Repairs were necessary as some of the sheets were delaminating and sagging with age. The large dormer was detached from the existing roof frame. The dormer was reattached correctly. The roofers were extremely professional. They were consistently always on time and put in a full days work. The cleanup, from removing the old roofing to cleaning up any pieces of the replacement and all nails was remarkable. Not one piece of shingles or nails were to be found on the ground. They replaced my old turbine ventalation with the new ridge venting system. They even painted the 3 roof vents which was another special touch. I could not be any more please with their work. Hines Roofing exceeded my expectations. I am 150% satisfied.necessary

This wasn't handled as a get in and out as quick as you can 1 day job, took 5 days start to finish. Contractor did ALL work as discussed during the estimate/planning stages. Employees were personable and showed up on time everyday and cleaned up after themselves each day. I felt my questions were addressed in detail and with interest. The finished product is professional and finished down to the detail of painting the pipe vents to match. I was impressed and so happy with the end result. You can get what you pay for and more with this contractor. No concern if I need him he will follow up. The roof is the icing on a house and my home looks wonderful.
