This is the second time I have used Pete- it was the best possible experience. From being on time, professionalism, quality of work etc- everything was top notch. About a month after- we had a little leaking from the water heater- Pete's guys came out to look at it and insisted on replacing the entire unit to be sure we were taken care of. You wont see anyone do that!! We are not calling anyone else in the future! Highly recommend!!

Our water pressure from the city was a little too strong- Pete's crew gave an immediate estimate- said they could do the work right away (I had them there for something else) and they got right to work. Pete was prompt and very informative in providing me an estimate for running new main water line to my house.

Pete provided a good estimate, and was the cheapest plumber we could find to do the task. The two plumbers called as they left on their way to our house, arrived in a timely manner, were very professional - they even had uniforms - and friendly, and finished the work in less time than estimated. Then they charged us just for that time - not the original estimate! What a wonderful thing to have happen. So we ended up saving even more by choosing with this company. Thank you!

I called a week before to set up a time to have them come out and troubleshoot some issues I was having with a new home purchase. I didn't anticipate it being an easy job for them to figure out what the problems were (relating to water hammer, noisy pipes, pressure issues, etc.). They were not only on-time but early (calling ahead respectfully) and were in an out in less than an hour. No pressure to repair or replace things and reassured me completely as to the nature of the problems. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

It went great- Mark and Jim did work for us previously- it went great then too. These 2 guys are efficient and thorough and what else do you need in a contractor? Also, thanks again to Pete for again scheduling us asap- it seems that no sooner do we call to schedule work with him that it's complete!

They are nice guys to work with. They usually are able to come the same day or following day. They are fair with the pricing.

Very well. Dan arrived when he said he would, did a great job, and minimized the time the job took (and thus the cost). He and his partner were friendly, professional, and very forthright with information. Their candor, expediency, and professionalism were very much appreciated. I'll definitely be returning to Pete and his crew for my future plumbing needs.

The service went well. Their pricing was reasonable. The technician was very helpful and gave good suggestions. He was very prompt and efficient. He completed the service in 2-3 hours. It only took that long because they had to go out for a part. They were polite and did an excellent job.

He was prompt and professional. He answered a question before he came out to help me decided what I needed done was possible. They proformed the task within the allotted time and there was no extra charge.

He is wonderful. He comes promptly. He does a good job and charges fairly. They are very personable and are good to work with.

They came out the same day that I purchased the deal. I have now used their services twice. The first time I had them install a hot water heater. On the second time, I had them install a dishwasher and unclog a disposal. They completed the job in less than three hours and cleaned up great. There was a mess from the disposal and they cleaned all of it up. They were excellent!

He is a little bit more expensive than another plumber. He wanted to do more plumbing. Scheduling was easy. They showed up on time. The technician didn't described in detail of what they would do.

My husband purchased a $65 voucher supposedley worth one hour of service. Pete's employees were supposed to come betwen 12:00 and 2:00 and at 9:00 to tell me they would be at my place in 1/2 hour. I worked from home that day, so it was fine that they changed the time. They barely stayed an hour (more like 50 minutes) and determined that the faucets needed to be replaced and could not do anything with the gas fireplace. The gave me the following bill: 1.5 hour of labor = $172.50, "Truck charge" $15 and took $65 off (value of the voucher). I enquired about the 1.5 hour charge and they said they have to charge for time to come to my house. I did not bother enquirer about the "truck charge" but I have never seen that before (neither did the electrician that also came that day to my house). Total charge was $122.50 + $65 voucher so $187.50. Paid by check I told them that it was not what we anticipated. they went to talk to Pete and came back with my check and gave me a reduction of another $65 for a new total of $57.50. New total $122.50 (accounting for cost of prepaid voucher) I am flabbergasted by the raving reviews because for me it looked more like a rip off. 1.5 hour of labor when they spend barely 50 minutes, labor include time to come to my house; $15 truck charge? Even though they adjusted the bill and I ended up paying a total of $122.50, I think it is way too much for what I got and it is not what we bargained for. As an aside, both employees were nice and polite .

I have used this company multiple times, and am very happy with the service. Professional and on time, or call and let me know if they will be late. Send out 2 workers on each call, which I think is a good idea.

Mark called when he was ten minutes out and we were ready for him. He installed the spigot and shutoff and it was done quickly and is a very neat job-it looks good inside the house and outside. This is the second time we've used Pete the Plumber plumbers. The first time, they came out and solved an issue where the washer waste water had begun backing up into the kitchen sink at my daughter's house. In both instances it was easy to schedule the visit, the plumbers showed up on time, calling before they got there, they were knowledgeable, friendly and solved our plumbing issues. The pricing was LOWER than expected which is a nice bonus! I will always call Pete the Plumber for future needs and I heartily suggest that you do, too.

We bought an older house that didn't have any issues noted during the home inspection. After living in it a couple of days one of the toilets started leaking and we started to smell sewer gas in the house. The toilet was easy enough to fix with a new wax seal. The odor problem was a little harder to find but after correcting issues related to venting in the basement and laundry room the odor is now gone. Mark and Jim did an excellent job.

The guys were great! Good communication, competent, friendly, etc?.

They didn't do good. They came back and said they would do this and that, but they never followed up. They didn't fix it. They were very professional, except for lying.
