The bathroom window was the one that we were concerned with and explained that to Dan. He said by replacing the window would correct the condensation issue. I reached out to him in February 4th letting him know the condensation is still happening with the new window. He was in Florida for two weeks and said would contact me - never did. I reached back out Feb 28th asking him to please come look at. March 1st responded he would call the factory rep. March 19th sent him a text due to never heard back. March 26th sent ANOTHER text due to did not hear back... Dan responded back that day saying he was still waiting on the factory rep since March 1st. I have texted him asking for following on 4/11 (no response), 5/9 (no response), 5/10 (no response). I WOULD NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN - IF there is an ISSUE, they DO NOT BACK their guarantee.

He was punctual, fast, on time, and when he did the big front picture window wrong, he replaced it at no cost! It looks terrific. His prices cannot be beat. I have Polaris windows in my old home, and they are great. I can't wait until I have enough money saved to do the upstairs, and get the wrap down around all windows, which I have not been able to do just yet. When I was walking my dog last week, I saw Dan working on a rather dilapidated old home down the street from me, and he said someone bought the house and hired his company to do the whole reno. So far the house looks great! He works fast and does not ignore phone calls like some companies.

I called Mr Bright. He stopped out that week gave actual estimate. And within in 3 weeks it was in. I almost didn't call him because of the stuff that was said in the other review and when I read the review to end he had him do more work for him so apparently he wasn't that bad. His price was awesome, he was very prompt and very nice. I could not of asked for more. In the spring I will have him come and replace all my windows and glass siding door with no hesitation. Regarding the doors installation, Mr.Bright extensively applied large globs of silicone caulking around areas where he had removed the original hardware on the door frame instead of filling in the gaps with wood putty and then a paint application. There were several gaps left around the bottom of the door frame on two of the doors where they did not fit properly requiring more weather stripping and a lock did not work on one of the doors. Also a lot of the caulking he had applied around the new windows had lifted and he had to reapply with a better grade of material. After several return trips to correct these problems, the work was finally up to the standards I had expected of this company. I recently contacted Mr. Bright to install two more new windows at my home and left him four text messages with no response thus it is possible that he is no longer in business or he doesn't want to do further business with me. I might mention that he was paid in full within a week of completion of the jobs. Update: There were problems from the start. During the installation, Mr. Bright was observed pacing outside our home loudly talking on his cell phone negotiating the sale of a property he owned. He then left in the middle of our job to collect monies from another client and did not return. After multiple follow-ups and much inconvenience, Mr. Bright finally completed the installation a month and a half later. In June 2011, we noticed one of the storm doors purchased and installed by Mr. Bright had a 2and quot; crack in the middle of the glass (this same door had a defective locking mechanism and required multiple adjustments to make it fit correctly). Multiple messages left Mr. Bright asking that his company honor its warranty by looking at the door to determine how best to correct the deficiency (replace the glass or the door itself) remain unanswered. He will not respond.

The service was ok, there was a bit of an issue with understanding what exactly I was having them do. Everything was worked out.

Dan was great. He took us to a client's house to show us his work beforehand. He was very conscious of saving us money. The windows are excellent. The clean up was a little lacking, but I paid 60% less than most other quotes. Dan is nice, a great communicator, and willing to do the extra things. A pleasure to work with.

They worked with our schedule and came out on a Saturday to do the estimate. They were prompt and answered all of our questions. They cleaned up well after the job. A piece of trim came off the the window in the last storm, but they came out and replaced it for free. Dan Bright went above and beyond, and we will definitely use them again.
