They did a great job. I didn't do a lot of comparison shopping. They put in a really good quality unit. It wasn't cheap. I recall that the old unit was problematic and they couldn't get enough water out of it. It was kind of messy. They were good about cleaning up after themselves.

Quick, easy and done well. Our old sump pump was starting to go, and I decided to replace it. Making an appointment was easy. The plumber who came out really knew his job, and didn't mind answering my numerous question. The price of the replacement parts was on par with what I would have paid buying them myself, and the labor charge was very reasonable. The job was completed far quicker than I thought it would be, He put thought into what he was doing, and made sure to make everything easier if I ever have this issue again. I actually enjoyed the call. This will be my first call for a plumber from now on. We are very happy.

The plumber who originally came over did what he deemed needed to be done. I was still hearing a whooshing noise occasionally and had noticed there was a very slow drip of water on the basement floor beneath that bathroom. Pete sent another plumber over a day or two later, and so far the issue seems to be under control.

Outstanding! What a refreshing experience. Jason was extremely professional and took great care to clean up afterwards. His interpersonal skills were as good as his plumbing skills. Work was done timely, professionally and expertly.

Several days after the job was complete, the problem returned but not as severe. I called them and was told I would need a camera run in the pipe to check for damage. I asked if the crew had doen as we requested andf I was told they did on a call back. My strong impression is that the owner stood by their word. I called anothe company out to do the same work without them knowing it had already been done days earlier. I was told they found small root congestion at 25 feet, than at 50 feet, than a large mass at about 80 feet. It has been a month now and the probl;em is solved. I have no alternative but to conclude that Pete the Plumber's crew did not do the work properly so we paid another $200 to have it done properly by a company that spent more time clearing a pipe that suppposedly had been cleared days sooner....and they went the full 100 feet as requested by us.

They were very nice guys! They were very professional, timely, and the price was very fair. I was happy with every part of the job!

Found that the outside "freeze prevention type" faucets could not have the washers replaced because stem could not be removed. Instead of replacing faucets, installed a shut off valve in the basement for each exterior faucet. Water can now be shut off for the winter months. After test, found that faucets did not have any leaks when water was turned on. Interior shut off valves provided "peace of mind." Great! The crews were all busy. However, the owner checked the messages and called. He came over himself and fixed the problem. Fantastic service.

I've had Pete and his crew out for several tasks: faucet and toilet replacement and the water heater. They have always been very professional, quick and the job was done right the first time. I always recommend them.

This was our third visit from PTP in the last year and we have been very pleased with all of their work. They have installed a dishwasher and garbage disposal for us, as well as put in new valves for our washing machine hoses. They were quick to respond to my calls for service and showed up exactly when they said they would. Plumbers were very professional and friendly! Great price for excellent work! They were great! They called when on their way and arrived at the beginning of their arrival window. Both guys were very nice and professional. They wore shoe covers to protect my carpet and they listened very attentively to my description of the issues. They were able to fix my issue without replacing the pressure regulator. Again a job well done and will use them again.

We set an appointment window from 2:00 to 4:00 two days after I called for our slow draining sink. I received a call around 12:30 the day of the appointment asking if they could come earlier than the set appointment, which we gladly accepted. The two gentlemen arrived and attempted to clear the sink with a 25 ft snake, which wasn't long enough so they ran through a longer snake. The drain was cleared after that and they even made a recommendation for a product to use twice a year to help keep our pipes draining smoothly. The work was completed quickly and the two gentlemen were very polite and professional. We will gladly welcome this company back into our home to complete any future plumbing work we might need.

I've used Pete the Plumber several times in the past and they've always been knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They were running a bit behind schedule this time, and called to let me know they'd be a little late, which I appreciate. Chase and Brandon arrived at my house, introduced themselves, and asked me to show them the problem and explain what was going on. They listened to what I had to say, asked some questions, provided some suggestions about how to avoid the problem in the future, and then got to work. Running a snake through a clogged main drain line in a finished basement can be a messy task, but they were very careful and clean. They were able to clear the clog and everything has been running smoothly since. I was very happy with how things went.

It went very well. The gentleman called 30 minutes prior to arrival and then arrived right on time. He was very professional and clean. He was honest about what could/should be fixed and what maybe was not high priority.

I was told on the phone it would cost $400-$500 for labor. I was told they would be there by 8:00. They showed up at 8:35. The job took 4.5 hours, mostly by one person. Second person helped remove it and bring the new one in, then they left. Plumber said it took a while to drain the tank. Warning. If you know you are replacing your water heater, save yourself $50 plus and drain the tank yourself. The plumber was professional and communicated about various pertinent items as needed to complete the job, however, they did decide to use a basement sliding door for their egress without asking and moved a bunch of stuff in my basement without asking. So beside my failed life time water heater, my only disapointment was the price was in the low $600 and even though their web site said accepts credit cards it did not say that they would charge a 4% fee on top if you used a credit card. Everything was satisfactury but the price.

Professional and very intentional about about making sure not to track into the house and keeping us informed about what was going on.

The guys were prompt, very congenial if not entertaining, and professional. We had them replace old shower fixtures and locate and fix a leak in a garden tub. They left the bathroom as clean as when they arrived and really did an outstanding job. We would not hesitate to use them again.

GREAT! Not only was he professional in all respects (scheduling, timeliness, service), but he and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Pete's experience helped him save me $1,000 - all the other plumbers wanted to take the easy way out. They weren't problem solvers, trying to find the most cost effective solution for me. Pete was. He reviewed the situation and found a creative, more cost effective solution that saved me $1,000!

Jim called about 1 hour ahead of our 10-12 a.m. repair window and said he was running EARLY! and would it be o.k. to come over. We agreed. It took about 1.5 hours to complete the job and when I saw how many parts and pieces there was for this job I am so happy I didn't attempt this job myself. He was very neat and as my wife said "He was very personable without being weird or creepy" like many of our repair men seem to be. All in all a great experience and we will be using Pete the Plumber again!
