Creech's Lawn & Landscaping

We needed to connect our patio to our deck stairs and lower concrete patio. We also had a steep slope we needed a stair-type solution to. Jake came out and went over the details with us. We decided to replace the current square concrete block patio under the pergola with a round paver patio that connected everything. Jake also recommended a large natural stone block stair to deal with the slope. After getting the estimate we were pleased and went ahead and paid the half up-front to get it on the books. They were able to start only a couple months later and spent a good week working on the project. The old patio was torn down and the blocks carefully stacked. Yard damage was minimized and a very nice patio and path was built. The initial stairs connecting to the concrete patio wasn't exactly what we wanted, and Jake had it rebuilt with no complaints and no additional cost. We are extremely pleased with how everything turned-out, and would definitely recommend them.

I have waited a while to write this review in hopes that I would hear back from Creech’s to resolve the issues. Since that has not happened, I thought I should write about my experience. The work they did was fine in general. However, we later discovered that they had cut 2 sprinkler heads and cut our Invisible Fence (which they claimed they had repaired, but discovered it was not after our dog escaped twice). I contacted them numerous times until they finally responded. They came out to “fix” it and it still does not work properly. When I contacted them multiple times (again) and finally got a response, they claimed they had gone above and beyond already and would no longer help. They never even addressed the broken sprinkler heads issue even after me asking about it numerous times. I will NEVER use them again and I would not recommend them to anybody else.

Received a rough estimate of project but disappointed they would not handle all required permits, and were not entirely familiar with the county and city guidelines [in the town they operate in]. I've heard good things about this team but my ideal is they handle everything so will keep Creech's as a possibility but will contact other providers for project handling comparison.

These guys were amazing. Curt came out to survey the project then got back to us with a quote and software design visual in a timely manner. (Note: the other companies we approached did not offer the software visual - so important to understanding what you are paying for - and did not get back to us in a timely manner. One company didn't bother to follow up at all.) What made part of our project a little unusual is that we were asking them to complete a six foot landscape wall we had begun several years ago and had not gotten around to finishing. They used what materials we already had on site, adding their own to blend in as necessary, and made the area look 100x better than it had previously. They also installed a beautiful paver walkway, small raised bed flower area with stone walls, a paver pad for our trash cans, and drainage tile with pop-up drain for heavy rains that siphoned the water away from the garage, with mulch and river stone as design elements. The crew was also polite, professional, on time and neat. It was obvious they took great pride in their work. We cannot recommend Creech Landscaping too highly. We would definitely hire them again!

Did an amazing job, the property looks so much better than the landscaper our builder used. Curt was great to work with and is coming back to do a few more things for us in the next few weeks.

Two men arrived before the estimated two hour time. They worked carefully with great attention to detail. End result was complete correction of the drop and looks as good as the original. We are so impressed with this company. I wish everyone was as easy to deal with and showed such character. Thanks Steve and company!

Not well. Provider did not show up for an estimation appointment which was a large inconvenience. Not acceptable level of service.

All of the workers are great and very easy to make changes if I wanted to. I have always dealt with Curt in any design plans and have always been happy with their work and ideas

went very well - Creech's caught a nice couple of days and they got out and totally cleaned up my rather large yard with numerous flower beds and about 40 trees. trimmed back a number of bushes and swept up (and disposed of) all on the debris. Put down 1-2 inches of double shredded pine bark mulch over all of the flower beds AND trees - They also edged ALL flower beds and the tree beds as well They were prompt and courteous and I think we received a nice job at a fair price.

Creech's did an excellent job. The team, lead by Daniel, earned Kudos from us for their professionalism. Despite the initial plan was to have a continuous slope, the team realized soon enough that some steps were needed and they changed the design to make them fit. The result is that now we have a very accessible path, with a clean design that blends very nicely with the existing patio. They have been very responsive to the changes that we requested while doing the work, minor things but also major (like the fact that we wanted a section to end up flush to an existing paver close to the hot tub), so I would definitely recommend Creech's at least for the crew that worked on our job. It took them a little longer than originally foreseen to complete the work, due to weather, illnesses, other priorities, but that was done without getting problems to our side.

Very professional and thorough. Did a great job prepping for mulch by weeding, edging (cutting in edges to keep mulch in). Did a clean, neat job of mulch install and a very good job cleaning up afterwards. They were competitive in their estimate and, having done this ourselves in the past, worth every penny to have it done, and done so well. Highly recommend.

The owner spent less than 10 minutes here not even listening to anything we requested. The quote for a very basic rectangle of patio pavers is extremely high. 1. showed up 40 minutes early 2. spelled our name wrong 3. did not listen to the type of stone we requested 4. did not include our request for a quote of a fireplace 5. only provided 1 idea 6. idea of bush placement was not as discussed

Work was started soon after we accepted their offer and completed in 2 days. Results were excellent, better construction and more attractive than we had expected. Their crew was professional in all aspects and everything was completely cleaned up before they left. We found a $100 coupon in Reach magazine before the final payment and they accepted it without question.

They were great. They arrived on time, worked very h****** a hot, humid day, and nearly completed the work in one day. What little remained to be done was taken care of the next morning. They delivered everything they promised, including some last-minute changes we asked for, and were very easy to work with. We have been dealing with several companies on various home repair jobs, and it doesn't always work out so well. But it was a pleasure to work with Creech's and we are delighted with the results. We would use them again without hesitation.

We decided to have a paver patio in our back yard. I contacted 11 companies/individuals to get estimates, and only 3 actually made it out to look at what I had drawn up and give a professional estimate. It came down to 2, and Creeches not only gave a detailed estimate, but also took a picture of the back yard and produced a picture of what the completed project would look like - wow ! It took 6 days to complete, and it looked exactly like what the proposal pic looked like. We heard nothing but rave reviews from some friends (as well as a few of Creeches competitors), and they didn't disappoint. A little higher priced than the other estimates, but we wouldn't change a thing. Thanks Carl !!

They were recommended by a friend. They did a one time landscape. They did not do tree service. Everything went well. We will see how it turns out next year. They were punctual and professional. They were very courteous.

We were contacted by a gentleman named Kurt who came and surveyed the yard, made recommendations and brought back drawings. Kurt was always on time and flexible with all the changes we made throughout the process. Kurt designed the entire project and far exceeded our expectations. Kurt went above and beyond what we could have hoped for. The crew, led by Miguel, were great to work with. They showed every morning on time and ready to work. They were friendly and courteous to our every need. Miguel would listen to our ideas and change on a drop of a dime. They cleaned up every night and made sure we were happy at the end of everyday. Our backyard is a show place! We will enjoy many years of this picturesque backyard! The only reason we graded Creech's an "A" was because there isn't a higher grade. It went very well. They did what they say they would do. They brought great planting materials. They guarantee their product and will come to replace anything if something didn't work out.

It went well except they forgot to put in the river rocks that were in the design. They charged me for them in the bill. When I called to discuss it, I got a person who was being trained and new to the job. I wanted the rock to be put in and would of been happy to pay for it but all she did was deduct the price of the rock. At that point I was tired of dealing with it so I said that is enough. I have no problem with the work that they did do, but the river rock would have looked very nice. I will probably use some one else next time.

Tyson did good job at free estimate. Happy with time frame from estimate to actual job, it was within a week. His crew did an excellent job at cleaning up my flower beds, edging, and mulching. Crew was polite and worked very quickly. Will use this company again for future projects.
