We had an excellent experience with Stillwell & Co. The work was top notch from beginning to end. They worked with our insurance company to resolve our issue with hail damage. The crew was prompt and courteous. They were very responsive to our questions and preferences. They corrected several vent issues in our attic. As a final note, the company does not chase business, and you may need to take the initiative to call them to schedule your work.
Description of Work: Roofing, tear off old shingles, replace water guard, new shingles, new flashing around skylights, added proper roof vents for kitchen and bathrooms.

We had a pleasant interaction during the estimate visit, and even discussed form of payment, but he never came back.
Description of Work: Owner came a week late and gave an estimate. Then said they would return two weeks later. After one month, there had been no further contact.

Description of Work: they replaced our roof. I didn't rate the punctuality because they were working around the storms! When they were here they worked nonstop, paid attention to detail, and cleaned up after themselves. The workmen were pleasant and professional. Mr. Burns, the owner takes pride in his work. Great !

They gave quick service. As far as I know, they did a pretty good job. They were professional. He sent all his crews out to get this done partly because he wanted to get it out of the way, but probably because the siding guy needed to get in here pretty quick too. They work hand in hand together; they have since grade school.
