Benny Barron (owner) was the first to come out to bid on this small job. His price was a few dollars below everyone else. I do not automatically go for the lowest bidder, but I appreciated how Benny explained the options and seemed more confident in the solution we settled on. Benny came on a Saturday, ahead of schedule, between bigger jobs he had going. It turned out that to tie-in the upper downspout to a lower gutter would take a 4and quot; Wye which was more expensive. At the end of the job I asked how much difference there would be with the more expensive Wye, he said that when he gives a price it is firm, regardless. I appreciated this approach. The work he did looks good and appears very solid. Benny will be the first I turn to if I need anymore gutter work.

I had him come out to clean my gutters and he did a good job of that. After he was done he advised me to get gutter tops. They cover the top of my gutters with holes to water can drip through. After a while leaves, branched and other material got in the way and it covered the holes. I have called him for him to come out and fix that but he busy and will call me back but have not called me back.
