Very professional. Did a great job, which was relatively small for this company

Creech's came out and designed my backyard patio and fireplace. The staff was very friendly and prompt. I was told the project would take approx. two and a half weeks and they worked rain or shine and completed the project in that timeframe. They were wonderful to work with. This project was the first big home project that Ive ever attempted to have done and they took a lot of the stress out of the project. The work they did was very high quality! Everything about the backyard area we had done turned out exactly how it was described and better. It's really hard to believe the before and after. They also made sure that they cleaned up any mess that was made during construction, including reseeding our lawn and sprucing up the surrounding areas. I would highly recommend Creech's. My neighbor referred them to me and they did a great job on his project too.

team arrived on time, owner explained job with us present. two-man team worked hard - job done in two days. Men made suggestions that improved the project. It really looks good.

We were very pleased and would recommend this company and use this company, again. Bill and his irrigation crew installed the irrigation system throughout our yard, beds, etc. They communicated well and the installation was done with very little damage to our yard - we were impressed. Bill was very responsive to our needs, communicated well and responded in a timely manner when we needed some follow-up with a few items. Bill's crew was pleasant and hard working. Due to the nature of this job, we spent a lot of time with Bill discussing the irrigation plan, executing it and then later learning how to use the system. He was great! Curt and his crew brought in topsoil and replanted part of our backyard where we had a tough time growing grass. They were also polite and when we had a follow-up issue with the grass, Curt responded quickly and addressed the issue. We are pleased.

Steve Creech was very quick to come out and do a very thorough bid for us. He was very helpful in discussing the options and needs that we were going to have in our situation. In looking over all the items and the area he was very careful to take water flow into consideration. Steve was extremely professional and kind. We received the bid in a very timely manner both via email and a through the postal service. I asked Steve to break out the bid into details and do an itemization. He complied and I was able to see what each aspect of the job was going to cost. We are unable to go with the paver stone but if we had Creech would have been the front runner.

Everything was done to my satisfaction. Carl did the landscape supervision and Bill did the lawn irrigation. I am VERY please with the whole job. Sprinkler system was not cheap , but worth every penny. All the landscape work was fairly priced. These guys are A okay Also, Bill explained the sprinkler system very well to me and the transition for me was very smooth. Not a lot of damage to the yard, much less than I expected.

It took a few week in order to get the estimates, but when we did they were very professional, easy to understand and detailed. There were photos of our yard with their three ideas for the landscaping.

Creech's was hired to install a paver patio and putting green for my neighbors. They told our neighbors they would enter their backyard through the south side of their lawn and actually ended up using the north side. This meant they drove right through our property line and destroyed our side lawn with all the foot traffic of workers and the heavy machinery used for the work. We were beyond frustrated as we had no warning (they didn't follow their own plan in order for our neighbors to warn us) and not only did they destory the grass but land had grooves from the machinery so the land was no longer flat. Creech's did put down grass seed but it only grew weeds. It took over a year to control the weeds they planted, level out the ground, and plant quality grass seed to actually fix what they had down. I was really disappointed in them. Our neighbors are also having issues with some ridiculous weeds around the paver patio that was installed. For a lawn and landscape company, you would expect they would have access to high quality grass seed that doesn't grow strictly weeds. Very disappointed and would never recommend anyone to use them. While the paver patio looks nice, that's only part of the job.

During the quoting phase, a guy came to the house and took some pictures and listened to our idea of the project. We had some ideas of what we wanted but don't know anything about plants so we were relying on Creech's for that. He came back with the photos altered with bushes and things plugged in so we could visualize the result. Very effective! We changed things based on our preferences and budget, but the ideas were all spot-on. We were originally going to rip out our old 7 bushes in the front yard, but they gave us the idea to transplant them to the back and probably saved us a few hundred dollars on buying new plants for back there. Communication was very easy. On the day of work, they showed up early with 3 trucks and a big crew. They spread out the work and were working hard all day. The same guy that quoted was out there, but he left to get supplies and there was a friendly site leader I could talk to. I spoke with the guys throughout the day to see how things were going and they finished everything with no problems. They finished almost all of it on day 1 and came back with a couple guys early the next day to finish up in about an hour (originally quoted 2 full days). No hassle whatsoever. The mulch was laid in quickly and the whole site was clean when they left. Now almost a year later the retaining wall is right where it was - no settling. The plants are all alive and well. And we are very happy with the landscaping design.

