Description of Work: Gary removed our old tile in the entry way and the Formica in our mud room and two bathrooms and replaced it with new ceramic tile.

Description of Work: Gary really loves his work; he's enthusiastic, reliable, knowledgeable, skilled and creative. He’ll tell you if your plan/design is inappropriate and will work with you till you’re satisfied. That’s what I needed – I was spending too much money to make any mistakes. Great experience! I’d have him back tomorrow, but there’s nothing left to tile. We moved into a 20-year old house that was dated – old, boring tile. He tore out a hall and entryway 34 feet long of old tile, replaced it with new larger tile in an off-set pattern; carried that pattern into the laundry room and down onto the landing at the top of the basement stairs; tiled the backsplash in a herringbone pattern in the kitchen above the granite countertop; created a focal point with a variety of tiles above the range and around the range hood in the kitchen and tiled the walls and floor in the master bath which included a large decorative, focal point above the tub. I love every bit of it!!! He and his assistant arrived each morning about 8:30, left around 4 p.m. or when they got to a stopping point and worked the last day until 6 p.m. He also brought all the tile to the house so I didn’t have to haul it or have it delivered – and I live 2 counties north of Columbus. When I made the choice to install a wood floor in the kitchen rather than more tiles, he arranged for that installation, as well, setting that process up for me with installers he knew and had worked with before. Later, I inadvertently over-paid him by $700.00; he called me that night to tell me and sent me a refund by check the next day. He has loads of great photos posted on-line that can be enlarged for design ideas, but I find the site confusing for a novice like myself. Try it though and then call him. Description of Work: Requested a quote to remove carpeting and vinyl tile in our master bath, build a step to our corner soaking tub and install 13 x 13 floor tile. Gary's bid was competitive (it was verbal, not written) but we decided to go with another company who could do multiple projects for us including the ceramic work.

Description of Work: They tiled my shower and bathroom floor. They also took up the wood floors in the half bath and installed tile.
