brent and Jason met with us and inspected our roof promptly after we called them to request an inspection. Upon confirmation of damage to our roof they met again with us and with the insurance adjuster, explained everything to us thoroughly, and scheduled service right away. The job was completed in one day and the clean up by the crew was great. Their follow up and attention to us as customers was wonderful. I highly recomend them to others!
