They came on time explained each step and showed me what they were doing the entire time.

Called to inform me when they would arrive. Did so on time. Strong work ethic and professionalism. Cleaned up completely.

There's not enough room... :) First, Sid came out and took pictures. One look at the lack of attic insulation explained why I froze in my house in the winter. (Thank God I've had a wood burning stove...) Anyway, the crew came out and spent the day working on the attic. At one point, one of my skylights went out. It ended up being a loose bulb but I was so impressed by their willingness to own the problem. I've had other workers at my house who would have immediately been telling me it was an electrical problem and I better call an electrician. Not these guys. They were going to make it right. They cleaned up when finished. Were just incredibly nice and polite throughout the entire day. Best of all - when standing in my kitchen under the skylight last night - no winter breeze.....WOW. Made a fire in the wood stove today and am going to need to get my summer clothes back out! LOL Thanks all!

Great ! This process started a year ago, I interviewed several companies in November 2014 when we chose this company but we ended up not having the job done. We decided to go ahead with the insulation this year, I called the company, they remembered us and got their salesman back out to go over the job. They were actually able to schedule us fairly quick, in a little over 2 weeks. Guys arrived on schedule, performed work in a timely manner and cleaned up work area. During the job they ran into an unseen issue and suggested a solution. They called in got a price for additional work and I okayed it. They took care of the issue while on site sparing me the cost and inconvenience of a return trip. These guys were courteous and professional.. I would not hesitate to refer them for future work.

Representative was very thorough and knowledgeable, and took time to explain the recommendations for the insulation in attic, as well as discussed some other insulation concerns that we had.

Installers arrived on time. Did a great job. Cleaned up after job.

It was fine. The man was extremely nice. He went into our attic to access our existing insulation. He even took pictures. It was no surprise to us that our insulation was almost nonexistent. We just didn't have the $3500 to spend on the project. We ended up doing the insulation ourselves 4 hours one Saturday afternoon. We totally understand the cost, even though we did it for a fraction of the estimate. They were prompt in responding to our request and he was professional. We would recommend even though we did not use them.

They were prompt, professional, and finished ahead of schedule. Estimate was over $1000 less than competitor. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Would certainly recommend them.

It went great. There were here on time, very polite, and did the work in a timely manner. I really felt they went the extra mile helping us with the windows/vents in the crawl space.

During the inspection, the salesperson took pictures of "problem areas" where our attic was leaking energy to heat and cool our home and explained the benefits of proper insulation. We ultimately purchased the service to have the attic insulated and properly vented.

My house is thirty years old and has not had any additional insulation added in that time. They came out and checked out my house and made a recommendation. I found them to be friendly, upfront with their thoughts on what I needed and answered all my questions. The crew came out on schedule and spent 3 hours adding insulation, and spent time adding metal work around my new can lights, and adding insulation baffles. I found their work to be efficient and clean. I would highly recommend their services.

I initially went to Angie's List to find an insulation contractor as I've had great success in the past finding good contractors to perform work at my house. I checked out several insulation contractors and picked Attic Experts due to their previous Angie's Super Service Award and numerous great customer reviews. From the beginning I had a great experience with this contractor. Brian Hogg called me right back after my initial contact and was very professional and courteous. He scheduled a visit by an estimator in line with my schedule and wishes. JB Klaene came out to my house on a Saturday morning and took measurements as well as thoroughly explaining the whole process to me. He explained the difference between cellulose and fiberglass insulation and exactly what the installation crew would be doing. JB answered all my questions/concerns fully and gave me peace of mind. He also left his business card if I had any further questions. On my scheduled installation day, Joe Williams (Crew Supervisor) along with a crew of 3 arrived and promptly got to work. They started on my attic first as the temperature would rise up there fairly fast. They installed Rafter Mates between all my rafters and then started blowing in fiberglass insulation. I couldn't believe how high the insulation got! I wanted to get an R60 value in the attic and wanted this to be the last time I ever had to insulate up there. When they had finished insulating the attic, Joe built a barrier wall around the attic entrance hatch cover. Everything looked great! While cleaning up Joe even vacuumed all the steps on my attic ladder and most of my garage floor. I was very impressed with the quality and thoroughness of the team's work. Joe answered all questions I had for the attic. The crew then descended down to the crawl space and started installing fiberglass batting between all of the floor joists and securing it with metal rods. It was a pretty big job and they completed it in a few hours. It also looked great and they cleaned up any leftover waste and installed a barrier around my crawl space entrance door. Joe and his crew performed an excellent job at both installing insulation, cleaning up everything in my house and outside, and answering all my questions. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and thoroughness in everything they do! I was very impressed with the experience I had with Attic Experts! I'm also pleased that I found another quality contractor on Angie's list.

