Description of Work: I bought the Big Deal on March 4. I was on vacation and spoke with Kendricks before I left and said I would call him on 3/19 when I returned. I called him on 3/19 and he said they would for sure be out to do the mulch on the next week. When I did not hear back from him I called him on 3/31 to see when he was going to do the mulch and he said he could not do it till the end of April. I am putting my home on the market and needed it done immediately so I cannot wait until end of April. Please refund my purchase price.
