Ascent Roofing Solutions did a great job installing my new roof and skylight. The crew that installed our roof was very efficient and worked extremely **** ** installing our challenging roof. Their cleanup during and after the projected was completed was excellent. We have received a number of compliments since the roof was installed. Marc, our Project Manager, did a great job from start to finish. First, he provided us with a fair quote, and then did a fine job managing the entire project. I would definitely recommend Ascent Roofing Solutions for any upcoming roofing needs.

AMAZING. Ascent sent out Lyndon, and he was honest with me about what I should and shouldn't repair (another company tried to sell me a new roof). He came out and did the job in record time, and kept me up to date on progress for the remaining repairs. I will definitely hire Ascent and again, and request Lyndon - truly a great guy!

Highly recommended! From the very beginning this project was handled with integrity and professionalism. When Marc was running behind schedule for the initial estimate, he called ahead of time to let me know - that's integrity. He offered a quality product at a fair price and kept the communications flowing through the entire process. The crew that performed the tear-off and installation of the new roof arrived early (as promised) and worked efficiently and tirelessly until complete. They did a fantastic job, took care to tarp or use drop cloths and cleaned up as they went along. They left the place looking great.

Ascent Roofing did a great job for us. They started a little later in the day because another job ran long but were able to finish in less than 24 hours, including tearing off two layers of shingles for our entire house, fixing air flow and insulation in an area around 2 skylights, replacing 5 damaged sheets of OSB, and hunting down a leak due to bad flashing in one low pitch corner. That included several items we didn't know about before the tear off and they took it in stride. I was very pleased with the job and highly recommend their work.

We had a very good experience with Brent (owner) and his entire team at Ascent Roofing. Every aspect of the work was outstanding --from a thorough inspection of our hail damaged roof and detailed explanation, to working with our insurance company, to giving us thoughtful expert advice including tax credits available for replacing our worn out skylights, to doing a first rate job installing our new roof with a great crew who were polite and efficient, to thorough clean-up of the yard and work area. Brent is a super nice and polite guy to work with. He really knows his stuff when it comes to roofing. And he shows up when he says he will and got the job done right on time per our original schedule. Highly recommended. And it's a veteran-owned business!

I had received numerous estimates, and this company impressed my right from the initial estimate which was done in July of 2019. In particular, i liked the folder of information which included Certificate of Liability Insurance, Building License, and more. I also liked that he climbed on roof, and in attic to see existing ventilation, and took pictures to show me what he found. I contacted Steve in mid-Dec 2019 to let him know i wanted to proceed. Once i made a decision on shingle color, the job was scheduled quickly, and was installed on 23 Dec 2019. The crew was great! They arrived right on time when Steve said they would arrive (7:00 am, i think it was), and started work immediately. Once the shingles were removed, Steve came out and inspected the wood, and found a few places where he recommended replacement of old wood. Steve showed me pictures, answered my questions, and also showed me an old squirrel's nest. Steve tried to minimize the amount of new wood needed, and the wood replacement ultimately added $100. to the cost of the roof. The wood replacement was accomplished and the crew continued working on installing the new roof. They worked pretty much non-stop. I do not believe they even took a lunch break. The work was done by around 2:00 pm. Steve came out, inspected everything, talked to me, climbed on roof to remove a tag, and check out one corner that i was concerned about. He took more pictures, which he showed me and also e-mailed to me a few days later. Since the roof was installed, i have done a walk around the yard after every big wind storm. The roof is holding up perfectly. The cost was $6868 for roof, $99.98 for wood replacement, and $115 for the optional Certain Teed 4-Star Warranty. The total cost was $7082.98. This was all clearly explained to me, and there was no "sticker shock" upon receiving the invoice. I would definitely recommend this company. I thought they worked hard, did a great job, explained things well, and were easy to work with.

Between being knowledgeable in their product, friendly on a personal level, honest in their trade, and flexible in working out the details, everyone I came in contact with provided exceptional customer service. Ascent definitely exceeded my expectations on a multitude of levels and I would recommend them to anyone with any roofing needs. Grateful to have found them via Angie’s List!!

It went very well. The crew was very conscientious and repaired wood I did not even know was damaged. And then the owner sent me pictures of the damage, which was a nice touch.

After a thorough review of the three (3) top companies, we selected Ascent Roofing Solutions. From the initial meeting with the sales representative to the completion of the job. We can honestly say that every staff member was punctual, professional, courteous, readily available to answer any questions and open to addressing any concerns. In addition, we really appreciated the fact that the project manager alerted us to issues that were discovered, as the job progressed. Overall, the service provided by Ascent Roofing Solutions was exceptional and each staff member (office personnel, sales representatives (Steve and Marc) and the installers exhibited a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Ascent Roofing Solutions has our highest recommendation.

