All jobs have been done at fair prices and I haven't had a single problem with the results of their work.

Hoskinson Buliders has actually done several services for us on 3 different homes in the last few years (we have started buying foreclosed properties). I completely trust Randy in all respects. From estimates, to the work performed, to clean-up and all the details in between. He has never under-bid in order to get a job (and then tacked on a bunch of "extras" to make up for it) and does exactly what is contracted for in a timely manner. If there is any delay, for example in material availability, he will let you know ahead of time and do as much as possible to get the project done in time. I trust him (and the people that work with him) in my own home and don't hesitate to hand him keys to whatever place he's working on for us. I honestly have not had a single problem with his work which is saying a lot because I'm a stickler for details. Over the years I've found the biggest obstacle to working with contractors has not been getting them to do what they say but to do it with quality. Also, Randy won't hesitate to tell you if there is an aspect of the job that he isn't comfortable doing (although that has rarely been the case) and that is just as important to me. I appreciate a contractor being honest about their abilities and knowing when it's appropriate to call in help. Fortunately, he's a able to do almost everything we've needed and if he doesn't do it himself he has go-to guys who are just as good. If he trusts them, I trust them. We plan on using Hoskinson Builders for every project we can for years to come. He's worth every penny and then some.
