Description of Work: They added additional insulation in the attic to take it up to R60, and installed baffles to improve airflow. Our house was built in 1997 by Drees, and all these years I was happy with the insulation I had. However, after having the insulation rating increased to R60, the house was immediately noticeably warmer, particularly on the second floor. The company was extremely professional, and showed me all the completed work to make sure I understood what they had done and how they improved things.

Description of Work: I bought this offer for a complete evaluation of my attic condition. After 40+ years in the house I knew it was in need of insulation upgrading. I received a very thorough report with, naturally, an offer to purchase their services. The report was excellent and the upgrade offer was fair and absolutely low key with no pressure to purchase. The offer was made with a guaranteed price for 6 months. When I do upgrade, I will definitely come back to them for a second look. Highly recommend!

Description of Work: Insulated attic/crawl spaces at each side of the roof, installed "Heat Shield" product in the roof slopes and insulated the roof peak. Blown-in insulation was used in the side and peak and a rolled, aluminum faced, sheet was slid into the slopes; proper roof vents were installed as well. All work was done from within the home cutting holes in the walls/ceiling as necessary and closing back up with access panels or drywall as the conditions required. |The crew arrived on time, were cordial and did great work. Sleeping in a much more climate controlled environment is a nice thing after years without roof/attic insulation.

Description of Work: We called Attic Experts - based mostly on Angie's List evaluations - to have our attic insulation evaluated. Sid came to check things out and estimate the cost to increase our R-value. He was thorough, thoughtful and - above all - honest. He was so honest we essentially didn't see the need to hire them. I would call them again, if I needed this service.

Description of Work: Attic Experts did a wonderful job. They were professional, on-time and very good about communication with me as they did the job. They even checked on a couple lights for me up in the attic and made sure they would not get too hot with the new insulation. We were extremely pleased with their performance and will recommend them to friends and family in the future.

Description of Work: Re-insulated attic to current specifications. They do attics only- no walls. I think their service is excellent- not sure of pricing since I did not get another quote.

Description of Work: Installed radiant barrier along inner roof-line and outside of framing for interior room. Meticulous in preparation and installation of radiant barrier. Then layered in at least twelve inches of fiberglass foam insulation. Again diligent in application - placed measures to insure depth of insulation. Great in clean-up. Crew was very punctual, worked hard, installed materials in safe and proper manner, and great in clean-up.

Description of Work: The workmen were very professional. They did an excellent job. It was a rainy day, yet they were careful not to bring mud into the house, and cleaned up everything before leaving. They were polite, kept us informed of what they were doing, and were very pleasant to work with. The upstairs stays much warmer in the winter months and we have noticed savings on our heating bills. I would highly recommend Attic Experts.
