Description of Work: TCR personnel were very prompt. I was advised to make an appt. to get the work done (installing a new hard drive and transferring data from old drive to new) and they would do their best to get the job done within a day. It was done the same day I took it in. Price was a LOT less than I thought it would be, and they did a bit extra as well to do some diagnostics I requested. This is not the first time we have used TCR and each time we have been more than pleased with the quality of their work. They did their best earlier last year to retrieve data from my wife's crashed hard drive and were able to transfer data onto CD's for her, and did not charge extra for what I know was extra time it took them to figure out how to do that.
