Terry and his partner did a great job of bringing our driveway, sidewalk, and wing wall back to life! Everything looked good as new when they were done. All traces of dirt and algae were washed away (although we did have one stubborn spot), and we're hoping that the algae prevention solution that they applied afterwards will do it's job. The job was larger than the 1000 sq ft allowed for in the $299 Driveway/Sidewalk Deal that we bought, so I had to pay extra, but the results were worth it.

If you are looking for someone to paint or stain your house, stop looking and call Terry. He was very responsive to come out and quote my job (not unusual) but then followed up with power wash and paint as quoted (very unusual!!). Terry shows up on time, works hard, and genuinely cares about the outcome. Could not be happier with price or quality.

Mr. Spivey and his co-painter did a tremendous job on our house!! They were so nice, professional & punctual, and I loved that Mr Spivey gave me some guidance picking out my colors (no one else seems to do that anymore!). We also had concerns because our house has hardboard siding from the 90's that needs special care to prevent water absorption & swelling. Mr. Spivey was fully knowledgeable and experienced with this type of siding. We couldn't be happier with the result and will definitely use Spivey's for all our paint needs in the future!

Great! Terry and Aaron did an excellent job on painting our aluminum sided house and stand alone garage, as well as all light fixtures, shutters, exterior doors, shed and wooden swing. They made the house look new again! We have received so many positive comments from neighbors on the great change to our home! They were very professional in their work, did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day, and were generally just a great crew to have working around our home.

Was very timely in coming to our home to give us an estimate. Very nice and professional. Decided to go with another company whose price was slightly less. I would definitely consider hiring them in the future.

The worst workmanship I have ever have seen. After two weeks the floor coating is peeling up in several areas. Spivey says we pulled a car in the garage to early, however the home surveillance system will show other wise. Spivey had a paint rep out and no other communication from him since. The mistake made from us is we paid before job was started. Several emails have been sent to Spivey with NO response. Thus is leaving us to take other measures for our garage to be finished properly and what monies we have already paid.

Terry Spivey was very professional and pleasant to deal with. From the first day he came to look at the job and provide an estimate until the completion of the house and barn he was honest and straight forward in his dealings. Terry spelled out everything in his estimate and made sure he had covered everything I wanted done as well as making sure I understood what was expected of me as well as what services he was providing. He and his son worked the entire time they were on site. They made a point of being as unobtrusive as possible while completing their job. They did not block the driveway, leave messes or play loud music while they worked. It was a pleasure to have met them and I would recommend them to anyone.

Overall, the end-product is looking good. Disappointed in the way a small problem was handled by contractor - small area was missed on front porch during painting - . Instead of an apology and offer to fix, he offered lame excuses. . I?m disappointed whenever someone tells me they will do something (like calling before starting a job) and don?t follow up; whenever someone offers excuses instead of taking ownership for a goof; and whenever someone accuses me of something false to cover for their own shortcomings (accused us of not paying over a week after full payment had been made in person) .

Terry was outstanding! He was able to quickly provide an estimate, willing to accommodate our request to have service performed in a certain time frame (due to event being held at our home), and was professional and prompt when service needed to be rescheduled due to rain. The end result of the power washing was terrific - the driveway looks like new! We will definitely use him again!

Job was performed on schedule and the deck looks great

Outstanding! After meeting Terry and discussing the details, we knew we'd found the right person. First, they came out and gave us a detailed estimate outlining each part of the job. Now for the best part - the results are amazing! It helped that they are very nice to work with and showed a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Our house is 12+ years old and we didn't realize just how tired the exterior looked - what a difference Spivey made! We would most definitely recommend them.

Terry Spivey was very responsive, from the first contact via Angie's List email through completion of the job. Very professional, did a great job, and cleaned up after completion of the work. Terry and Aaron did such a great job on the pressure washing, the house looks like it was just painted! They did some extra work cleaning sidewalks, concrete window ledges, etc., which was very appreciated. I highly recommend their company!