Bill came out and checked every zone, made adjustments to several zones, and replaced a broken sprinkler head. Very easy to reach and schedule. Also friendly and knowledgable about the business. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future!

The system was installed over 4 days. Crew was very polite and professional, but the quality of the overall job was not. After hooking into the main water line from the street, they pressurized just the backflow device and left for the day. When I returned that evening, I found water in my basement and garage due a massive leak at the backflow prevention device. Not a good start. Spoke with the crew leader the next day and asked how much water pressure was going into the system. He said they hadn't tested it and he didn't really know, but "more pressure is better". ( That may be true if you're the installer, but not if you're the person paying the water bills and cost of repairs. More is not better and too much is a bad thing.) I asked them to test the pressure before hooking up the rest of system and, at the finish of the job, they told me they tested it at 85 PSI. ( I later found out RainBird recommends an operating range between 40-60 PSI.) When the system was turned on, the sprinkler heads were severely over pressurized, resulting in misting, fogging and overspray. So basically, I was left with $6,000 worth of pipes and valves that blow water into the air. Contacted a regular plumber to check how much pressure was actually used. They found 102 PSI from the service main into the backflow device and 93 PSI going to the sprinkler system, which is WAY too much for an irrigation system. The plumber installed a pressure regulator and now the system operates at a more sensible 53 PSI. This simple change will save me thousands of dollars in wasted water bills. Not sure how much damage was already done to pipes, valves and fittings, but there is little doubt that this was not a high quality design or installation. They stand by their work and offered to install a regulator, but frankly, after the first water leak and the incorrect information about the water pressure, I won't have them doing any more work on the system.

I got three estimates. They were the lowest, but also seemed the most honest and detailed. They came out and met with me and discussed the plans. Then they sent me a photo shopped pictures of what it would look like when complete, along with the estimate. They were delayed due to the weather, but more than made up for it with the hard work of the installers. The project manager/salesman stopped in often and corrected any concerns I had immediately. It was my best experience with a contractor. The end result was as pictured and we've received many good comments and inquires from the neighbors. I will use them again.

They started the job on-time by building the deck. They then completed the paver patio promptly. Everything was completed as promised and they were very responsive to making some small changes to our original plan.They actually exceeded our expedations regarding the quality od work. We were also pleased that they added dirt and planted seed in our yard afterward due to the traffic created with the Bobcat. We would definitely use Creech's again. Steve also took time to meet with us periodically to ensure that we were pleased. Very professional.

I highly recommend Creech's Lawn and Landscape. Steve Creech was very responsive to my inquiry. When he came to my house to discuss my needs, he answered all my questions. The written estimate arrived promptly and included a color picture of my yard showing the proposed hardscape and landscape. I met with Steve and Carl at Creech's Garden Center. They gave me suggestions for pavers, showed me the choices, and answered my questions. The job was able to begin work one week prior to schedule. The crew was very efficient, and made some changes based on my request. The hardscape crew did a great job. I am very pleased with the result. The landscape crew was also excellent. They did some additional work while they were here. I thought the total price was reasonable for the quantity and quality of work.

Creech Landscaping was a pleasure to work with and we are extremely satisfied with the quality of the work. The wall and the yard looks great! The work was started and completed on time and as promised. Creech worked with us on the design and provided very helpful input on possible options for us to consider. They were very professional and customer service oriented. We are delighted with the results and would use Creech's Lawn and Landscaping again on future projects. We highly recommend them to others.

Steve and his team did a great job. We had a party coming up and needed the front door walkway fixed. Steve understood the need and was able to get the work done in time for the party. I thought Steve's paver/walkway work was very reasonably priced and it looks great.. The team did a good job cleaning up the site when they were finished with the walkway repair and the landscape/mulch work. I would use this company again as we were very pleased.

