Description of Work: We were switching our water supply from our existing cistern to Western Water. Pete came out to see what needed to be done and scheduled the work, which would take two men about 14 hours over two days. The meter and the water line from the road to the house were already in place, so their job was to connect the new water supply to the house. This involved installing check valves, shut-off valves and piping, removing the cistern pump and plumbing, and coordinating with Western Water to start the service. These items also involved a number of sub-items I haven't named here, and a lot of the work had to take place in the crawl space under the house. In addition, although this was not in the original plan, we had them remove some unwanted plumbing in another part of the house. The work was done about 7 months ago and the new water supply continues to be as troublefree as it was on Day One.

Description of Work: Mark and Jim installed a new water heater. I have done alot of remodeling in my day including plumbing so I'm very skeptical of contractors doing work in my home. Pete the plumber is the only plumber I will ever use from now on. They were very neat and professional and they didn't mind my looking over their shoulder the whole time.