We just had our roof replaced by Ascent Roofing. The roof was 23 years old and we started losing shingles when we had high winds. The price was competitive but what finally caused us to select Ascent was the thorough evaluation done by Steve. He was the only person that went into our attic and looked at any problems from that angle. We were very impressed. Marc who took over for Steve (due to illness) also helped us select the shingle color and did a thorough job of inspecting and approving the installation and answering any questions we had. From the beginning to the end Brent, Steve, and Marc were great to work with. We highly recommend this company. We also believe in supporting our veterans and this company is veteran owned. Ascent roofing solutions is hands down the BEST roofing company around! They have replaced two roofs on two of our houses and each time have truly delivered phenomenal work. The crew is very punctual, professional, quick, and does a stellar job cleaning up. They pay very close attention to detail and follow through to make sure it’s to expectation. The entire process has been smooth and easy both times we have used them. Another aspect that admire about ascent roofing is that all the project managers are veterans and it’s always an honor to support those who have sacrificed so much for our country! I would definitely hire them again!

I can’t say enough good things about Ascent Roofing. Replacing a roof can be a daunting process for a homeowner and it was important to me to hire a company that would walk us through the process with open lines of communication. With Ascent Roofing, we got that and so much more. From the initial (very detailed) estimate, to the time spent talking to us, going up into the attic and onto the roof, I got the feeling that Steve was not going to start this job without a thorough knowledge of every square inch of our roof. When problem areas (leak into garage) were pointed out to him, he dropped everything to go up into the garage portion of our attic (twice) as well. Ironically, Ascent Roofing was the only company we got estimates from who physically went into the attic, let alone the garage portion of our attic. I find that amazing! After our deposit was paid, it was time to choose colors for shingles. I had a terrible time with this but Steve was there once again helping me through the process sending me several addresses of houses with the shingle colors that I was interested in seeing. After viewing several houses and it still not helping me, Steve was kind enough, at my request, to drop by a couple sample shingles of the colors I requested. This was such a huge help to me and I’m sure so inconvenient for him but he did it anyway. The customer service of this company is first rate!!! Once the shingle decision was finally made, it was less than 2 wks before we were scheduled. The morning work was to begin, our doorbell rang exactly when we were told to expect the crew. Everyone was very polite. About halfway through the day, when I was thinking to myself it’d be nice to have an update, my doorbell rang again. It was Steve giving me an update w/o me having to ask. Work was pretty much completed in one day with a return trip the following day for finishing touches. The yard, driveway and even out into the street was thoroughly cleaned up, making sure no nails were left behind. Steve’s attention to detail gave me peace of mind that such a big job was in very competent hands. After just a few conversations with Steve, and witnessing his work, I could tell immediately that this company truly does do business by their core values of God, family, dedication, loyalty, trust and hard work. It is so evident and so refreshing! A company like this is hard to come by these days. Thank you Ascent Roofing!

Needed rotted gable fascia solution. Originally estimated was much higher than anticipated, so when I asked for explanation on work exactly would be done, was just sent second estimate which would not have been an acceptable solution in my opinion as I had previously explained that had already been done. I was then called and told he could cap the gable fascia, which would “substantially decrease the cost of labor.” I scheduled a repair, was called back stating he would do measurements earlier in the week, but on the scheduled day for repair was when the measurements were taken. Then a third estimate was sent to me, which I requested not be sent because of the timeliness and I wanted it repaired before another raccoon got in the damaged area. The third estimate was only a little over 10% cheaper and I had to reschedule, almost 2 weeks later. In the meantime, another raccoon return and I had to get a company to set more trap, thereby increasing the cost of the entire situation due to the delay. Whole process took over 1 month. Additionally, scraps of sharp metal were left in my yard that weren’t cleaned up from the repair. Both the sales rep and the woman I corresponded with in the office were kind. The metal cap that was eventually used as a solution looks good and matches the house well. However, I would not choose this company again due to the delay and cost.

I was completely satisfied with Ascent. They were more thorough, punctual and professional than any of the other four companies I had out for a quote. I will refer them to anyone I can.

We had a wonderful experience with Ascent Roofing Solutions for our roof replacement and gutters. Steve Spaulding, their representative, gave a very detailed estimate of the replacement costs, and Steve also climbed into our attic space, and gave a thorough evaluation as to what our 40 year old roof would need to improve the ventilation. We were very impressed with Steve's responsiveness, professionalism, courtesy, and thoroughness throughout the entire process. On the day that our roof was installed, the workers showed up on time, and were finished by the end of the day, and they did an excellent job. Steve was around to make sure that everything went as planned, and he made sure that problem areas on our roof were fixed. Also, Ascent was the lowest priced contractor of the the three estimates that we received. I don't always go with the lowest priced estimate for home improvement work, but after several conversations with Steve, I was completely comfortable with hiring Ascent to do our roof, and the job that they did was outstanding. I highly recommend Ascent Roofing Solutions for any roofing work.

The company did excellent work. I highly recommend them for roof work. Steve expertly and completely analyzed what was required to be done and fully explained everything. His examination included looking at the roof from the inside the house and indicating what additional work might be required. The work was performed on schedule and clean up was great. The work was documented with numerous pictures. There is no need to consider any other roofing company.
