The work on our roof was done in a very timely manner and care was taken to make sure that the new shingles matched the old ones even though the roof is 14 years old. We are very pleased with the work that was done.

Wonderful! The owner personally came to our house to review what was needed & throughly explained what the problems were, what was needed as well as recommendations. He emailed the estimate & phoned me to ensure I had received it. We selected this company after receiving several estimates. The project was done very soon after selecting the company & we were extremely pleased with the performance of the crew and the finished product. The crew cleaned up the site thoroughly at the end of the day. The owner was on site during the job and personally called me the next day to see if I had any questions or concerns. Our roof looks great & we are very pleased with Ascent.

They knew what they were doing and showed up when they said they would and got the job done when they said they would.

The technician they sent out was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The uncovered a few minor issues that he quickly addressed. I would definitely consider their services in the future.

The company scheduled a visit with me for this Thursday and then called cancelled as they said they do not service my area when their listing says they do. The company did respond to me well which is why I rated that a an 'A'.

That went well. They came with in the month of the purchase and stayed within the Big deal price. They were able to remove the old windows and put the new ones in while preserving the interior trim.

They called me and said they were out of the service area. They responded very quickly.

It went very well. They were professional and on time. They patched the roof in places where it was needed it. The clean up was perfect.

In general I was pleased with the service. The one hiccup was as much my fault as theirs. My appointment was originally scheduled for 1 PM. A last minute issue came up for me, so I called their office that morning (about 9:30 or 10 AM). I was calling to caution them that I might not be home right at the 1 PM time. The office person immediately offered to move the appointment to 2 PM, which helped me out. Unfortunately, the word never got passed to the inspector coming to my house. When I got home about 1:30 he had already done his inspection, when I had not yet had a chance to show him the areas I was concerned about. To their credit, they did take the time to listen to my issues, and did re-inspect those areas. All in all, I was pleased with my interactions with them. I found them to be polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. I did not have them do the additional work at this time, but if and when I decide to move forward with it, I would consider using them.

I used an Angie's List coupon and Ascent was available to schedule when I called. They came and performed exactly as I would expect - simple and straightforwad Job. Ascent met my expectations and I have no reason not to recommend them.

It went very well. I opted to have them replace the whole roof, and they sent a crew of 4. It took them a day to do the work. They were easy to work with and did a great job.

Good. He did a thorough inspection and I'm happy with what he found. They were here when they said they would.

It was perfect. They seemed to be honest, punctual and friendly.

As it turned out, the actual repair was done just as quickly as the scheduling of the assessment. Considering the weather was turning colder, we were very pleased to see how quickly they were able to complete the repair. During the initial discussion, they asked me if I had any of my own shingles to use. Since we were not the original owners, unfortunately I did not. They told me they would do their best to match the repair as closely as possible. While I would be hard pressed to call it an issue, once the repair was done, I could easily see from the street where the repair was done. In fairness to Ascent, this could be due to either the staining of my existing shingles and/or a combination of them being wet. In either case, while the color wasn't a perfect match, their responsiveness in getting our roof sealed up was a blessing. They did a great job overall, and I would call them again if I were to have issues.

I had a leak in my roof and some missing shingles, Ascent roofing came quickly and the problem was fixed in no time. Even in bitterly cold weather!! That deserves an A+++ in my book! Thanks!

I?m not sure that I would call them again. They were quick to come out to assess the repair damage and provide an estimate; however they were very hard to schedule for the repairs to be made.

We weren't here during the cleaning. They came and did the project with no complaints. Everything was as exactly as they advertise.

I’m not sure that I would call them again. One guy came out, looked at the work, and told me what needed to be done. He and his crew came out and did the work. After they did the work, I had water in my basement, which was unusual. I had them come back out because I felt that it was due to the gutter. Another guy, the owner of the company, came back out and told me that something entirely different had to be done. He told me that the first person who came out was no longer with the company. He looked at the gutters at the back of the house and said that they were wrong. He had a gutter team come out that day- very quickly- and they replaced the gutter at the back of the house at their expense. He then got up on the roof and said that there were a couple of spots that needed repair. When he left, I never heard back from him. This was over a several week period and many phone calls. Even though there was a problem and they did everything they could do to make it right, they didn't follow through with the roofing issues. It was too much drama.

Business manager Tonya Smith was extremely sweet and understanding when we didn't require their services. Miscommunication with my husband caused duplication of service request.

They were fine. They arrived on time, went a little bit longer than anticipated but they worked through right to the end. They cleaned up the grounds well afterwards and I had no complaints. I didn't need them to come back for anything. Their salesperson was fabulous. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a roofer.

The man that came to the house was very friendly and courteous. He protected the roof from further damage by installing a tarp until the work could be done. I received an estimate, but ended up choosing a different company to do the job. I was very impressed with Ascent and would definitely consider them again.

I had been told by another company there were multiple issues/repairs required around rooftop stacks but their estimate was too high. This package was affordable however we were not given a detailed written report regarding what maintenance was actually performed so I cannot be certain that all necessary maintenance was indeed performed. The tech appeared knowledgeable and advised that we should add more insulation in the attic, which is also a service that they provided. We declined but may decide to do so in the future.

Ascent was professional, friendly, well priced and fast in doing the repair. I would definitely use them again!
