Attic Experts Insulation

It went very well! The installers showed up on time and worked hard at completing the work in a complete and thorough manner that would meet or exceed our expectations. They came up with two very creative solutions to our specialized problem that allowed for a better outcome of the project. They were very professional and my wife and I were very pleased with both how they performed the work as well as how they cleaned up. The only "ding" I have for the company is that the office didn't call to confirm our appointment the day before and I had difficulty reaching the office to make sure they were coming. Outside of that, we were very pleased with how they handled the work and also that the price we were quoted was the final price, even though the installers may have used more materials or more time than was originally anticipated.

It was great! From the time the guy came out to look at what I needed to the actual install. Everyone was super informative and were straight to the point. They didn't try to sell more than I needed. I was told and shown exactly what the problem was and how they could fix it. Super professional and friendly. I would definitely use them again!

They showed up early, were very courteous. They explained what they were going to do and showed me the materials and how they would be used. After each step of putting the insulation in, ridge vents, rerouting vent pipe, and placing a heat shield barrier on some walls they not only took pictures of before and after and emailed them to me but allowed me to fiscally go up and see what they had just done. When they were finished they cleaned up everything and made sure my house was exactly the way it was when they came.

This is the second home I've had done by Attic Experts. As expected crew was great and courteous. In a testament to low turnover and quality employees the crew lead that did my house 10 years ago was the Sam lead on my home this week. I will continue to use them and recommend to friends!

The crew was early and worked non-stop very friendly and professional. The team clearly is well educated about what they do and they did on outstanding job.

The team was great to work with, from the time we got the original quote until we actually decided to go with The Attic Experts they answered every question. We needed to put the whole installation on hold until we figured out if we were going to go with them and they held their original quote. They came over to do the inspection and estimate and really gave great details on what needed to be done. After the installation was done they recently sent follow up pictures of the entire attic on what the finished product looks like. Our master bedroom actually feels like the rest of the house now and we are no longer just throwing money out the door through the attic. Great investment and great team to work with.

The workers arrived at the exact time we were told. They were so courteous and worked non stop from 8 am to 3pm cleaned everything. They were excellent.

Sid did an amazing job checking every area of our attic for raccoon damage, even under several layers of insulation. He also assessed the insulation itself. Fortunately, we had minimal damage and our insulation is in good shape, so we did not need to have any repairs done. But if we DO ever need any work done, we will definitely be calling the Attic Experts first.

The service worked fine, but I have not acted on it yet. I have not had time to get a second opinion. I would probably not use them again, but the insulation is something you do once-in-a-lifetime.

Gave me FREE and great advice that I could solve my insulation issue by doing it myself with fiberglass insulation from my local home improvement store. Thanks again Attic Experts!

The men called a half hour before they arrived to notify me of arrival time. The men were polite, courteous and professional. I was informed of the each step before it was completed. Also, I was given the opportunity to see the spaces where the installation would be installed. Then given another opportunity to see the installation completion in the spaces. I really appreciated these opportunities. The men protected furniture and other objects while working in the upstairs bedrooms. Also, the men went up and beyond to tighten a door knob on my bathroom door. I received a call from the company to inquire if I was satisfy with the work and the men. I was thoroughly pleased with this company and will highly recommend services to others.

I had an attic inspection from this company. The person they sent seemed to know what he was doing and was willing to crawl around the attic. But the consultation was extremely long and I kept asking the price throughout his big presentation. He kept refusing to tell me the price until the end of his speech and kept insulting my husband by making jokes that he was stupid. My husband finally got irritated and left the room. By the time he finally left, we were exhausted. We would never use this company.

Recommendations for increased attic insulation to high of price.

My bedroom roof had water dripping from the ceiling fan old installation spot occasionally when the weather gets really cold. The team inspected the attic in details, but find out the leaks might from non-reachable area of the attic (because of the special house structure). He suggested all of possible root-cause and solutions with recommended contacts. Really appreciate for the inspection and suggestions.

I can not say enough positive things about this company! I called and spoke to Brian about a leak in my bathroom shower ceiling. I wasn't sure if it was plumbing related or something else, as I recently had a new shower installed. He spent several minutes talking to me to try and figure out what it could be. He was able to send someone out the next day, despite it being their busiest time. He didn't even know if it was something related to attic insulation, but was willing to have someone come out and check. Sid came out the next day at the scheduled time and determined it was a problem with a vent pipe. He was extremely knowledgable, thorough and honest. He took pictures that I could show to a plumber in order to fix the problem. He also pointed out electrical issues that I was unaware of. He was extremely professional and did everything he could to help. He took his time and was very detail oriented. Both him and Brian are honest, trustworthy, highly experienced and definitely know their business. I give them the highest recommendation and would absolutely trust them to do a fantastic job!
