Called to get estimate on price for pest treatment. I had an appointment scheduled and never showered. I have used them before and their pricing when up 30% or more from pricing last year. Now they aren't answering my phone calls.

It was a great service. They recognized what the insects were right away. They explained what would happen. They showed up on time and were honest.

I called in the morning and they came the same day in the afternoon. Ron was the technician and he was very professional and seemed to know all about the insects. He took his time to cover all the areas that insects might come in through and gave lots of good advice. I really appreciated them coming the same day, as I had other work that depended on them coming first. Very nice to work with. I would definitely recommend them to friends and have already told someone today about them. Thank you to Angie's List for being able to find such a great business!

They are awesome. I’ve been with them for four or five years so I get a special rate for loyalty. I don’t have any bugs in my house so whatever they are doing is good. I have small children in my house but they always tell me that it is safe for my children and none have gotten sick. They are very nice when they come and they are conscientious about my family and my home. They are always on time and if they come early they sit in my driveway until it is time for our appointment.

Though we have no pets, we were having some fleas indoors and getting bitten. I called Michael's pest control and they were very friendly and responsive. They came out on time, did the spraying, and answered my questions about the fleas and other pests. They said it's not uncommon to have to spray again in a few weeks for eggs that may produce more fleas, but once did the trick and we've been fine ever since. I had stopped in some months earlier (into their office) and the guy was nice enough to identify a few bugs from the basement that I thought might be roaches, turned out they were flathead beetles, nothing to worry about. Also, I had seen an oriental roach in the garage that he said was probably just a straggler since they live outside in wood and mulch, again not a big concern. Now, being a female, it would have been very easy to convince me that we needed to spray since most of us ladies panic at the word "roach", but I think this company was very honest about the situation and helped me avoid unnecessary pesticides and cost. So I feel this company is trustworthy, and if I do have a problem in the future, I will not hesitate to use them.

I am very satisfied with the work done because they always call me to remind me about the service, the person that comes is always the same, so he knows exactly where to put more treatment every time he comes, and also if during the subsequent months after the treatment if I notice any roach or ant or spider or whatever animal, they come with no charge at all and do again the treatment.

I HAD A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. MARK WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY CAREFUL WHEN INSIDE THE HOUSE NOT TO TRACK IN - HE HAD COVERS FOR HIS SHOES. WE DID NOT HAVE ANY MORE PROBLEMS WITH ANTS THE REST OF THE YEAR.
