Twice I have contacted them(2 weeks apart) via Email to schedule and no one has contacted me back.

Due to rain the date of service had to be changed a couple of times but the company always called early and rescheduled. They were very polite and did good work. I was very pleased.

My experience was good with them. They were timely and they did good work. They did everything they said they were going to do. Scheduling was fine.

Services were not used. They referred me to the roofer that installed the roof.

Not only was he on time, but he called to see if he could come early. He seemed to be very thorough. He asked in advance if I knew of any problem areas, and then he focused special attention on those and reported what he found. I was pleased.

My experience was good. I liked them. They were punctual and scheduling was just fine. There was one technician here doing the work and it took a couple of hours to complete.

He did a great job cleaning the gutters and was very thorough. He told me there were some repairs that needed to be done to my house after inspecting my roof. He gave me estimates and when I tried to get more information relevant to the repairs I was unable to get in touch with him. As far as the work he was hired to do he did a wonderful job.

This went very well. They were on time and very professional. They did what they needed to do and were on their way.

Initial cleaning of gutters did not include the front gutter, because the associate could not access the forn gutter because of the front porch. Another crew returned and completed the cleaning using a leaf blower.

I wasn't home but I trusted them because of how well they did with my gutters and down-spouts. It's functioning well and looks good so I'm happy. They were very professional.

Excellent on everything. They were professional and on time. The person who was in charge of installation also helped fix the handle on my lawn mower. They went above and beyond and were very nice.

This provider says it has 24 hour emergency service. We discovered a leak in our roof during the rain this weekend. It was dripping into the attic and we were afraid that with the additional rain coming this week it would get worse. This company says it has 24 hour emergency service - which we thought a leaking roof was an emergency - but when we called and explained what was wrong we were told they couldn't get to us this week because of all the Angie"s List $99 specials they sold and were completely booked. I don't think they have the 24 hour emergency service that they claim to.

Unfortunately, I wasn't here when the installation occurred. I wish I would have been here for the process, the "how to book", and an exact explanation of what I should expect.

They did a great job and had some recommendations that they were going to send to me in an email but I never received the email (could have been marked as junk or spam). I will follow-up with them.

We had severe water damage that we found after buyin our house. Ascent was very competitive with their pricing and had the most knowledge of those we spoke with. During the job they discovered even more damage that we were unaware of and fixed it very quickly and for a very reasonable price. We recommend them to all of our friends.

The gentleman was very nice. I think he did a good job. We will see once the next rain storm comes through!

We already had gutter guards and they said it would cost more to take them out and clean them. Then they said I should replace them all together. They gave me an estimate on both but, it was just more than I expected. They were very honest, polite and nice. I didn’t feel pressured from them to make a choice at all it just was not what I was looking for.

We were attending the Home & Garden Show and were planning to speak with roofing companies. We had already spoken to a couple of others companies when I noticed Ascent's display. I had never heard of them but was impressed with their military discount, even though I was not eligible for that. We decided to talk to their rep just to get come comparable information. We liked what we heard and after finding positive reviews decided to go with them. Their rep came out looked over the roof , sat down with us to explain in detail what needed to be done and gave us the cost estimate. He was very courteous as we conversed about several things and answered all of our questions. During the process from initial contact to signing the contract, he was very patient with minimal follow up calls. He did come out to meet with the insurance claims person after which he explained the results of that review, again answering all questions in a very objective manner. The work crew arrived very promptly on the scheduled date and began my carefully covering all plants and landscaping areas. They completed the job in about 6 hours working very non intrusive to the household. They were courteous when any conversation was necessary. Our salesperson spent some time at the jobsite while the job was in process. He did return within 1-2 days to go on the roof to inspect the job and to speak with us regarding the results etc. One issue did come up when it was discovered that some of the decking would have to be replaced, which would add to the cost.(On his visit to the job site it was noted and we discussed that situation) Since it was not considered in the initial estimate, he was able to discount the decking cost to save us some of that added cost. After the job was finished, the work crew cleaned up and swept the area to the point it was difficult to tell that the work had been done. All in all it was a very positive experience and we would not hesitate to recommend Ascent Roofing.

It went well. They called me and rescheduled due to weather. They did offer me a refund. Communication with the technician was good. The only complaint I have is there was some debris left on the roof. I have a detached garage and the Big Deal did not include this. The technician indicated rain would wash this debris away. I feel a blower could have gotten rid of that debris. They could not perform this additional work. I did not understand why they couldn’t provide me with an estimate.

They showed up on time and cleaned gutters well. Although, I have not gotten pics of the roof that were taken.

I purchased an Angies List Big Deal for the solar attic Fan and they were prompt on their response to our call, they set up the appointment to come out and install the fan quickly. They did the install in only a couple of hours. It really made a difference in the temperature radiated from that attic that is above the bathroom and kitchen on a hot summer afternoon when the sun shines directly on that attic. We are very happy with the result of our fan! :-)

End result was fine. Small glitch: they did not install on the detached garage in addition to the house, as arranged. They adjusted the price accordingly. We were satisfied. Very nice folks.

We set an appointment. They ended up going to the incorrect address and I wasted an hour of my time waiting. We set another appointment and I was told they would provide an estimate the following Monday. Two Mondays have passed and I still don't have an estimate. The people I spoke with were nice, but I'm tired of waiting for it to be done. I've requested a refund.

Did a good job. Stated that there was a couple of roofing that needed repaired and had pictures. The insurance company took care of that. Did see that there is some leaking in one of the gutters, would have been nice if he had seen that and told me about that and may have contracted to have him repair that also. Over all, did a very, very nice job and very professional.
