They are very polite and I haven't had any problems in 10-15 years. I've been very happy with their service.

I haven't had any problems with them. I have a very small house. Because my house is so small they adjust the pricing a little bit lesser than the standard protocol. They are polite and professional. They call the night beforehand to let me know they are coming the next day. If they are delayed because of a meeting or something, they let me know. In the winter months I don't think they always go around the perimeter of the house but that is understandable because they probably don't think there are going to be that many bugs coming in during the dead of winter. If I give them a call they will come out and do an updated spraying between the routine spraying.

We have a service contract with Orkin. We have had to call them out on multiple occasions because the issue is never resolved. The most recent issue is mice. I am the facilities and property manager of an upscale facility that houses clients for months at a time. Recently in the winter months, mice has become the issue. We have a horse stable and pasture where they live and are currently coming in to the house for warmth and food. Everytime I call the 1-800 Orkin number, i first talk to a customer service rep. I tell them my story and then they say please stay on the line while i get the service department on the line to schedule a technician to come out. The service department gets on the phone and says your technician "Ronnie" or "Jason" will be contacting you. Well they NEVER call back. I will wait a few days until our chef calls and complains to me again, and then call Orkin back. They say "oh im sorry your technician never called you back, let me get a hold of him and have him call you right away." NEVER a call back. The times that I have finally gotten someone out there, the issue has not been resolved. The last time Ronnie was out, he put glue traps down in the locations the mice were entering the kitchen. The next day we found footprints in the glue traps, but no mice. THEY HAD EATEN HALF OF THE TRAP. When i finally got back in touch with our technician, I told him that the traps did not work, that the mice had eaten them for dinner. He stated that he had never heard of that before, and I questioned that they might rats instead of mice. He assured me that they were mice after examining the droppings. He told me on a Wednesday I wont be able to come back out until Monday or Tuesday of next week. I reminded him that this is a business where the clientele pay top dollar for top amenities, he claimed he remembered and said that was when he could come out. Never showed up. That was a week and a half ago. Called Orkin back, said they would have him call me, still no response. I will be calling tomorrow and canceling our service plan with them. Absolutely terrible service.

They did a wonderful job but I thought the pricing was kind of steep.

Exterminator arrived on time, was friendly, professional and offered advise on other pests in addition to the carpenter bee treatment.

Everything has been great.

Alot of prep-work had to be done before they sprayed. The house had 2 treatments. Everyone was so nice and they reassured me that the treatments work! I hope I never have to use them again for bed bugs. If I ever have any other kind of bug, I will definitely call them. A word of advice to everyone, no matter where you stay when you go on vacation, CHECK UNDER THE MATRESS.

They spray our whole house for pest control. I like them because of their price, punctuality and they also do a good job. I will use their services in the future as well.

It was recommended to us by the house builder that we have a pest control for a while to get the bugs out of the house. Our neighbors complain of lady bugs and different sorts of spiders and we just do not have that problem. They call you every time before they start to check if we are going to be alright. The technician is very friendly and careful.

Ernie is a very pleasant fellow. Although we had a hiccup in getting him here for the first service, he has arrived on time for all subsequent visits. He is always very cheerful and efficiently goes through the house spraying and looking for insects. Although I still find the occasional spider, the house is more or less insect free (which is great considering it backs up to a wooded area).
