+ -1 moreInstall went as planned, but this installer does not cover his warranty. I have filed the issue with Lumber Liqudators that I have problems with noise from the floor and the installer will not return my calls and has not followed up with repairs he promised.
Description of Work: Hammock Flooring was the Contractor installer for the Engineered Hardwood Flooring I had purchased at Lumber Liquidators that I also would NOT recommend. I had purchased 800 sq ft for my home and the entire house clicks (tics) when walked on. Lumber Liquidators had an inspector come out and evaluate the issue and is blaming the installer and the installer is blaming the manufacturer. The installer will not return my calls, he is not honoring his warranty and Lumber Liquidators is telling me their isn't any other installers in my area. Therefore I am stuck with a home full of poor flooring I saved 5 years to purchase.
