They could not get the job done and they did not show up. He got in over his head and kept asking for more and more money.

Owner Ken McGuire completed the work by himself when the project would have gone better with an additional worker. Ken under estmated the amount of top soil required - 12 cubic yards vs. 4 cubic yards. This required extra trips to get soil. Overall, I am satisfied and would use McGuire Property Services again for any type of landscaping services.

Ken & Jeff were excellent. They came to work and completed the job in record time. Friendly and easy to work with, true to his word and even did a little more than expected. Customer service and customer focused. Highly recommend for any job you have big or small.
