Derek Geeding the owner, is Highly Skilled and very Knowledgeable in All Aspects of Home Repairs, Construction, remodeling and Improvements. He takes Pride in his work and is very meticulous in the service that he provides for you He replies in a timely manner to all of your phone calls and answers all of your questions thoroughly. He works hard to schedule all of his house calls around your schedule. He arrives on time and keeps you updated on his arrival. He comes Prepared with all of the supplies needed to complete your projects. He gives you estimates on the time that it will take and the prices to complete the projects in advance of his services. He is very Pleasant, Courteous, Conscientious and works efficiently and quickly to complete his work. He Cleans up after himself and never leaves a mess. He has completed numerous jobs for us and we have always been Completely Satisfied. We bought an older house and there were several projects that needed done. Derek put us on his schedule for several days to allow plenty of time to complete everything and to accommodate all of my extra projects that I always seemed to be adding to his list. He installed 5 ceiling fans, a dining room chandelier, 7 ceiling lights, a home Security System with cameras and flood lights, 4 recessed ceiling lights and an electrical outlet in the middle of a room to accommodate an electric sectional along with all the wiring that goes with it. He installed several outlets and switches throughout the house, in the attic and in the garage. He installed a microwave over the stove and did some work in our bathroom for us too. He also installed a ship lap wall for us in our dining room. Derek is able do everything and I would Definitely have him come work for us again. In fact I’ve already started a new list for him

Derek took the time to listen to the ideas I liked, and brought them to life. I gave him samples of the tile and he picked them up the next day and got started.