Earlier this year I had my aluminum siding power washed. The house is 28 years old and although the siding looked better, it still looked tired. I discussed painting the siding with Spiveys Premier Painting, and they provided an estimate that I felt was fair and since I was familiar with Spiveys work and was confident of the quality I would receive I accepted the contract as offered for the painting. Terry and his associate arrived as scheduled and was able to complete in painting in just two days. It was a challenging task for Spiveys as I have a two story withs a multi level roof and dormers. The house now looks brand new, my wife and I are ecstatic. There was no paint spills, all of the cut in's are sharp and the cleanup was impeccable. I must also say that Terry's associate is a magician with a paint brush! I would recommend Spiveys Premier Painting to anyone who wants quality painting at a fair price. I have already suggested him to a couple of friends and will always use them for my future painting needs.

Very professional! Estimate was very thorough, no pressure to add things I didn't want done. Great communications about plans and progress. Quality of work was top-notch. Definitely recommended!

I spent a lot of time researching Pressure Washing providers. I finally settled on Spivey's Premier Painting LLC based on their ECO friendly certification and the fact that no customer for Power Washing services rated them below an A. I contacted Spiveys Premier Painting for an estimate, received what I considered a fair price and contracted with them for Power washing the house siding and painting my garage door and trim. I received an estimated time for the service to be performed and was pleasantly surprised to be contacted by Mr Spivey earlier than the original estimate . Mr Spivey and his assistant arrived as scheduled and completed the power washing portion of the task before lunch as predicted, then painted the garage door and trim in the afternoon. I am very pleased with the results of both the power washing and painting. While they were finishing up I asked for some estimates for future painting projects and have already contracted with Mr Spivey for some of that work to be done. I would highly recommend Spivey's Premier Painting LLC, their prices are fair and the work product is excellent. I will be using Mr Spivey for all of my Painting and Power washing needs in the future.

Mr Spivey was on time and kept me posted on his estimated time of arrival through the day. He did a thorough review of the work needed and made helpful suggestions. He was most professional in his assessment. He provided a written estimate of the work faster than he promised. He is very impressive. I look forward to his doing the work for me during the summer.

We were gathering estimates for an exterior painting project. While we decided not to go forward with the project at that time, Mr. Spivey was very prompt and responsive to all our questions.

Everything now looks great. The deck and patio are clean, the deck fence is bright white again, the regular fence and gate sections have no more mildew and the walls around the flowerbeds are bright and clean. The sidewalks also look good. Mr Spivey and his son arrived as promised and completed the job in a couple of hours, in spite of the low temperatures and winds that morning. I had removed some items but they moved the heavy things for us and put them back after the job was done. The Spiveys have taken care of our power washing needs for several years now and I would recommend them without reservations to anyone and will certainly look forward to using them in the future.

Terry and his son were very professional and very good to communicate all services. Very good workmanship and delivered what was quoted. These guys take pride in there company and there quality of work.

I've used Spivey's in the past and always have excellent service and high quality work. I requested Terry to quote me on staining our large deck and as usual he was on time and provided a detailed quote for the work that I requested. We are in the process of selling our house and if the work needs to be done I will absolutely have Spivey's complete the work as requested and quoted. I couldn't be more pleased with the work Spivey's has done for me in the past and highly recommend them for work you need done.

Work was completed as promised and in a timely manor. We had Terry and his son paint our house last summer and they did a wonderful job. We are preparing to place our house on the market and were running out of time to get all of the projects completed that we wanted to. I called Spivey's and Terry came out to review the job and give us a quote. Job was completed the following week with no issues and it looks great. As I stated in my review last summer - Terry is the best and most honest contractor I've ever dealt with. If you are looking for a someone to do a high quality job at a reasonable price Spivey's is definitely the place to call. Thanks for the great work you did - house looks great!!
