 + 1 moreHired Middleton to repair wood siding and trim that had rotted and the gutter problem that caused the poor drainage and rot. Middleton was working next door for several weeks on a home addition. Unfortunately, after several weeks and at least four assurances by Middleton that he would get started next week, the work never started and we were forced to pursue another contractor. In all fairness, this work was small compared to the other large additions he was doing elsewhere, but I would have appreciated upfront honesty about his ability to get the work done timely over false promises.
Description of Work: Hired Middleton to repair wood siding and trim that had rotted and the gutter problem that caused the poor drainage and rot. After several weeks, Middleton never got around to starting the work so we pursued another contractor.

 + -1 moreUnfortunately, the downstairs shower must have a leak, the drywall is coming apart. Upstairs, the painting that was done is staring to peel off. We have already replaced one medicine cabinet in the downstairs bathroom.
Description of Work: Remodeled 2 bathrooms, new sinks, new toilets, one new shower and redid shower (unattached) in upstairs bathroom. Replaced medicine cabinets in both upstairs and downstairs bathroom.
