I used the Angie's list deal of $199 for 2 hours of roof and attic winterization inspection. Brent came and inspected the attic and roof and informed me that I had hail damage significant enough to require a new roof and suggested I contact my insurance company to request an inspection by an adjuster. The adjuster did the inspection, agreed that I needed a new roof and quoted me a price of approximately $7,250 excluding a $250 deductible. Ascent Roofing Solutions paid my deductible and also included additional upgrades to my roof valleys for no additional charge. During Brent's initial inspection, he did not need the entire 2 hours and only charged me $100 for the inspection.

We recently had a roof leak, and Brent from Ascent Roofing made sure he came out quickly. While not finding any obvious source for the leaking, he measured our attic insulation and checked the inside of our roof. Outside, Brent tapped in some nails that had popped up, caulked gaps, and inspected the shingles for wear. Brent also made sure to take photos of the problems he fixed to show exactly what he did. He did not try to sell me a new roof or repairs that weren't needed. The overall experience with Ascent Roofing was professional from start to finish, and I will certainly be using them again.

We bought a foreclosed home with a slate roof. It was in less than good condition and repair and continued maintenance would have made keeping the roof slate cost prohibitive. We had a budget to stay within in order to bring our new home up to just livable condition. We called many companies to get estimates. They ranged from $36,000 for a metal roof to $8700 to remove and replace with shingles. Brent Cornwell owner of Ascent won the job because he was willing to work with us on price and timing. This was probably one of the best business decisions we ever made. He (Brent) came through with everything he promised. He was quick to inform us of what was going on with the roof and did not make dicisions about what to do without asking permission first and explained the process. His crew worked in the freezing cold from morning until dark to get the job done. They left without a trace that they had been there except for the beautiful new roof left behind. That of which we have already gotten compliments on. Heck we didn't do it Ascent did. In a complete home make over this had to be the easiest ten grand I'll have to spend. Thanks Brent!

They company was overall very prompt and always on time. They were very reasonably priced and I decided to go with them. They said the work would take two days and they were done within that time frame. The quality of the work was great and I am pleased with he out come. I would recommend them to anyone in the future in need of a similar job.

Jason was running a little early, which was fine. He went right to work inspecting and caulking the roof where necessary. He also check the attic insulation. He showed me pictures of what was going on with the roof and pictures of the attic, and made recommendations of things which would have to be checked on in the future.

I got a quote from a much larger competitor which seemed high. I called Ascent because of the Angie's List testimonies, and am very pleased. The job was done in one day for thousands less and with better materials. From estimate through installation, final inspection, and cleanup, Brent was responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. His approach is first-class, and he brings a level of service and integrity that is rare these days. I highly recommend this company.

I know I had one problem with Vent Caps being weather-checked and was prepared to pay more for the service, but he covered the parts labor and finished the winterization job without any upcharges. When I need a roof, they'll be my choice.

Their service was excellent. It was done in two days. They were very professional. I can't say enough about Jason, their representative. He is very professional and caring. I had a very good experience with him. Our experience started with some shades we wanted on our skylights. When they had a man here to reinstall those shades, there was some damage on the old ones. The man who was working fell from his ladder and got a concussion. He landed on our La-Z-Boy couch. He is recovered now. The weight of his body on our couch damaged the couch. Ascent made it right and picked up the damage to the couch. They also finished installing the new skylight shades. It took a longer time than we imagined because of unfortunate circumstances, however they handled the situation very well. The insurance covered the cost of the reroof and hail damage.

Ascent Roofing was amazing! I still feel like I have missed some fine print somewhere. I feel like I won the lottery with Ascent Roofing! From the initial walk threw to the clean up Ascent Roofing was a joy to have at my house! As I stated earlier, my roofing problems started out as a leak in my office ceiling. Every time it rained I had a river in my walls. A coworker of mine recommend Ascent Roofing to me because they did such a wonderful job on his house. I was skeptical at first, but boy was I wrong!!! Ascent Roofing was professional from the first phone call, they were speedy to start the job and every little detail was taken care of in finishing the job! They did my whole roof in one day!!! He came out and got on the roof and cleaned two of the gutters. He then said he was going to caulk two seems on the roof. He said he found several problems with the roof. He advised me to contact my insurance company to file a claim and he would replace my roof for me. It seemed like I paid for him to come out and give an estimate on replacing my roof. He was very polite.

sorry i guess i explained in the above note that i was very relaxed he put me at ease and i let them do there thing, the finish was as good as his start on time and did a great job i would recommend him to anyone that needs any of the services that he provides.

They showed up bright and early in the morning, were organized. They were neat and cleaned up after they were done. They were extremely efficient and got the job done in record time. They worked like a well oiled machine. They were very polite. I would highly recommend them to anyone. This is a good company to hire and were easy to get in touch with and were very prompt in responding.

Excellent. Brent was absolutely on time and did a very thorough examination of the roof and attic-areas for potential problems that could cause interior water damage over the winter. He took pictures of the roof and attic to show me problem areas and then repaired these areas on the roof. He gave cost estimates on potential savings from raising the R-factor in various areas of the condo but did not inflate these savings or try to "sell" his services. Finally, he called the condo management to inform them of the problems he had located on my roof and suggested that preventive maintenance by their crews on the other units might prevent water damage from the ice dams which have occurred in recent years. Very professional and pleasant to work with. Absolutely recommend this company.