Salesman was very knowledgeable and likeable. This quote was within a few dollars of the competitor. However, we decided to go with Cellulose instead of Fiberglass. The price was about the same. Attic experts only offer fiberglass. The other vendor also made recommendations for insulating our water heater and pipes.

Sid & Joe arrived on time, spent 4.5 hours of installing new blown-in insulation, making corrections to vent system and bringing other problems to our attention which they corrected on the spot.

Mike and Matt arrive on time and acquainted themselves with the situation. They brought hose in through a front bedroom window after first covering the floor and nearby contents with a tarp. HTey kept me informed through the process and left the house as it was before they arrived.

A 3 man team arrived on time and went straight to work. They were quiet and unobtrusive. They updated me on their progress periodically. Left my home clean and were finished within the estimated time span.

Mike and Scott showed up on time and were very professional. They kept me informed on what they were doing in all stages of insulating my attic. Mike and Scott were what we call,down home boys !! They cleaned up any mess that they made, they took very little breaks and you felt that you could trust them being in your home. The owner of the company even called to check up on his crew to make sure they showed up on time and was doing what was expected. My only complaint about the job as a whole was on my bill, it did not show the Angie' list $300 member discount coupon on my total billing. JB didn't ask for the member discount coupon and advised us that he subtracted it from the total cost, but it did not show the $300 member discount on the billing. Would recommend this company to all my friends, but make sure he shows you the member discount,guess that was my fault.

On time - efficient. Explained the process - showed me the before and after. Clean up was fantastic.

The guys came when expected, placed covers on floor, took pictures to show me the process, kept me informed as to what was happening, cleaned floors afterward. Courteous & very professional.

JB was great when he came out to do the estimate, very informative. And the guys that came out to do the work were on time, proffessional, and done very quickly. They took a ton of before and after pictures and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Took me from about an R-6 to an R value well into the 40s....

Arrived on time and were extremely courteous and professional the entire time they were here. I have a 2 story home and the master bedroom was quite a bit warmer than other rooms in the house. I was considering modifying my ducting system to provide more A/C to this room but decided to first try adding more insulation. I obtained bids from 3 companies and Attic Insulation was the highest, nearly $1,000 more than my 2 other bids. However, I was impressed that JB,who made the proposal, knew his stuff. As an engineer myself (as was JB) I had many questions and he patiently addressed them all. I had doubts that wrapping the closet with e-shield was anything more than a marketing gimmick. I questioned whether going to R-60 was cost effective vs R-49. I decided that spending about $500 more for R-60 increased the probability of keeping my bedroom cooler. My other 2 bids did not include any special treatment for the closet which already had fiberglass insulation around it. The results have been noticeable. On hot days, the upstairs bedroom is 5-6 degrees cooler than it was before. It makes sleeping at night much more comfortable. I am very pleased with the result and would highly recommend Attic Insulation. This is all they do and they know their business.

Excellent company! Joe, Scott and Michael arrived right on time. They put tarps down throughout the whole house and left the rooms cleaner than when they arrived. They were all courteous, friendly and professional. They kept us informed throughout the entire process, step-by-step and answered any questions. They took several photos, before and after and even sent them to my phone. Joe even offered suggestions as to installing a few more soffit vents. Our attic was very under-insulated prior to hiring Attic Experts. Some of the rooms would stay cold in winter and warm in summer. Later the same day after the new insulation was put in, we noticed a vast improvement in the temperature of the rooms. I would recommend this company to others.

Initial contac with the company, Sid, was excellent. After service followup by Brian Hogg was excellent The companys installation has made a huge difference in heat retention. The furnace no longer goes on and off like a ighthouse beacon and home temperatures no longer fluctuate dramatically. We are very very pleased with the results.
