Great job with the install of hardwood floors. Dean is responsive and professional. Only encountered a few glitches with the trim that needed addressed, and Dean's response was quick and the resolution was immediate. Would definitely recommend his services, and I will definitely use Quality Hardwood for any future work.

Quality Hardwood Floors did an excellent job! We wish we had used them the first time around and then we probably wouldn't have had to refinish them twice in one month! Brett was professional and direct and answered questions we had. Brett was accommodating and discussed options of how to do floors so that we could still live in the house while we had so much of first floor refinished. We saw floors we liked at Panel Town's showroom and Brett called them to find out exactly what products they used on their floor so we could mimic them. We thought Quality Hardwood Floors might charge us a premium because they were squeezing us in on the weekend instead of adding us to the end of their waiting list. However, they did not charge any additional and their price was within $100 of two other quotes (that would be several months out). The crew who did the work were very pleasant, professional and accommodating. They went above and beyond in their work. When they started to put the stain down and saw that I wasn't happy, they stopped, spent 2-3 hours sanding it all off and started over with something I liked much better. They said they wanted me to be happy with the floors and they meant it! They were also willing to do a water based sealer for us when other refinishing companies would only do oil-based. (I understand water based is a little more difficult to work with.) They were really super to work with and if we ever do our upstairs floors, I would definitely call them. The floors look great now too! I would highly recommend them!

Quality Hardwood Floors did a great job. Brett was very easy to work with and coordinated with the wood supplier to make sure that everything he needed was ordered. He didn't markup supplies at all, he just placed the order and we paid the supplier directly. There were a couple of small issues that were caught before the final coat but he rectified them promptly with no hassle at all. I would definitely recommend Quality Hardwood Floors and I would hire them again. Note: cost of service does not include hardwood. This was for the demolition, install of new hardwood, sanding and refinishing.