I had no surprises, and he was very upfront. He was genuinely friendly and completed the work very quickly. They came out yesterday to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. I enjoyed working with them.

I called several well known roofing companies to get estimates and was told they were booking work for 2012. I did get two estimates in addition to Ascent. Darren, from Ascent was the only one to return my call within two days. After meeting with him I knew that Ascent was the company I wanted to do the work. The job was scheduled to be done within the next 6 days. The workers arrived mid morning and started laying down tarps to catch any falling debris from the roof. With eight workers and the site leader Ramon making sure things went smoothly, the job went along without a hitch. As they were putting the finishing touches on the roof, several of the workers were starting to pull up the tarps and check the area for nails and small pieces of roofing. I was impressed with the way everyone went about their jobs and the professional manner in which they did them. They were finished and were ready to leave by 5:15 pm In the end, Darren, the project manager and Ramon, the site leader made sure everything was to my satisfaction before they left. The house looks great with the new roof. I would highly recommend Ascent Roofing Solutions to anyone. I am presently considering having them repair a roof on another house.

From the beginning I knew I had chosen the right company to take care of my exterior needs. When I called Jason, of Ascent Roofing Solutions, it was kind of urgent that someone come to my home the very next day, to meet with my insurance adjustor (on a roofing claim). Although Jason was already committed to be somewhere else at the time of my appointment he quickly arranged for his partner to meet with my insurance adjustor. (Brent was out of town so he had to drive over 100 miles to me at my house the next morning). When I asked Jason if this obligated me to doing business with him he said "absolutely not" - he, of course wanted my business but explained that providing this service to me was the chance he was willing to take and I owed him nothing for this service. The first project was our roof - 52 square. Jason came to our home and explained to us exactly how the project would unfold. He gave use roofing material options (style, color, material), left some samples and gave us a few days to think about it. He followed up his visit a few days later. We decided that we had found the company we wanted to work with (we interviewed three companies) When we had decided on all the details he set the plan in motion. He gave me advance notice as to when the roofing crew would arrive. He advised me of little things like taking valuable things off the walls, considering how my dog would react to all the people/noise and making sure our vehicles were out of the way. Our roof - was completed in one day! One day! It was a very long day for the roofing guys - they worked early morning until dark. They cleaned up as they worked and kept cleaning until it was too dark to see ~ and then came first thing the next day and cleaned up again! Pleased, yes, I was very pleased! The second project was completely changing the exterior of my house. Jason worked tirelessly with me to create the look I wanted or the outside of my home. He and I met with his master craftsman several times to go over the details of the project. They patiently answered all thousand questions I had. We hashed out color, textures and different looks. They suggested homes for me to look at for color and design ideas. Jason encouraged me to carefully hone in on what I wanted and then commit to it. He also kept me well informed of scheduling dates, deliveries of supplies to my home and my start date. He told me how long the project would take and also had me be mindful of possible delays. The whole project ran very smoothly. My house looks great! I am thrilled with how it turned out and I know Jason was proud to put an "Ascent Roofing Solutions" sign in my yard - he should be! Would I recommend this company - yes, no hesitation!

They were out here on time. They picked up afterwards with a magnetic device that picked up all the nails and debris. Everything they said they were going to do, they did. I was really impressed with them. They explained everything to me as well.

THEY CAME OUT AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE. I SENT THE ESTIMATE TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY. THEY SCHEDULED THE DATES OF THE REPAIRS. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY KEPT IN CONTACT WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND GAVE THEM ALL THE DETAILS AND PROGRESS OF THEIR WORK. THEY CALLED FOR AN INSPECTION FROM THE INSURANCE AND MORTGAGE COMPANY WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED IN WHICH THEY WERE PAID UPON COMPLETION.

We got in contact with them around Mid August. They were fantastic! They worked with my insurance company to set a price that we agreed on. The installation was flawless! They used tarps to cover out patio and all of our plants. They were careful and respectful of our property. The clean up was tremendous! The work went great from start to finish. They even fixed our garage roof! Fantastic company! I would use them again in a hear beat if I ever needed to. They do A+ work.

Ascent roofing is very professional. They kept their word. When they said they'd be there they were there. There were no surprises at all along the way. They explained everything very well. They worked with the insurance company directly. They were just a pleasure to work with.

Brent Cornwell, co-owner of Ascent, came highly recommended by a friend of mine who just had her roof done by Ascent. Sure enough, Brent was a man of integrity and his company delivered as promised. The new roof looks great! On our post install walk through (on a Sunday to work around my schedule), I asked about a couple of the shingle tips that were raised up because it had not been hot enough recently for the glue to fully bond at the front of the shingle. Brent climbed up onto the roof to have a look. Minutes later, he had one of his foreman scheduled to come out that day to make the necessary repairs. That was great! I'd been doing a ton of traveling lately and Brent consistently worked around my schedule and met with me on weekends to make this work to my benefit. Brent's personality and willingness to answer all my questions without any pressure to "give him the job" (as I experience with other contractors) were the key reasons I chose to go with Ascent Roofing Solutions.
