We scheduled them to come out in December, however, because of the weather, they had to cancel. The offered to either keep us on their wait list or have Angie's List give us a refund. We are staying on the wait list and they are coming out next week. They've been very nice & communicative. They also tried to watch out for me in regards to getting a refund before the deal expired - which I appreciated.

The work was very good, but I had a very hard time getting ahold of the company when I went through the secretary. She was rarely in the office and did not take good notes, making things very difficult. They had several numbers that I had to try to get this all set up and I finally got ahold of her through her personal number for payment.

I was most impressed by their sense of urgency especially since this winter has been extreme and when I was having issues several other people were also having issues. Regardless of how busy they got, their response time and attention was great! They promptly fixed a leak I had earlier in the season and then urgently came out again yesterday because I had 2 more leaks once the temperature rose and all the snow/ice built up on the roof started to melt. Brent is very knowledgeable and easy to work with so I will definitely continue to work with him/Ascent Roofing in the future!

They were absolutely outstanding. When I called on a Friday, they said they could send somebody out on that Saturday Weather permiting, and then we had a snow storm, so they came out on Monday. He was able to get on the roof within a couple of days, and inspected the roof, and took pictures, and went over everything with us thoroughly, and gave me the estimate. He mailed me the pictures as well by email, and we scheduled it, but we had another snow/icestorm, and he couldn't get on the roof, and he was able to get on the roof today. He was very punctual to come out every time he told us he would come out. We dealt with the same person every time, he was super professional, he did everything and he came today and fix everything. He told me that he would email pictures of everything tonight, just because we couldn't get up on the roof to check.

Everything went exactly as expected. They were on time, performed the work quickly and cleaned up after work was completed. I was very satisfied with the job they did and will consider them for future work.

It went fine, setting up the appointment was easy, the gentleman arrived on time and was efficient and professional.

The service went well. They did have to schedule three or four times due to weather and they did a good job of handling that and communicating.

As soon as a weather window was available for Ascent to do the job they were here and got to it. The crew that did the work knew what they were doing and really worked hard at it to get the job done in one day. Very pleasant folks. Supervisor came out while they were working to ensure that things were getting done correctly. Very positive experience.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay. They cleaned it and everything, but then they said that I needed to get part of my gutters replaced. My son got up there and I didn't really needed them to be replaced. There was no extra cost. Maybe they thought I needed it done, but my son didn't think I needed it done. I wasn't here when they came. They did a lot of work and they left me a note about what else I needed done. They did clean the gutters, but I didn't interact with them. Sometimes I think people take advantage because I am a woman. I wasn't here, but they did it fairly soon after I paid for it. They came out and did it. I think they tried to sell me stuff I didn't need. I don't think I'll use them again.

They were good but something happened to the guy who came, he quit on the job so the owner had to come and finished it, it was a really weird situation. It took longer than it should but it did gets on. It's an Angie's List deal and I know they do good deals and that's the only reason why I took it. In order to get to the attic you have to be twiggy to get up there so I'm assuming it was done right. They got stuck in the middle and got somebody else to come and I don't think it normally happens that way. I don't think a handyman can do that stuff in the attic because it requires too much specialized equipment to do it. Hopefully I won't need them anymore.

The experience I had with Ascent Roofing Solutions was fine. He was extremely professional, maybe even too much. There wasn't much customer interaction. He came out, did his job, and he left. Because it's up on my roof, I really don't know if it's working or not working. But that's not the company's fault. It's just the product.

It went very well. We called them out for one attic fan and they had a look at the house. They customized it for us and we ended up using 2 attic fans instead of the one the deal was for because it made more sense after they looked at it. They looked at our needs and did the best for us. They were very good and it was a good deal. My husband needs extraordinarily cheap items and the best in quality.

I had estimates from five providers about the work needed on our roof. All the estimates proposed different plans to bring our roof up to what it should be. Ascent Roofing was recommended to us by All Ohio Masonry because they had worked with them in the past. Ascent was very detailed in their estimate and discussed exactly what should be worked on and why, with photos taken up on the roof. Ascent's proposal was a list of seven categories to be worked on and a list of what was to be done in each one. In the long run we chose to hire Ascent Roofing and All Ohio Masonry. Both companies worked together to coordinate work schedules and sequencing their parts of the job. Ascent Roofing had the most complicated work: they worked on all the edges of the roof of our three-storied house and on the dormers, gutters, ridges, chimney joins and vent openings. I never saw the roofers working. The day after the masons began on the chimneys, we went away for a week on a previously planned trip. The roofers did their work and cleaned up after themselves during that week such that when we returned there was no evidence on the lawn, sidewalk, or patio that they had even been here. My neighbors spoke of the activity going on and the cleanup. I was impressed by the neatness.

Our initial contact was Louis Bowen, who struck me as a very straight guy. A team came out on the day specified and worked until the job was done. They were great guys and stuck to it even though it was Friday night!

On Time..Reasonable price..Gutters clean.. Would use again

After giving us a full roof inspection, the roofer confirmed our suspicion about where the leak was coming from. They were able to repair within a few hours and it hasn't been an issue since.

Went fine. LeRoy took pictures on roof, showing me some problems that we should get corrected, but we have not yet done that. Would consider this provider once we get back to it...

Professional and thourough. A few hours to complete the job.

Purchased this big deal and was contacted by the provider within a couple of days and work was performed within a week. The main reason for the purchase was to reduce the heat build up on the second floor during the summer while running the air conditioning. However, I'm not sure the fan is powerful enough to accomplish the desired results. Once the installer completed the work he mentioned the shingles looked defective and would note it on my paper work and have someone contact me. I never heard back.

The team was great! They were professional and on time. They fixed a problem that 2 other companies tried and failed to fix. I was thrilled and believe this time the problem is solved. They took pictures to show me the root of the problem and took their time to fixt everything correctly. I would use this team again in the future.

Found hail damage and was very helpful with our insurance adjuster before. Fast, high quality workmanship (tear off to finished in a single day). Left our house and yard clean when done. Addressed our concerns and pointed out and fixed problems they found. Good straightforward communication.

Has given quote for replacing broken shingles on the roof and the quote was too high compared to others

The guy came and looked at all my gutters and said I had no blockages. With the next rainfall, however, I had several gutters that were overflowing, telling me that he didn't do a thorough assessment. He said he'd have someone get back to me on whether his company could care for cedar shake roofs, but no one ever contacted me in reference to that.