We love them. They were very willing to work with us on designs. We had home owners association issues to get our plans approved and they worked with us to get them approved. They became more like friends and family to us than contractors over the couple of months they were working. They coordinated with our hot tub supplier to place it. Very responsive to our calls. Curt (supervisor) was on site daily. We have the most awesome backyard ever. I could not say enough good about them. Even a year after the work was finished they came out within a couple of days to fix a small issue.

A tremendously satisfying and pleasant experience from bidding through completion. they came across as professional and patient despite the fact that their bid came in 40% lower than our second bid. Once started, the work was finished quickly and professionally and the resulting work does everything that was promised and they yard, to anyone but us, the owners, shows no sign it was ever disturbed. Their lead guy, Bill, who conducted the initial visit and submitted the bid, and his crew chief, David, did a great job and made us feel really comfortable throughout the process, including providing instruction on how to use the controls and programming. We almost missed out on their great service and followup because of an office worker, Jeanne, who was surly and uncooperative with us on the phone, causing us to seriously consider dropping them from our consideration. Fortunately for everyone, Bill assured us that we will never have to deal with her again and we decided to hire them for the job. We are not sorry we did.

They were prompt. The workman were very professional. We had steps rebuilt and a wall rebuilt. Many of the pavers had to be pulled up, filled underneath and reset. My patio looks like it had just been built from scratch yesterday. Mr. Creech called with a follow up call to make sure we were satisfied with the work. Everyone was very professional and I would highly recommend them.

It went fine. They're a great company to deal with. Curt was a good gentleman.

Awesome. The new patio totally gives my home new curb appeal. There were several teams of workers doing different aspects of the job. All were courteous and respectful of my home and detached garage. The work was done quickly and with total compliance to my wishes. I had to be gone at times and felt comfortable leaving them to do the work in my absence. The job was a massive removal of dirt, grass and walking stones and now I have this beautiful space.

I did not receive a call to let me know that the workers would be arriving on Monday. I requested to be notified when the work was to be scheduled.The workers were not following the directions outlined in the plan as to where the plants would go. I had to go out and talk to them plus contact the supervisor. The stone wall in the front of the house was also not being built correctly. I had to contact the supervisor to go over what we initially discussed when we reviewed the design. The wall was then built correctly. A month has gone by. The carpet roses need to be replaced. The initial color was pink but I requested that a change to red be made during the design review. I contacted the supervisor on 5/25. They will be replaced. The gray stone used for the wall in front of the house is starting to crack, has white spots, and is chipping away on the top stones. I have a bucket filled with layers of thin sheet stone that are coming apart on the top stones. I contact the supervisor on 5/25. I'm waiting for the supervisor to come by and look at the stone wall. It took three days to build the walkway. A complete disaster. I asked the supervisor to come by and look at it when the work was complete. The work has to be completely redone. The pattern isn't correct and the walkway is dropping down in one area. The walkway is scheduled to be redone during the second or third week of June. I also have concrete damage on both the beginning of the driveway and the driveway pad from the equipment used to build the walkway and a truck that was parked on the driveway pad. I contacted the supervisor about the concrete damage. I'm not sure yet what the resolution will be on the concrete damage. All the work has not been completed yet as of 5/26. I expect that all these mistakes will get resolved shortly as stated by the supervisor. I'm very disappointed and upset. This has brought about a bunch of stress that I don't need. I just wanted the work done correctly the first time. It was not done correctly. I'm not writing them off yet. With all the above stated; I still believe that they will finally get it right. If so, I will consider them for a future project. The carpet roses were replaced. The walkway was redone correctly. I received compensation for the driveway damage. We are going to keep an eye of the gray stone to see how it works out after a change of season. I'm still not please with the quality of the topsoil / straw used to grow grass on both sides of the walkway. Its mostly weeds and crabgrass. I have to redo it all.

Awesome! Loved the design and the plants were very nice. Work was done timely. Recently, a bush was leaning and I called them to see if they could do something so it would grow more upright. They came out the following weekend and fixed it!
