Description of Work: FINISHED OUR BASEMENT. DID A GREAT JOB. ONLY ISSUE WAS THE DRYWALLERS CREATED ENOUGH OF A MESS THAT OUR FURNACE REQUIRED SERVICE BECAUSE OF DUST. THEY ALSO CLOGGED UP THE BASEMENT DRAIN CAUSING A BIT OF A FLOOD. BUT THE WORK WAS GOOD AND THEY MOVED ALONG AT A QUICK PACE.

THIS PROBLEM HAS ONLY HAPPENED ONCE. THE CONDENSATION LINE FROM THE FURNACE WHICH IS ABOUT 1/4" IN DIAMETER INITIALLY BECAME BLOCKED WITH A PIECE OF WOOD CHIP AND THEN A LITTLE BIT OF DUST CAUSED IT TO CLOG UP. ONLY A SMALL AMOUNT OF WATER BACKED UP. THE DUST IS USUALLY NEVER A PROBLEM. MOST CUSTOMERS ARE SHOCKED AT HOW CLEAN THEIR JOB STAYS THROUGH OUT THE REMODELING PROCESS.
