Attic Experts Insulation

Called the night before with an arrival time, then called that morning to let me know they would be late because of traffic. Made suggestions for additional ways to insulate WITHOUT an additional charge. Left a spotless third floor, not even dust the two men were here for 8 hours and both were very professional as well as friendly.

They were excellent! Prompt , courteous, and efficient. Marty and Joe were great. This is probably one of the best companies I've ever hired to work on my house. The work was exceptional and the price was very fair. I can't imagine why you would hire any other company to do insulation for your home.

First Sid showed up and did an examination of need. He gave me a couple of different options. He was very careful, took his time, patiently explained everything to me. We set up the time for the insulation. At the appointed time Joe and Marty (no Cincinnati not THAT Joe and Marty) showed up. Again they explained exactly what they were going to do. They explained each piece of insulation type and where it was going. I was invited to stick my head up, in and around at any time and ask questions. The guys did pop out a window by accident when getting their tubing up to the second floor. They put it back. However that night we had a small wicked storm go through and the window popped back out! I was all set to call the next day when I saw a message on my phone from Brian, the owner. He wanted to know how things had gone and was I satisfied. When I told hem about the window he was all set to come out that evening and fix it. I did not se that as being a necessity. We arranged to meet the next day. He showed up at the appointed time and quickly fixed the window. He also helped fix another window that had been jammed up by me. Then he offered me a dining card (which I declined) to apologize for the window. These guys are TERRIFIC. I would recommend them to anyone. They are completely professional, affable and responsible. If all businesses had a dedication to customer relations like these guys this world would be a much better place. From first to last I felt they were out to earn their money and my respect.

The guys did a great job, very efficient, cleaned up afterwards. They explained every thing they were going to do, even let me watch the progress in the attic.

Both the sales and installation personnel were knowledgeable, helpful, personable. They were on time, worked quickly and efficiently and did exactly what we expected, plus a little more where they could put insulation once inside the attic. Outstanding service.

They were on time. They explained every step. They showed me result before insulating attic access cover. They cleaned up after. They said I would see results the first night and I could.

We noticed in the winter was terrible and were paying a ton in bills and we were freezing! So they came to do the work for us and did such a great job! It was a fantastic experience. The house is already cooler! they left no mess! The installers were polite and courteous.

Very responsive, hard working - came when scheduled. Very nice people. Insulation installing went very well..less messy than I thought it would be. They cleaned up after cutting into ceiling of closet. They showed us what they had done in the attic. Now to see if all their hard work will stop our pipes from freezing and breaking next winter. Too soon to tell if AC bill will be less, as well as heating. I know their Owens-Corning materials are superior products for the insulation industry since I did my research!

From the initial estimate to the completion of the project, these guys were great. I cannot recommend them enough. They are professional and over all just flat out awesome. They took time to explain the project and answer all questions. The price was right. When they showed up to do the project they showed up on time. They put up with the millions of questions my two youngest had with a smile. They cleaned up after themselves and explained everything they did. If you need your house insulated please contact these guys; you won't be sorry.

All workers were extremely friendly & courteous ... starting with the sales person, to the installers, and even the owner. We had some damage during the estimation, but it was promptly and courteously taken care of. The work was great! I highly recommend this company.

Joe and Marty were prompt, courteous, and explained what they were doing throughout. They worked hard and did a great job cleaning up after. The prepped the attic, boxing can lights, routing/venting fans, boxing the whole house fan before starting the main job. Some small obstacles were found, they were handled competently, even when having to run by Home Depot for some different supplies. There was no stress, the job finished up in one day as promised and on budget. Brian (owner) and JB (salesperson) were good to deal with up front, working with me to compromise on what I could afford. Overall, an excellent experience!

They were professional and reasonable. They communicated very well with what they were doing. They took about 4 hours and cleaned up after themselves. They followed up after the service with a phone call to make sure everything was okay and they even gave us a discount.

Two installers arrived at scheduled time. Informed me of their actions every step of the way. Le me inspect attic after project done. Cleaned up any loose debris. They were courteous, professional, and knew their "business."

We liked the reviews in Angie’s List. WE made appointment got a detailed proposed and scheduled the work. Installed Marty and Joe went over and above the estimate. Stayed later until the whole job was job.

Great company with great people...from Brian who took my first call; to JB who came out and explained every step of the process and the product they use; to Joe and Marty who came out and completed the job everything was excellent. The installers, Joe and Marty were very friendly and professional and did the following... - contacted me in the AM and told me the time they would be arriving (didn't have to wonder) - explained everything they would be doing and ensured I understood before starting - prep the area to ensure they would not damage my house or belongings - didn't mind me standing over their shoulders as they did their work (they actually encouraged it so I could see what they were doing) and were great to talk too - cleaned up after themselves and ensured I was happy with the job they did prior to leaving My family noticed a huge different in the temperature of the house overnight and we had to turn down the thermostat the next day...I had to finally adjust my upstairs duct work as it was to warm upstairs...saving me money. Finally, it was great to receive a phone call from Brian after the job was completed to ensure we were happy with what was done and that if I had any problems in the future to contact him and they would fix it. It is hard to find a company with such personable people that make you feel like you are their only customer...they really care about what they do. They will not treat you like you are just another number like you get from so many today. Attic Experts are A+++ in my book.

Great! It's hard work crawling around our attic. We have some vaulted ceilings so some of the spaces were pretty tight. The house feels perfect now. No temp. changes between floors. Great Job!

Joe and Adam arrived on time. Joe went over complete job and unplugged lighting fixtures in attic and in kitchen. Additionally, they wore down clothes to prevent tracking on carpets. Blew insulation in attic, kitchen addition, etc. Took pictures of before and after in attic, kitchen addition, etc. Used rulers to show depth of insulation. Cleaned up and vacuumed after job was finished. A very high quality job and experience for homeowner.

JB was very knowledgeable and thorough in providing his estimate, installation was performed on time and with no mess. Attic Experts were very professional to deal with throughout the entire process and I would use them again.

The house is noticeably more cozy now.

I first heard about The Attic Experts from The Gary Sullivan show on the radio and that's why we called them. It went very well. Right after we agreed to the project but before project began, we had a pipe burst in our upstairs bathroom, due to below zero temps...so we called Attic Experts to see if we should postpone the insulation. they came out that day of the burst pipe and actually removed old wet insulation and removed standing water from area behind where the pipe burst. this action on their part probably helped save our kitchen ceiling beneath the area where they removed the water. Then a week later, as promised, Attic Experts came and insulated the Attic and Cape Cod knee walls...etc. Very professional and cleaned up very well after themselves. We are very satisfied They went above and beyond by coming out and helping us during the burst pipe incident. We would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Gave Us the most detailed estimate out of the several companies we contacted Gave us a discount when they could not make the installation even though it was weather related and not their fault. Installation was on time. Pointed out additional problems in our attic that they encounter and corrected them without additional charge. Kept us informed every step of the way. Very clean and tidy. Already feeling the benefits of the installation this cold winter. Job well done. Very professional in all their communications. Will definitely use again but doesn't appear we will have any need with the job they did . Will recommend without hesitation. A bit more expensive but all worth it.

The crew from Attic Experts arrived ahead of schedule, which I did not mind. I explained the issues I was experiencing and reviewed the work I expected them to do. They quickly prepared the space they would be working in by laying down drop clothes and pulling their equipment into the house. Throughout the day they were focused on the quality of their work apposed to the time it was taking. In the end, they completed the work I expected from them and ensured the work areas were clean once they were finished.
