Highly recommended. Started my search at 6:00pm on a Friday evening, and Chad called within 2 minutes, and was at my place within the hour. Diagnosed the problem quickly, bought the new thermostat, and installed and walked me through everything. My A/C was back up and running by 9:00pm that night. Nice guy, very good communication, and helpful in every way.

The service was very timely. The heat pump went out on the hottest day of the month, and the serviceman came out that same day, even though the it was after 5:00 p.m. EST when I called.

He called me at Midnight and was there first thing the next morning. While we had no repairs done to our A/C unit, he ran test and just needed a new filter due to our basement being remodeled. The price was a bit high but was ok for an urgent call.

They don't sell you anything you don't need, and the staff is very nice

Chad was fantastic! He arrived on time, fixed the problem quickly and everything is running perfect now. The next week I had a question about an unrelated issue that I thought would require another home visit and he walked me through the fix over the phone without a service call or fee. I now have this company stored in my phone in case I ever need them again. I won't go anywhere else!

Good response time, Ben was very helpful and repaired another issue with the ac unit I was not aware was not installed correctly by another company. Would recommend to anyone!

Fast service ! I had a unit that was not cooling he got it working then it stoped again due to a 2nd error with the unit. i called him back the next day he ran right over and fixed it with out charging anything. I could not have gotten better service. I have tired others in the past few years and he really stands out !!

I couldn't have asked for a better transaction! He was able to come out the same day, fix my air conditioner and the price was reasonable. I wil definitely use CM Hubbs Heating and Air again.

I've never written a review before but felt compelled by such an awesome experience!!! Chad came exactly as he said he would, explained to me what was wrong, fixed everything and had sticker shock at how inexpensive he was!!! Seriously the best service experience ever. Hire him now!!!

Chad was extremely helpful and able to meet our needs on short notice. He arrived right on time, was very pleasant and took the time to explain the ins and outs of our system in detail as he serviced it. He completely put our mind at ease about the age of the system, explaining that it was in good condition instead of trying to sell us something unnecessarily. Chad Hubbs was EXCELLENT and he was truly a blessing to me. My Mom recently died and I had a lot of expenses related to that which prevented me from being able to do what EVERY other company I had called told me I needed to do and that was a full replacement. THANK GOD I didn't because I never would have had the honor of meeting and working with Chad Hubbs.
